You fall in little thing and then give excuses for bigger things.

    Sin is a cancer.

What a strange Lenten season. I have had some spiritual highs, even though I have failed 3 or 4 times.

But going through lent and being very close to mandatory lockdown, is a strange strange experience.

Strange how store shelves are starting to empty and people lining up at stores at 6am.

I’m really not sad, I understand it’s not under my control. I go into stores and tellers and workers are scared. Usually, I’m good for a joke or two. The only real advice I can give is...it is out of our hands. But it’s strange...I’m not scared. I won’t lie, I’m scared of pain but this virus doesn’t scare me. God has divine providence and I will have to accept my own existence.

it strange to me that the Catholic Church is not using this event to save souls and bring people back to church. Right now millions are questioning why this is happening and what does it mean. this is the time for church leaders to focus on evangelization. The people are looking for answers. And all the pope can say is...Trump is bad.

    strange time we live in.

it looks like this will be the new norm for the next 3 to 4 weeks.

maybe it’s time time be more spiritual.

Yes. This is my sense too. This is a purification that essentially extends Lent spiritually. Will we look back on this time as The Long Lent.

Like the vision the Fatima children saw--a rugged cross made of cork wood atop a high hill...

Thank you for confirming this for me. I received it a few days ago.

    Day 22

    What has happened?

The world has changed...but still no one looks for God. The President asked for a national day of prayer but the Catholic Church was silent.
