All I can say AED is that I take great comfort in knowing that we have been promised that all sins can be forgiven us minus one. I think that these medications probably have effects which nobody is truly aware of how they affect us long term. It's why I try to be cautious and also warn others. I was horrified when I finally learned of it and knew I had been taking this medication for years at that point. Some people might be totally comfortable with using cells from a mouse an injecting them in their bodies and see no difference between that and eating meat for instance. I think if people knew cells from aborted children were being used they would not be comfortable at all with it though. God forbid us eating blood which contains life for a good reason and we should all err on the side of caution with mixing anything that has life in it with our bodies.
Well said Don. I dont blame you feeling horrified. I would too. I had no idea what so called biologics were. It sickens me. And yes we should absolutely err on the side of caution. I am struggling over what to do about the flu shot. I plan to avoid it if I can. One thing this quarantine has taught me is the importance of building my immune system and practicing careful hygiene.

Hard not to be troubled by Father Morris. It's very sad what happened to him but he was part of a tainted order--the Legionnaires--so who knows what things he needs to sort out. May God give him every necessary grace.
I am too. There used to be some websites that took the work out of this but I don't see them around any longer for some reason. The way I found out about Rituxin was by reading a research paper on the method of action the medication uses which I found in a search. This was what held the language about how it actually works and what it uses such as in the case of mice cells and antibodies being used as a vehicle of delivery to human cells. So there is no easy way about it. You have to look up the drugs one by one online and spend time understanding how they work. One rule of thumb it seems is a common thread is that injectable medications that need to be refrigerated or intravenously delivered should be ones you spend time trying to understand.
That's good to know. My Dr. was recently trying to get me to have the new and updated shingles shot, even though I had one six years ago. The said the old one was not as effective as the newer one. I will do some research before I jump on that bandwagon, thanks for the heads up.
Sure, I too have been told to get the Shingles vaccine but I haven't looked into it yet so if you find anything let us know and we will do the same. Because of my compromised immune system the doctor is constantly telling me to take vaccines. I admit I am leery of them and not very obedient, for one, I don't believe they are proven to be as effective as doctors give them credit for and then I don't believe science can add a single day to a persons life should it not be God's will. My father died of heart attack at a youngish age. My doctor mentioned that he would like to see me live longer than him and while thats a nice thing to say I have to admit that I thought it was both absurd and pompous to think he has any control over that situation or any way to prove it one way or the other that isn't simply massaging numbers to fit a predetermined outcome. Modern medicine can help make people more comfortable especially those of us with disease and pain etc but thinking it can cheat God what we each owe Him is a perfect example of the arrogance of this absurd world we each find ourselves in. I am not anti science, I see it has contributed to helping humanity and eased the suffering of many people. It is certainly not able to perform miracles and bend God's will though no matter how hard they manipulate the numbers. They do like to try though.

I so agree with you. I have an autoimmune disease and five other serious conditions. But I don't fret about it, when God is done with me he will take me home. I think I am here at this time in history for a reason, just like all of us. Even if it is to be prayer warriors! I like natural products, too. Most of our medicines come from nature, so I try to keep up with that. I will do some digging into the shingles vaccine and see what I can come up with. Our only grandchild is autistic, and I am sure it is because of vac overload. Too many autistic children now.
