Alleluia! Thank You Jesus! The movie is changing hearts and minds thanks to the hard work of Abby Johnson and team, and thanks to God's Grace. About 94 abortion workers want to leave! Praise God!

‘Unplanned’ Director Says Abortion Workers Are Leaving the Industry Due to the Film

the “Unplanned” movie said that abortion workers are leaving the industry after seeing the movie.

“Unplanned,” currently in theaters, tells the true story of Abby Johnson, who worked as a Planned Parenthood clinic director before her experience there led her to become a pro-life advocate.

Chuck Konzelman, co-director and co-writer of the film, testified before a Senate Judiciary subcommittee this week about the film’s impact.

“After about 10 days after release, we have had approaches through Abby Johnson’s organization And Then There Were None, which transitions workers out of the abortion industry, I believe we have something approaching 1 percent of the abortion workers in the United States seeking help to leave the industry,” he told Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), chairman of the Subcommittee on the Constitution.

Konzelman said that 94 workers have reached out to the organization. He said there are about 700 clinics nationwide, and if they all had 12 employees, the figure would represent about 1 percent of abortion workers nationwide.

“After getting one look of them getting portrayed on film … have decided to change their lives and their profession and what they do for a living.”

“That is truly extraordinary and let me commend you,” Cruz responded.

Konzelman said that the workers leaving their jobs showed the film’s impact and met the goal of Johnson.

“Abby was very firm that she wanted this film to be a love letter to those still trapped in the abortion industry,” he said ...

Konzelman also noted that Twitter suspended the “Unplanned” Twitter account for hours during the opening weekend and when it reinstated the account, it sliced the number of followers from the hundreds of thousands to the hundreds. The account later shot past Planned Parenthood in terms of the number of followers. On the other hand, Facebook let the “Unplanned” trailer be promoted on its platform and it garnered tens of millions of views ... https://www.theepochtimes.com/unpla...ing-the-industry-due-to-the-film_2878242.html

Abby Johnson, subject of the pro-life film "Unplanned," amplified her unborn baby's heartbeat for bypassers to hear as she underwent a 4D ultrasound in New York City'sTimes Square.

"This is a baby. This right here is a baby," Johnson said while patting her stomach. She appeared on stage on Saturday after the ultrasound and declared that "life is winning."

"We will see a day when abortion in this country is unthinkable," she added.

ABBY JOHNSON: 'UNPLANNED' IS MY STORY AND YOU CAN'T UNSEE IT

The host of the livestream indicated that the ultrasound — broadcast on a large screen on the "Alive From New York" stage —showed the baby yawning.

Vice President Pence highlighted the ultrasound on Saturday with a tweet. "As Democrat Governors in NY & VA advocate for late term abortion & even infanticide - & Democrats in Congress refuse to allow a vote on the Born-Alive bill - TODAY in Times Square an ultrasound will be shown for all to see, demonstrating the miracle of life," he said.

Johnson's film, "Unplanned," caused a media firestorm as it depicted the true story of her transition from director at a Planned Parenthood in Texas and eventually leaving to found one of the most prominent pro-life organizations in the United States. Johnson's group helps clinic workers, like she was, leave their jobs.

"There is a lot of burnout in the abortion industry because promoting death is exhausting," Johnson said on Saturday.

Kristina Hernandez, a spokeswoman for Johnson's organization, confirmed to Fox News that her group helped at least 15 workers their jobs after the movie premiered.

PRO-LIFE ACTIVIST ABBY JOHNSON REACTS TO R RATING FOR ANTI-ABORTION FILM: 'WE ARE PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES'

Johnson's demonstration came just months after New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed controversial legislation that would allow women to have abortions up to the point of birth. That law, along with other initiatives, prompted criticism from the president during his State of the Union in February.

Cuomo pushed the law as a way to pre-empt a Supreme Court decision that would strike down legal protections emanating from the high court's decision in Roe v. Wade.

New York's government received a torrent of criticism after the bill passed and it celebrated the legislation by lighting up One World Trade Center in pink. While the CDC said the number of abortions dropped to a historic low nationwide, one analysis determined that in 2014, one in three pregnancies resulted in termination in New York City.

Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion provider, said it would hold its own counterdemonstration at 42nd Street Plaza — just blocks away from the "Alive From New York" event.

Planned Parenthood of New York City said it would join other groups in "holding a press conference to stand up for sexual and reproductive health and rights, and to make it clear we are proud of our progress in New York in regard to abortion rights and access, as well as LGBTQ rights." Protesters also appeared outside the "Alive From New York" demonstration.

The group promoted its Times Square billboard, which read "Planned Parenthood is Health Care," an apparent rebuttal to pro-life activism in the New York City landmark.

ALABAMA HOUSE OVERWHELMINGLY APPROVES ABORTION BAN

Students for Life, a pro-life group that works with college students, blasted New York's "abortion extremism" with a large Times Square sign.

"Abortion is not health care," Johnson said on Saturday.

States across the country have considered a variety of abortion restrictions, including those that would ban abortions after doctors can detect a heartbeat. At the federal level, the Trump administration tried revoking Title X family planning funds for clinics that refer women for abortions but a federal judge in Washington blocked that rule.

The administration also faced scrutiny surrounding a Health and Human Services rule, announced on Thursday, that would strengthen protections for medical professionals who had conscience objections to performing abortions.

He's not content with bullying some woman praying quietly. Now he's offering $100 for anyone who can name 3 teenagers who are peacefully protesting. He's some piece of work.

Daily Wire's Matt Walsh Sparks Big-Name Pro-Life Rally In Response To Dem. Rep. Brian Sims.

On Monday, Daily Wire writer and podcast host Matt Walsh sparked a pro-life rally in response to Democrat state Rep. Brian Sims proudly harassing women and young girls praying outside a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic over the weekend.

"Let’s organize a giant pro-life rally at the abortion clinic in Center City where [Brian Sims] has been harassing children and elderly women. Let’s see him come out and harass all of us. Retweet this and let’s get it organized," posted Walsh. "I’ll be there, Brian. I’d be happy to have you come stick a camera in my face. Though I know you prefer to target women and children."

Johnson quickly responded to Walsh: “I’m down.” In a statement sent to The Daily Wire, the Planned Parenthood executive-turned-pro-life advocate called Sims a “bully” and invited the Democrat to come to the rally.

“Brian Sims is a bully, deliberating picking on people who cannot stand up to him, seeking identifying information on underage girls for who knows what reasons, and calling people horrible and offensive names online for everyone to see. It’s time for the prolife movement to show abortion supporters that their attempts to bully and berate us will not go unnoticed or unchecked. We will hold them accountable for their despicable behavior,” said Johnson. “No women’s rights organizations have condemned his hate speech or bullying of an elderly woman."

“I invite Mr. Sims to have a conversation outside the very Planned Parenthood - I used to work for the organization for eight years so can answer any of his questions or claims - where he has incessantly harassed pro-lifers. Whatever he wants to talk about, I invite him to come on Friday morning,” she added.

Rose, one of the biggest names in pro-life advocacy, was also down with the idea. “On Friday at 11am, pro-life activists will gather at Planned Parenthood on 1144 Locust Street in PA to peacefully protest the violence & bullying of the abortion industry & its allies. We stand for the dignity & right to life of every human,” she wrote.

Excellent! Abby Johnson has been calling him out the last few days on Twitter. Letting him know she'll be there Friday at 11 a.m. He posted a stupid sorry-not-sorry tweet. I'd be worried about him to be honest. That was some crazy behaviour.
