Speculation on who will be Pope and why...

  1. We also have to remember that the triangle with the all seeing eye of God has been a symbol in the church forever. The freemasons have bastardized it. Along with the upside down cross. This symbol was and is a sign of St. Peter's sacrifice---which the freemasons and satanists stole and made it a 'mockery' of Christ's sacrifice.

The protestants don't understand this. Many Catholics don't either. The star of David is made into the Pentagram and the symbol on the Host is now considered in some circles to be satanic. They use everything they can and 'TWIST IT'.

“The Illuminati use what I call reverse symbolism. They place their symbols all around us but present them with the reverse of their true meaning. For example, the dove symbolizes peace to most people, but to the Illuminati bloodlines it represents their goddess, Queen Semiramis [Isis]. The lighted torch means freedom and liberty to the population, but to the Illuminati it is the very symbol of their agenda and control. The Nazis reversed the ancient symbol of the swastika to symbolize the negative and Satanists have reversed the pentagram to point downwards for the same reason. Everything is symbolism and ritual to the Illuminati, and always has been.”

Yes but false in the sense that he would not be Pope in the first place {if he proclaimed false doctrine).

He could not be the annointed Pope if he did.

If we got through the Medieval Popes without false Doctrine we could survive the Gates of hell opening.;)

Jimmyiz, its norman ,im not comparing jp 11s exit and pope benedicts exit ,they are entirely different , but they have both been plotted against by dark forces ,and it was through the help given to them via the holy spirit that kept them going ,in doing such a great job for the catholic church , and for us Catholics worldwide ,prayers do help ,and it is much prayer that is needed now , their is much very similiar between pope Benedict xv and. Our present pope Benedict xv1 they both have had their trials , with regards dark forces , plotting against them , but at the same time ,their good works came through ,

    Hi Adoremus,

I get the email of the 'Moynihan Report' thorugh email every so often, it costs nothing. He does not deal in specualtion or visions just hard journalistic fact. Yet even he senses soething is up. You do well to quote him.

Robert Moynihan is the founding editor of Inside the Vatican magazine,[1] a journal on Church and world affairs published every month in Rome. He obtained his Ph.D. in medieval history from the Yale University. He currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland.

One of the inresting things he indicates is that there is a struggle between those in the Curia who covered up the child abuse and wish to continue covering up and those who want to bring everything out in the open, of to put it candidly between good and evil.

    I quote...

'He also told me that he thought Benedict had taken his decision in part because he feared the consequences of a stroke. That is, the Pope decided that it would be more harmful and destabilizing to the Church if he were suddenly incapacitated or paralyzed, than if he were to renounce his office while still in relatively good health. My friend told me that there had been a history of strokes in the Ratzinger family and that it was a matter of real concern.
    Izzo’s Note
In the press office, I saw Salvatore Izzo, the correpsondent for the Italian news agency AGI, who is one of the most respected Vaticanists. I have known him for more than 25 years, since the 1980s.
In an article he published today, he noted that Cardinal Roger Mahony of Los Angeles will participate in the March Conclave to elect the new Pope, though Mahony’s successor as the archbishop of Los Angeles, Jose Gomez, has told Mahony he may not exercise any public function in the Los Angeles arcdiocese, following the release by court order of previously secret Church documents, which seem to show that Mahony did not actively pursue some 129 cases of alleged abuse of children by arcdiocesan priests.
Izzo cites Gomez as saying: “Leggere questi documenti e’ stata un’esperienza brutale e dolorosa” (“Reading thesd documents has been a brutal and sad experience”). Gomez informed the Pope of his decision in Mahony’s case, Izzo writes.
Izzo notes that Ireland’s Primate, Cardinal Sean Brady, to whom the Pope has recently sent a coadjutor with full powers “perche’ riconosciuto responsabile anche lui di almeno un insabbiamento” (“because he too has been recognized as responsible for at least one cover-up”) will also participate in the Conclave.
But, Izzo adds, there will also be in the Sistine Chapel “campioni” (“champions”) of the struggle against abuse of children.
Izzo names two cardinals of this type: “il cappuccino statunitense Sean O’Malley, che a Boston ha restituito credibilita’ alla Chiesa dopo la “fuga” a Roma del suo predecessore, Bernard Law” (“the American Capuchin friar Sean O’Malley, who in Boston restored credibility to the Church after the ‘flight’ to Rome of his predecessor, Bernard Law”)… “e il domenicano Christoph Schoenborn, allievo prediletto di Papa Ratzinger” (“and the Dominican Christoph Schoenborn, favorite ex-student of Pope Ratzinger”).
Izzo says that only O’Malley came to Schoenborn’s defense a couple of years ago when a number of cardinals criticized Schoenborn for being too harsh against Church prelates in cases concerning the alleged abuse of children — a charge now also being made in some ecclesial circles against Gomez.
Izzo then gives a lengthy account of Schoenborn’s behavior in the case of Cardinal Hermann Groer, his predecessor as archbishop of Vienna.
Schoenborn became Groer’s auxiliary in 1994. Groer was still solidly entrenched at that time, though disturbing allegations were beginning to emerge from ex-Benedictine novices who had suffered under Groer’s “attentions,” Izzo writes.
Groer denied all charges, and his fellow bishops at first defended him, calling the attacks “slanders” and “anti-clerical attacks.”
In Rome at that time, this was the generally accepetd line — but not by Joseph Ratzinger, then head of the Congreagtion for the Doctrine of the Faith, “che sul tema risulto’ in minoranza e per questo proprio in quel periodo aveva chiesto per la prima volta al Papa di lasciare il suo incarico di prefetto” (“who in this matter ended in the minority and for this reason precisely at that time asked for the first time that the Pope [John Paul II] allow him [Ratzinger] to leave his office as Prefect”).
When the accusations against Groer became more detailed and grave, Pope John Paul took action, making Schoenborn his coadjutor with full powers. Groer resigned a few months later. Schoenborn in Lent of 1996 preached the Lenten Spiritual Exercises in the Vatican, and was given the pallium as Vienna’s archbishop on June 29, 1996. He was made a cardinal in 1998.
Groer retired to a convent of nuns in Dreden, Germany, where he passed away.'

Is Schoenborn the cardinal in the balloon mass video I posted previously?

I can only imagine the intrigue that goes on inside the Vatican... I suppose we do not know the half of it.

    Padraig,
Thank you for the Moynihan report. You can sense how political it all is. God bless our Benedict and JP II for defending the abused. I am sure it was not easy to stand before everyone and not tow the line. This good old boys club has come to an end and many children have suffered greatly (and adults apparently). But the Holy Spirit prevails, you see. I mean, Ratzinger was then named Pope after a very unpopular situation. I believe God has a plan here. I think we cannot know what is entailed but surely there is a divine plan. I am not sure I agree with a conspiracy or evil about this. Truly Ratzinger has worked hard for the church his whole life. He watched JP II deteriorate in the eyes of the world. I heard a Catholic commentator say, it was like watching a soul drag a body....I think Benedict deserves to retire with his 89 year old brother. He knows the challenges facing our church and our world. He is humble enough to leave it to younger, capable hands. I do believe JP II taught us perseverance and Benedict humility as said by a previous poster. I think Benedict is showing all Catholics what Holy Self Care looks like. I adore him for this.

GOD THE FATHER AND HUMAN FATHERHOOD
    Joseph Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI)

Let us begin at the point where God himself began. He calls himself Father. Human fatherhood can give us an inkling of what God is; but where fatherhood no longer exists, where genuine fatherhood is no longer experienced as a phenomenon that goes beyond the biological dimension to embrace a human and intellectual sphere as well, it becomes meaningless to speak of God the Father.

Where human fatherhood disappears, it is no longer possible to speak and think of God. It is not God who is dead; what is dead (at least to a large extent) is the precondition in man that makes it possible for God to live in the world. The crisis of fatherhood that we are experiencing today is a basic aspect of the crisis that threatens mankind as a whole.

Where fatherhood is perceived only as a biological accident on which no genuinely human claims may be based, or the father is seen as a tyrant whose yoke must be thrown off, something in the basic structure of human existence has been damaged. If human existence is to be complete, we need a father, in the true meaning of fatherhood that our faith discloses, namely a responsibility for one's child that does not dominate him but permits him to become his own self.

This fatherhood is a love that avoids two traps: the total subjugation of the child to the father's own priorities and goals, on the one hand, and the unquestioning acceptance of the child as he is, under the pretext that this is the expression of freedom, on the other. Responsibility for one's child means the desire that he realize his own innermost truth, which lies in his Creator. And naturally, a fatherhood of this kind is possible only if one accepts one's own status as a child.

If men are to be fathers in the correct way, they must assent in their heart to the words of Jesus: “You have only one Father, who is in heaven” (Mt 23:9). This has nothing to do with a domination that makes others one's slaves. It is a responsibility born of truth: because I have freely handed myself over to God, I can now free the other to be himself, without egoism, free for the God in whom he has his existence.

    —Joseph Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI)

I too, while praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet the other day, received a "thought" that something dramatic will take place to confuse the conclave and papal election (like a war or natural disaster). That's all. I only said something to my wife about it. Not sure if it meant anything or it is just a thought that poped into my head with all the uncertainty in the air. I do feel strongly that our Holy Father knows something that will be revealed soon and that is why he retired.

If I was a gambling man...I would put my money on Cardinal Ennio Antonelli...he will take the name Pius the XIII (Pius the 13th)...he was born November 18th which is the feast day of St Romanus who was a martyr. Nov 18th also dates St Peters basilica the old and the new where consecrated.

  16. The Future Marian Pope: Ennio Antonelli ???

In the "Locutions to the World" the Catholic visionary speaks of the Election of a new Pope after Pope Benedict who will eventually leave Rome and go to Jerusalem and be martyr there on behalf of the Jewish people. There is much speculation about who this Pope might be. I now offer this as a personal speculation on a possible candidate for the coming Election.
I remembered reading that there would be a Sabine Pope (Nostradamus has a famous quatrain on this). Also that the Pope would come from beyond the Apeninne Mountains north-east of Rome. Some believe that is this Sabine Pope who will be Peter Romanus of the prophecy of St Malachy.
Using this information and looking among the Italian Cardinals I have come up with a possible candidate Cardinal Ennio Antonelli. He was made a Cardinal by Blessed Pope John Paul II in 2003. He was a great admirer of John Paul II and his Marian focus. He is also said to have been close to Pope Benedict XVI sitting next to him and conversing intimately at a conference last year. In June last year his resignation on turning 75 was accepted, which at the time was seen as unusual and eyebrows were raised. Did the present Cabal who is now in control of the Vatican (Bertone, Sodano and Scola etc) want to get rid of him because of this loyalty to the Pope?
It is also interesting for us Hebrew Catholics that he is also the Cardinal-priest of the Church of St Andrea del Fratte where the famous apparition of Our Lady of the Miracle who is the Lady of Sion occurred in 1842 converting miraculously the Jewish banker Alphonse Ratisbonne. Alphonse Ratisbonne with his brother Theodore went on to become priests and they founded the two orders of The Fathers of Our Lady of Sion and the Sisters of Our Lady of Sion.
I also found some strange and mysterious prophecies about Ennio Antonelli by an Italian prophet Marcello Ciai back in 1995 that speaks of some kind of role for him in an apocalyptic senario. Under the heading of "Monsignor Antonelli" Marcello sings this prophetic song.
By day a pain in my heart
    at night a sirene.
    My heart stood still
At the weight of the mantle
    Twice visited upon me.
I try with my eyes to look upwards.
    The sky is dark,
    There aren’t even any stars,
And the moon is far away.
All the sufferings of the world
Did not succeed in entering my heart,
    which has burst.
My tent has been pulled off.
What will happen to the sheep ?
On them all the evil rests.
    The moon turns red,
    The sun turns pale,
The earth staggers like a drunk.
    I cry like a swallow
    and trill like a dove.
My eyes are weary of looking up.
I say to my doctor :
“Each one of us has a vocation,
You, for the healing of bodies,
Me, for the healing of souls.
    You find the body in
    The silence of a room;
The soul, I look for it
    In the uproar ……….
    Where they slaughter the oxen
And they cut the throats of the herd.
    They eat meat
    and get drunk on wine.
I look for it, I look for it
    But I don’t find it.
    And when I find it
    I lose it.
    My heart beats strongly.
    Then it stops”.

Marcello and his community was for many years considered suspect by the Bishop and condemned until 2006 when they were cleared by the same Bishop. In this prophetic utterance for 1995 Marcello sees Antonelli as a prophet in a Church which does not recognise prophets and prophecy.
"...The Spirit guided me in a vision to the Cathedral of Perugia.
    There was a large crowd.
The air was full of mystery, it was a solemn day. I heard the turmoil of the many souls present and I saw the figure of the Archbishop Monsignor Antonelli rising above all the people.
I stood indoors, towards the entrance of the Church, before the barriers which control the crowd.
Here the Vicar arrives, he embraces me; the embrace was one of a deep love. The Vicar was worried about asking me forgiveness, because he told me that he had not given me back two earrings which I had left with him some time ago...
Monsignor Antonelli in the meantime had started His sermon and you could hear his voice all over the Cathedral. I desired to listen in silence, therefore I did not want to talk. But the Vicar continued to apologize while he was looking for those two earrings under his cassock. I was quivering. It was so important not to interrupt the attention of the congregation towards the words of Monsignor Antonelli.
Finally, the Vicar, started taking out the earrings, and I saw between his fingers a small tube of lipstick which was cut.
    Something was going wrong.
Therefore I invited him, in a low voice, to keep the lipstick to remind him to fill his lips with fervour and to pray for me.
The Spirit expressly says: “With the earrings, let the Vicar lengthen the ears of the Church to the voice of the prophets of the present century; with the cut lipstick let him reduce the vanity in believing that which is coming out of the lips of the Church is prophecy without prophets. So pray, pray now Vicar, for your prophet.""..."

One meaning of the name Ennio is "predestined or favourite of God". It is also interesting that the surname Antonelli is an old Roman one that goes back to Marc Antony. It is also of interest that the last lay Cardinal in the Catholic church was Cardinal Giacomo Antonelli who served Pius IX.
The Cardinal's crest as Cardinal links him to "Divine Will". His motto is "Voluntas Dei Pax Nostra" which means "Divine Will is Our Peace". The Sun represents the "Sun of the Divine Will" and the Olive Tree alludes to Romans 11 when the Jews will be grafted into the Olive Tree through a mystical Resurrection of the Dead- which is the deepest level of Living in Divine Will. The Sun and the Olive Tree may also refer to Ennio Antonelli's devotion to John Paul II (The Labour of the Sun) and Benedict XVI (The Glory of the Olive).

    Ennio Antonelli's Cardinal's Emblem

Cardinal Ennio Antonelli was born on 18 November 1936 which was the Feast Day of St Romanus who was a martyr. The Latin motto of the next Pope according to St Malachy is "Petrus Romanus". November 18 304 is the date when the old St Peter's Basilica was consecrated and the new St Peter's Basilica was consecrated on November 18 1626.
He may also take the name Pius XIII. The Pope who flees Rome seems to bear the name Pius according to St Pope Pius X before his death in 1914. "I have seen one of my successors, of the same name, who was fleeing over the bodies of his brethren. He will take refuge in some hiding place; but after a brief respite he will die a cruel death." It is interesting that Cardinal Antonelli receive his main line of Apostolic Succession through both Pius XII and Pius X.
Nostradamus' prophecy about the Sabine Pope speaks of a time when quarrels and new Schisms will be caused in the Catholic Church by the Cardinals (red hats) and an attack on Rome by the Albanian Muslims. After the martyrdom of this Pope will come the first of the Jerusalem Popes who will be a French Jew who will work with the great Catholic Monarch to restore the Catholic Faith in Europe and the World.
John Allen writes about Cardinal Ennio Antonelli: "...a smiling, humble, pastoral Italian completely extraneous to the world of Vatican power and intrigue. Antontelli was the bishop of Gubbio, in Umbria, and then the archbishop of Perugia before becoming secretary of the Italian bishops' conference in 1995. He is a patron of the arts and was the driving force behind a well-received adult catechism. He has a reputation for terrific relations with his people, and lukewarm relations with the Roman curia. He is generally seen as a moderate, with a strong interest in social justice and peace issues. His lack of interest in cracking heads over doctrinal issues became clear during Italian political campaigns in the 1990s, when some people wanted church leaders to condemn Catholic politicians who are divorced. Antonelli took the view that personal morality belongs to the private sphere, and that in terms of politics, the church should be more concerned with a politician's voting record...".
