How beautiful and what a wonderful prompt to pray for a dear departed soul. This should be the standard for every Catholic funeral.

 

Offering up mass tomorrow, praying tonight for Mac's soul. Though hopefully with the Sabbatine Promise he is already shinning like a star way up there. If so Mac, remember us down here.

I just received a follow-up note from Joe:

Hi Brian
Just heard from Josie. Before he died Luke’s cousin Father Anthony promises him a Gregorian of Masses. This has been completed so there is even greater reason to believe Luke is with Our Blessed Mother. Just thought the forum would like to know this. This also from Josie:
“Oh and you could tell them if anyone let's me know their address I can post a prayer card to them”

This was taken shortly after Luke’s son Peter Joseph was born. In the arms of one of his eight sisters. His first birthday is March 22:
