Mothersuperior7 (middle) got a wild hair and took a flight out to Sacramento to visit Lee(Gail) (on right) and her beautiful friend Samia. MUCH laughing, crying and good conversation was had! Wish you all could have been there. Mind you, we are Holy Women in the making!! To the Triumph! Thank you Gail for your hospitality, love and kindness. I will never forget it!! I'm stunned at the generosity of God in his gift of bringing you Marti to my home. And great thanks to Padre Pio in his work at coordinating Samia's visit with us. As I drove away from the airport after dropping you off, all I could say is "Lord thank you for your kindness". It was like a week long retreat for me. God is so very good.

 

I slept on the airplane all the way home! You have my permission to sleep all day Saturday and unhook the phone! We got 5 inches of snow today and the house is all clean and tidy and the wood stoves are going strong. My sweet husband had dinner ready and a pile of mail for me, including the tears of Jesus you sent! THANK YOU! It truly was like a week long retreat sisters! All we needed was a hot tub! xxoxoxoxox

One sign for me that the Mother of God Forum is a vehicle for our Lady to teach us about fellowship in these times.

It was wonderful I was with not only two of the brightest women I know but two of the most devout as well.
Let me encourage you, reach out if there is a member near by.
I've had the wonderful pleasure of meeting with Allyd twice and now was blessed to spend time with MS7. There's really nothing like it; you come out of the shoot on the same page and are off to the races! Its extraordinary how much you share in common. But then how could you miss when your heart belongs to Our Lady?
Padraig and I discussed this once and he thought Americans were much more inclined to meet strangers than were, say, Europeans. I say, if true, get over it! There are deep blessings you are missing. And the movement of the Holy Spirit is very evident. Take the risk, you'll be blessed.
And besides, if I find out where you are, and am in the area, it's a done deal!

I'm sorry, I left that part out! Rosebud and I skype on a regular basis and pray the rosary, so she was a natural addition to the festivities.
She and Samia also were an integral part in helping me to find my phone, which I never loose but happened to when MS7 arrived. Of course I searched all the usual places repeatedly but it was Rosebud who told me about the FIND YOUR PHONE App. However I had missed that there was a sound alert on the app and Samia was the one to activate it. MS7 found the phone in my bed between the sheets with the bed all made. I had fallen asleep while trying to check phone messages and made the bed when I got up...oh my...thank God for good friends!

Last April I stated this in a post:

So I pray that...all of you seek and find companion souls nearby. May you join together in consecrating your hearts and hopefully your homes to the Two Hearts. May you walk together on the path that will soon lead through the valley of the shadow of death. But praise God, then will the Triumph of Mary's Heart take place, the devil will be banished, and the Reign of the Sacred Heart revealed. Even if we who are older do not live to see the day, let us fervently pray for our children and grandchildren, for surely they will. It is coming!

Such get-togethers elicit such a joyful response in my heart. Recall the plan of God before the beginning of time- In love...

God is raising up a family: the Father, Mother Mary, Jesus the eldest Son, and the Holy Spirit who binds us all together in love. It is good to splurge, to practise hospitality, and to fellowship! Praise God as we strive to encourage one another!

My saint is St. Andrew Avellino an Italian priest-patron of sudden death and stroke victims.I will inovke his protection this year.My my what is in store for me? I am turning 65 soon.
