I agree. I am always a bit skeptical of this sort of thing because I want to believe, but I've watched it several times, and there appears to be a heavenly aura around the man in the first video. We'll never be sure, but it makes sense that St. Pope JPII would have a great desire to appear in Medjugorje, and it was permitted.
If you watch the videos the image of Pope John Paul is either next to or over the dark skinned man with the white hat just to the left of the priest with his hand on his chin. Watch the video without the image of Pope John Paul. Pay close attention to the dark skinned man who is sitting with his backed turned, where the image of John Paul is in the other video. Then just before the "Silenzio" he puts on his white wide brimmed hat and half turns his head towards the apparition. In the video that "shows" Pope John Paul at the 1:06 mark (right around the time of the "silenzio") concentrate on the part of the image that "shows" Pope John Paul just beyond the cross armed man... around waist height.. This is where the first video shows the dark skinned man sitting backwards. For a second you can see a partial image of the dark skinned sitting man turning his head then getting up and turning around. Is the image of Pope John Paul superimposed?
nsd, If this figure was superimposed those who did it are very talented. If you go to around the 2 minute mark when the figure begins to kneel you can see the shadow on him change and coincide with shadows on the people in front of him. I do think that it is healthy and even important that we ask questions as you have when we are uncertain, it may help us come to a better understanding in the end. *** In relation to the number 40, in January of 2018 I did a small "analysis" in regard to the number 40 (years and days) in scripture and what had occurred and briefly compared those things to some things that had occurred recently. It was like I was drawn to do this, I really can't explain it better than this. I have not really looked at the document that I put together in a long while now but I will now. I remember mainly focusing on the Exodus out of Egypt and I remember coming across someone else's analysis that centered around the eclipse that occurred over the USA and they compared that to the eclipse that occurred at the time of the Exodus. I posted about this on the forum at the time. I think it is possible that other "big things" could occur very soon because if we are correct that the 40th anniversary of Medjugorje will be significant and that the Triumph of Her Immaculate Heart has begun already then I think it is possible that by the 40th anniversary we should be near completion. I also wonder if like the Israelites our enemies will all have died after 40 years, if I am correct about this. I hate to say it but I wonder if that means that the not only the Warning and the Miracle will occur before 2021 but also the Chastisement.
HH, I want to be clear that I don't think that I was given any insight from God about this Exodus-like situation that I think that we may be in. If I remember correctly, that eclipse across the USA really made a big impression on me that it was a sign from God of this though. There have been many other signs in the past 2 years or so that have caught my attention also like 1/4 of the world's pigs killed by swine fever; large hail storms in various locations like Mexico, Spain and Canada in the past few months; diseases like polio and measles, etc. that humans appeared to "conquer" are on an upswing again and that grasshopper infestation in Las Vegas including this image of the Luxor hotel's pyramid made a big impression on me also. [The live video of this is actually more impressive.] I think that we are all doing a good job of keeping each other posted though, thankfully. Keep praying. Edited to add: In addition, it seems that there is always water turning red somewhere in the world too. The camera perspectives leads one to believe you are looking at the same gap. You are not. IThe JP2 guys is directly behind the guy holding the bag under his arm from the front looking back camera. He is there you just can’t see him cause he is blocked. Sorry but it’s just an older guy in white. That is for sure him sitting facing away in earlier pic I posted. The poor camera quality makes it look mystical but a good quality one would prove it’s same guy.
Similarly to the wandering in the desert for 40 years, the book of Judith has some striking parallels to the Medjugorje apparitions. In the book of Judith, the Jewish people were about to be completely overcome by the Assyrians. There was just one holdout community (Bethulia) that was blocking the Assyrian army from marching into Jerusalem. To force them to abandon their resolve, the Assyrian captain Holofernes orders the water supply for their city to be cut off. For 34 days, the city is without water. The women and children are fainting from dehydration. After 34 days, the people go to the head of the city to tell him to give in to the demands of the Assyrians because they do not want to die. Uzziah was the head of the city, he listened to their pleas and said, "Courage, my brothers! Let us wait five days more for the Lord our God, to show His mercy toward us; He will not utterly forsake us. But if those days pass without help coming to us, I will do as you say." When a pious widow, Judith, heard that Uzziah was considering surrender, she sprang into action. She spoke to Uzziah (Chapter 8 :9-27) and formed a plan that she told no one....it was secret. Above all she urged prayer and fasting. Her plan was to go into the Assyrian camp and then she mingled with Holofernes and gained his trust. After Holofernes was beguiled with Judith and drunk, she defeated him utterly in his own tent, with his own sword, and surrounded by his own up until now victorious army. Read the book, it is only 16 chapters long. I was wondering if the days of the siege of Bethulia may correspond to the years of apparitions (probably not....but, well you know how we try to guess time frames....). 34 days would bring us to 2015 and then 5 days more would bring us to 2020....from my reading of the book of Judith, I was trying to find out on which day she defeated Holofernes, it may have been the 38th day of the siege. Finally the book of Judith is not part of the protestant bible, nor considered part of the Hebrew scriptures, which I think is pitiful.
That is an excellent analogy, especially since Judith is often pointed to as an OT type of Mary {Judith 11:17: "Your handmaid is, indeed, a God-fearing woman, serving the God of heaven night and day."}. As Judith cut off the head of the enemy, so Mary will crush the head of our enemy.

Examining the two camera angles/videos places the man in question just behind the man holding the bag in his arm, on one side of him is the dark skinned man with the white hat who stands later in the apparition, on the other side is the priest with the white golfer's hat/flat cap hat who also gets up during the apparition. This man (JP11 figure) can be seen wearing glasses and sitting as the visionary comes in at the 1:39-1:40 mark of the video which says he can not be seen. If anyone doubts it the man in question (JP11 figure) can be seen at the following times of the video which says he isn't present stop and advance frame by frame... -1:38-1:40 wearing glasses. He is clearly not JP11 -2:20-2:21 top of his bowed head behind the man clutching the bag under his arm. See his glasses' bar over his ear at 2:20...same guy who was sitting before. -3:09 Again his bowed head can be seen You can see in the JP11 video he is in the exact spot by looking at the movement around him. The man with dark skin and a wide brimmed hat gets up and you can see he was on one side. The priest in black with the white golf hat gets up and is on his other side. Exactly where your man is located in the other video The poor quality (of the JP11 video) does indeed look like an "aura" from the sunshine glaring on the white clothing. It also glares and obscures the face and body of the dark skinned man in the white hat when he is sitting. The man in question kneels half way through so he cant be seen later in the strait-on video.
