This is correct, DeGaulle. SgC, do you know in your heart that you are going off imprudently on this issue? In the Old Testament, God spoke in a whisper to Elijah.
As a person who believes God has always sent his prophets to guide the faithful throughout history and especially in the close proximity of the first coming of Christ and now the second coming of Christ, I find it interesting that not one prophecy that I know of calls out any person, including our current pope, as an apostate. I will say, much prophecy is calling out that we stay true to the Church and to stay with the true teachings of the faith, but even the approved prophecies of Akita only called out the battle between Cardinals, Bishops and Priests............ but, never pin pointing any of them. I think this is because they all need our prayers and sacrifices and they too will be given a chance for repentance after they see their sins during the great warning coming. I don't recall any apostles speaking against Judas in scriptures, even Jesus did not, weeping at his feet while washing them at the last supper. I think this is where we are at. We need to weep and pray for our clergy as they are being sifted by the devil just like Judas was.
How sad and how clueless Catholics can be: In an interview published on the official website of the Archdiocese of Paderborn, vicar general Fr. Alfons Hardt praised the organizers of the campaign as women who are "concerned about the sustainability of their church." The collapse of the Church in Germany accelerates! Safe Under Mary's Mantle!
...the aggressiveness and callousness of those that propagate abortion is disgusting. And it makes praying for them difficult. Has anyone how they all seem to carry, the world over, these sneering and 'hard' foreboding facial expressions - and demeanour, as a part of their campaign of hatred against babies.
Dolours, You are very welcome. Professor Rist's arguments resonated with me also. He even briefly addressed the controversy around the last conclave. I hope that many members will read that interview. Here is the link to it for those who may have missed it, http://www.ncregister.com/daily-news/professor-john-rist-why-i-signed-the-papal-heresy-open-letter "Francis’ election does seem to have some uncanonical features (recognizable in the activities of the “St. Gallen mafia”), but elections in the past have also been dodgy. That is no justification for sedevacantism." *** Here are four more articles and some tweets from the Rome Life Forum, the articles are a bit long but they're good. It is actually hard to fathom what this means for those of us who have only come to the church in the last few years. When reading about the history of the influence of the church over society and its declune it is like a holocaust of paganism has taken iver the world.
It means you have absolutely zero authority to claim that Pope Francis is not Pope. I understand your zealousness on this issue, but you cannot take a quote from scripture and claim that you don't have to accept Pope Francis anymore. It just doesn't work that way. That is Protestantism and/or Sedevacantism. The very first canon in it's section in the code of canon law tells us so: Can. 1404 The First See is judged by no one. http://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG1104/_P5A.HTM This means you have no authority to claim who is Pope and who is not.
Pro-abortionists continue to claim they are protecting the rights women have over their bodies. This is their incessant mantra that refuses to address the reality of another human being with different pairs of chromosomes in the womb of mothers. It includes a hatred of motherhood, or at least a motherhood submissive to God's plan. This hatred is certainly of the devil and necessarily spills over to other areas of their lives. May God soften the hardness of their hearts and give us loving words sharp enough to penetrate their defenses! Safe in the Refuge of the Immaculate Heart!
We are suffering through a very difficult papacy. Our pope should be the defender of our faith, but we believe roles have reversed, and we are now called to be the defenders. We have been thrown off balance. The confusion is making us sick, and we are frustrated because we cannot fix it. I keep on going back to the Novena of Abandonment... 'You do not turn to Me, instead, you want me to adapt your ideas. You are not sick people who ask the doctor to cure you, but rather sick people who tell the doctor how to. So do not act this way, but pray as I taught you in the our Father: “Hallowed be thy Name,” that is, be glorified in my need. “Thy kingdom come,” that is, let all that is in us and in the world be in accord with your kingdom. “Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven,” that is, in our need, decide as you see fit for our temporal and eternal life'... It may be necessary for us to witness the burning of our faith right down to it's foundation before God allows the Church to rise from the ashes. Benedict XVI is the reminder of what we've lost, perhaps he stepped aside to make way for our suffering. I don't know what God's breaking point will be, but He will fix it when the time is right. We just need to stay true to our faith, and keep praying.

I know this sounds strange but we must be careful that in pursuing heresy we do not wind up becoming heretics ourselves. The Exorcists greatest protection lies in his humility
I think really a large amount of detachment is required as regards going on in the Vatican. I mean Spiritual Detachment. We can really only fast and pray. Staring too much into the face of evil can be dangerous and there is pure, pure, pure evil going on there.
It is a bog like deciding to walk over a bog, we must watch we don't sink into it. Look at Martin Luther. His initial ideas were correct
As far as I can remember, Cardinal Ratzinger said that the interpretation of the third secret released by the Vatican wasn't necessarily definitive and that there could be other interpretations. Perhaps I misunderstood what he said so don't take that as anything even approaching a direct quote of what Cardinal Ratzinger said. It was at the highest levels in 1977 and it looks like it didn't peak then.
Ordained clergy have a special charism that we will never have. God makes available to them special graces to help them fulfil their role as pastors and shepherds. Free will means that they can avail, or not, of those graces and, as with the rest of us, prayer helps the clergy discern how to make the most of God's grace. Whether or not the clergy pray and whether or not they avail of God's grace, the particular channel of God's grace (Holy Orders) will never transfer to us. We cannot, therefore, assume the Bishops' role of deciding whether or not a Pope has de-facto resigned the office by committing formal heresy. In other words, it's above our pay grade to declare the Bishops' choice of Pope invalid. I don't have a solution. All I can do is pray and try to figure out the best way to keep myself on the narrow path. For me, and I stress that I'm not proposing this as a solution for anyone else, if Pope Francis doesn't start defending the Faith I will simply ignore him and regard as suspect anything he says on any topic. I will also avoid any priests who quote him as an authority on anything. That means there will be certain churches where I won't go to Mass so I will have to find alternatives even if the only alternative is the SSPX. I will remain in communion with the Pope if the Pope remains in communion with his predecessors. I don't need to declare him an anti-Pope to do that. All I have to do is keep on believing what the Church has always taught. If Pope Francis wants to believe something else, that's a matter for him and the Bishops to grapple with. They can lead each other into the pit if they want but they won't drag me with them by having me assent to the assertion that God's grace isn't enough to help us avoid sin or that God wills Muslims to believe that Mohammed is God's messenger and Jesus merely a prophet. Let them all be accursed if that's their intent. What I heard at today's Mass is that Jesus is the way and that no-one comes to the Father except through Him. I don't need the Apostles' tape recorders to know that Jesus meant those words to have the same meaning today as they did when he said them.
