I can certainly understand that. We probably all do. But I know that you are living for the Lord now. Maybe go to confession soon as possible and let the priest know this.
Prayers tonight and at mass tomorrow. The best way to lock the doors is confidence and trust in God. Hold Our Lady's Hand tightly.
I've prayed the Angelus for your intentions and the St. Michael's prayer. If you have already confessed the inner vow that you made long ago, Jesus has forgiven you. satan likes to bring up things from our past that we have already confessed to make us think that we are still at risk but we have been forgiven of already confessed sins. I'll keep you in my prayers and tonight when I pray in the Blessed Sacrament chapel.
That is the enemy. Jesus doesnt do that. He brought you out of the enemy's clutches with Mother Mary. If you keep receiving the sacraments and saying your prayers and repeating Jesus I trust in Ypu then be at peace. I remember those fears when I first returned to the Church. I kept praying "Sacred Heart of Jesus I believe in Your love for me and in Your mercy which is greater than all the sins I have committed." It helps to calm the soul--because its true! You can even unite those fears to His Sacred Heart to console Himin the garden of Gethsemane. I'm praying for you tonight. Special prayers.
Sanctus you could pray this powerful little prayer of St Mother Theresa of Calcutta, I have a very old VHS video of St Mother Theresa it is a wonderful video. In the past I watched it many times. At one point in the video Mother is asked by a gentleman for prayer. Mother prays the following simple prayer and gets the man to repeat it after her! Mother holds his hand, closes her eyes and says... 'Oh Jesus in my heart, I believe in Your tender love for me, I love You', Say now. Mother then repeats the prayer as the man prays it with her! On a side note in 1987, my grandmother who attended Mass everyday and said the rosary every day, had lamented to me about 2 months before her death, that she was scared because she was forgetting some of her prayers and worried about her increasing forgetfulness. I tried to reassure her and told her not to worry, I wrote out the little prayer of Mother Theresa and offered it to Nan suggesting she say this little prayer throughout the day. I hope it put Nan at ease and of course she was still attending daily Mass and saying her rosary daily. She suffered a massive stroke after returning home from Mass on the 18 March 1987, the day between the feast days of two of her favourite saints. St Joseph and St Patrick. May Nan rest in peace. Amen. And please Nan pray for us. Amen.
Sorry to hear this Sanctus, I will pray for you. Send your Guardian Angel to St.Michael to pray for your protection.
it may actually be that...if it is, please remember...He has you. You are not alone. Holy Spirit...send the demons back into hell and chain them there forever. Free dear Sanctus dear Lord....Our Lady, protect Sanctus!
One of my favorite Priests told us at Mass one Sunday that in the bible it says "Be Not Afraid" 365 times. Once for everyday of the year! So, Be Not Afraid! You are a child of God and He loves you very very much . . . On another note, I can't remember what the topic was, but I was talking about getting some Blessed Salt. Well, I did it, and since bringing it home last Saturday our whole house has felt so peaceful and loving. I can't describe how wonderful it is. And I haven't done anything except set the box on a shelf! I highly recommend getting some Blessed Salt! I should have done that years ago . . .another beautiful sacramental for us. Peace! Kathy
Well then, it’s already at the foot of the Cross. It’s been taken away. The Blood of Christ has taken it away. Give thanks!

Prayer again this morning and at mass. There was a wonderful woman on BBC 4's , 'Prayer for Today' this morning. She is a recent convert to the Catholic Faith from 'Chapel' non conformist Protestantism. She was commenting on having to learn Catholic Hymns that are all new to her at mass and mentioned especially the hymn , 'Sweet Sacrament Divine', which she finds a huge comfort. It's true ..a w wonderful hymn in times of trial. The lyrics are wonderful if you listen to them. I learnt this by listening to my mother sing it, doing the housework as a child. One wonderful memory, I was working in an office one time and began to sing it when the three secretaries with me began to join in and we all song it together! Sweet moment. We all laughed.
