It is frightening for all of us. Anyone of us under clever deceptions can be vulnerable. We are all at risk without our Guardian Angel's and the Blessed Mother IMO.
Eph 5:. 5 Be sure of this, that no fornicator or impure man, or one who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. 6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for it is because of these things that the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Therefore do not associate with them, 8 for once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light 9 (for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), 10 and try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. 11 Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. 12 For it is a shame even to speak of the things that they do in secret; 13 but when anything is exposed by the light it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light.
But, Mario, that's the personal opinion of a man who lived in the first century. He lacked the gnosis that comes with moving on to the second part of life. We're all scratching our heads wondering how the Pope could participate in an idolatrous ceremony right over the grave of St. Peter. But we don't have the gnosis. We never moved out of the first part of life. Listenn to this priest. Pay attention to what he is telling everyone who is seeking the wisdom gained from 2,000 years of evolution, and then you will understand what happened the Franciscans, what happened Christ's Church, and why idolatry is being incorporated into mainstream Catholicism. Fr. Rohr has the knowledge (gnosis). He's a genius. Those poor apostles didn't get it that when Jesus said "the law says, but I say to you" He was letting them know that some day a Pope would be perfectly entitled to say "Jesus said, but I say to you" in Amoris Laetitia. The hermits were honest. Their mistake was that they were too honest. They should have left out that line about not being in Communion with the Pope because, per Fr. Rohr's inference, rocks thrown from the inside are far more effective. Pope Francis is living proof of that. I have one question for you: would you risk letting any young person in your care fall under the influence of Fr. Rohr and his ilk? Think carefully about that because Fr. Rohr and his ilk are the present and foreseeable future of the Church until God decides to put a stop to their gallop. They like to portray themselves as shining a light in the darkness but is that what they are actually doing or are they portraying darkness as light?
Spot on Dolours. I also believe today's globalism is communism. The Blessed Mother warned us about it in Fatima. PF and his cohorts are all globalists. It is easy to add 1 and 1. Padraig is 100% correct. The vatican has fallen and may now be awaiting its getting thrown underfoot and trampled upon. Do not follow anything that comes from this corrupt institution if it is not in line with tradition.
Vatican is officially now an NGO in my view. Also they are the state and also political organisation as well. They are rotten and lot of corruption going on inside there. Majority of bishops and cardinals havent spoken up re PF. Hermits spoke some truth there as it hurts bishop. Bishop is only a public figure. Bishops dont like truths as we as abused found out to our cost re their manipulation of truth. They detested it and denied it countless times until true evidence turned against their defence and their word. That is not my church. Church are supposed to be supporting people like ourselves not the other way round. This is the reality now as they dont speak for me in any way shape or form cos they are corrupt or would take any advantage of you like they did before in institutional schools that i was in. They are so right wing in their views. One thing i learned from them was that i couldn't trust them as they are well capable of telling porkies even outrageous ones. Power via their control and money that they thrived and became so arrogant and held very right wing views. Thats how they got away with it lot of times. Dont give any deference to them. If you do then you have given them a full license to do things that they wanted or licence to get away with anything that they see fit even abusing kids. One priest from Africa said to me once ' bishops /cardinals/pope/vatican will let you down many times. But trust god & not them.
There are a lot of trojan horses going on which aims to destabilise catholic truths such as AL, death penalty, altar girls, same sex marriage plus divorcee could receive HC, sin as non relevance by allowing catholic people such as divorcee or people who have done abortion to receive HC treated as same as other catholics in marriage etc - same level playing field. No distinction of right and wrong there. Most of the bishops/cardinals have made no objections to the above except for good few like vigano. Think bishops dont believe in jesus unless im wrong there. CC by the look of it, are in early days of apostasy or not??
That African priest spoke true. Look what the religious hierarchy did to Jesus. There is nothing new. Power corrupts. Protestant churches are being revealed to be just as corrupt. I think it makes sense that satan goes after the shepherds to destroy the sheep. Hold fast to Jesus and Mary. That is the surest way through the narrow gate. IMHO.
I don't know how to describe this other than a coup. We're constantly told that all the changes are a development - the hermeneutic of continuity. How can development or continuity explain this? He dresses it all up very nicely. I'm not the sharpest tool in the box, but the message I get from that priest is that the true Church of God is a better fit with Masonry than the Catholicism we had before his enlightenment and the election of Pope Francis. That Abu Dhabi document didn't happen out of the blue. That God wills the plurality of religions will be taught in Catholic schools which have been an abject failure at catechesis while they made sure not to let their academic standards drop through the floor. There's a reason Pope Francis sought out Scalfari for that interview early in his papacy and he hasn't denied a single word that Scalfari wrote. Sure, some underlings in the Vatican have made an attempt to gloss over it, but only Scalfari and the Pope know what was said. How could the Vicar of Christ make such a hash of explaining the divinity of Jesus and His resurrection that a smart cookie like Scalfari could get it so wrong? I don't know how true it is, but Timothy Gordon said that the Australian Bishops' Conference has announced that there is no penalty for Catholics joining the Masons.
Well it seems the prophecy of a Pope taking God’s place by way of false teaching is happening. My question is will Trump win in the next election? If communism is coming back, will the U.S. fall under its errors too?
It’s true. Australian bishops’ Conference secretary: Catholics can become Freemasons ‘with no penalty’ https://www.lifesitenews.com/mobile...o-priest-claiming-catholics-can-be-freemasons +
ATHEIST PHILOSOPHER REBUKES POPE FRANCIS - THIS PONTIFICATE IS AN OUTRAGE TO REASON! Italy's leading philosopher and close friend of Pope Benedict XVI is lambasting Pope Francis for "openly going against tradition, doctrine and introducing inexplicable innovations, behaviors and gestures." Professor Marcello Pera, an atheist and a vocal opponent of postmodernism and cultural relativism, called the Francis pontificate "a scandal in the biblical sense," as "it confuses and makes the faithful fall, it does not bear fruit, and on the contrary, it diminishes them." Vocations and Mass attendance have dropped, fundraising is at an all-time low and audiences at the Angelus in St. Peter's Square have thinned considerably under Pope Francis, as seen in images of papal events, according to the former president of the Italian Senate in comments to La Fede Quotidiana last Thursday. "As for the foundations of the Catholic faith, this pontificate is an outrage to reason," the former professor of philosophy at the University of Pisa lamented. "But no one, faithful or bishops, says anything, no one has the courage to protest, yet many are doubting [the achievements of this papacy]." "Let's say clearly that what is happening is very serious. By now a large part of Catholics are resigned, have no awareness and are without enthusiasm, they do not react with the determination that would be necessary," Pera remarked, speaking in Italian. Addressing the crisis facing Western culture and the precarious future of Europe, the influential intellectual pointed out how Catholic leaders and media are "either silent or have spoken mildly" while Catholicism is being attacked, but would have "ardently defended Muslims and Jews." "This is not tolerance, but surrender," he said, "to lower one's trousers before secularism and relativism." "Catholicism has long since degraded; it is losing its cultural and religious battle," he continued. "Catholic authorities are afraid and are a sad sight. The faithful mirror of this situation is at the top." Senator Pera, who admits to being "an admirer of the writings of Pope Benedict XVI," co-authored the book Without Roots: Europe, Relativism, Christianity, Islam in 2004 with then-Cdl. Joseph Ratzinger. Calling the former pontiff "a profound theologian and an original thinker," he predicted the Islamization of Europe, if it "went ahead with its relativist culture, with the rejection of its tradition, with its low birth rates, and with indiscriminate immigration." Maybe we have already been dealt a blow to the heart and don't notice it. What Pope Ratzinger says in Without Roots comes to mind: The impression today is that Europe resembles the Roman Empire at its fall," he emphasized. The philosopher, who has repeatedly warned against the advance of Islam in the West, reiterated his belief that "Islam is not a creed of peace and mercy, as they want us to believe, but calls for oppression." "With this belief, dialogue is problematic, without first clarifying the fundamental concepts of mutual respect and obedience to the laws of the state and western values," he explained. In a 2017 interview with Il Mattino, Pera robustly criticized Francis' open-borders policy: Frankly, I do not get this pope, whatever he says is beyond any rational understanding. I ask myself: Why does he say it? What is the true end of his words? Why does he lack a minimum of realism, that very little that is requested of anyone? The answer I can give myself is only one: The Pope does it because he hates the West, he aspires to destroy it, and he does all he can to reach this end. And he aspires to destroy the Christian tradition, Christianity as it has realized itself historically. He concluded, "Bergoglio just wants to do politics, the gospel does not matter at all." "The problem is that the Church is reduced to a kind of NGO, takes more care of the social, has transformed Greta [Thunberg] into an idol, runs after solidarity, political and social visions to do-goodism, but pastors often forget the salvation of souls, which is their main task," the atheist complained. A close friend of the Pope Emeritus, Pera said he hadn't spoken to Benedict for some time but could "speculate that he is sorry and alarmed." However, Benedict did not want to and was unable to intervene, as "he has chosen silence and correctly maintains his commitment." In contrast, Pope Francis seems to have no problem with the crisis engulfing Europe: "He is someone who wants to please, he likes people who like him, he follows the politically correct," said Pera. He has turned Catholicism into "a Church so outgoing that it can no longer be found anywhere," he added. https://www.churchmilitant.com/news...kes-pope-for-betraying-doctrine-and-tradition
How many people will ignore outright or simply make excuses and rationalize this sort of thing when it comes to their own diocese?
Dolours You are a strong women! In the above videos you've allowed your soul to be battered by so much intellectual existentialism and still you are strong! Viva Cristo Rey!! I want so much to be able to hear the above garbage and take the above garbage............. and then slice it up with the doubled edge sword of the Holy Spirit and send it to hell where it belongs, in the name of Our Lord Jesus! But I must admit I can not take these videos for long. I know it is helpful to be aware of the enemy's moves so as we can stay ahead of their plans but I find it can also zap my life blood! If you ever feel like this after your gallant battles......then below is the balm! Gospel according to St John! The Word Became Flesh 1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. 6 There was a man sent from God whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. 8 He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. 9 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. 14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. 15 (John testified concerning him. He cried out, saying, “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’”) 16 Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known. Behold I make all things new Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband; and I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling of God is with men. He will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself will be with them; he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away." And he who sat upon the throne said, "Behold I make all things new." Also he said, "Write this, for these words are trustworthy and true." And he said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the fountain of the water of life without payment. He who conquers shall have this heritage, and I will be his God and he shall be my son. But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the polluted, as for murderers, fornicators, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their lot shall be in the lake that burns with fire and sulphur, which is the second death."
Wise words Caroline. I agree. Dolours is a brave warrior for truth. I have found that I have to shut off all this sometimes and steep myself in God's news not the world's news. The passage you cited is one of my all time favorites. I listened to Fr George Rutler last night on you tube in a talk called "Be not afraid" It was from 20 years ago but as relevant if not more relevant today. Fr Rutler is the cool clear voice of reason combined with deep muscular faith. In the current raging fever he is an excellent antidote.
And then there is my pastor, preaching on the importance of family this morning; "Marriage is an unshakable sacred bond severed only by death. An annulment only declares that that bond never existed between a certain man and woman." O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who has recourse to thee!
