I believe the justice that Ma Esperanza was speaking of in Venezuela is a punishment. It’s not that Venezuela will be the first to become a communist nation in Latin America, because Cuba was the first. I think what she meant is that war will break and start in Venezuela. And it may trickle down to most Latin American countries. Also, I believe if the U.S. would not have antagonized Russia in Ukraine, we would not have had Russia working with China to support Maduro. Our politicians fell for a trap. A very dangerous one. We literally gave Russia the excuse to get close to China. It’s our fault.

Instead of congratulating Russia going back to the Church, and working with them, we concentrated on bullying them with the excuse that they are not a Jeffersonian republic. We could have convinced them by letting them keep their foot in the Middle East (Syria), to go against the Iranian ayatollahs. Instead it was greed that kept us from making that effort. I feel sorry for President Trump, because no President in the history of the United States, has had so much thrown at him to deal with. I pray he is able to find the way to stop such a war.

Regardless of what kind of government Russia has: Russia will spread her errors throughout the world. I am an old lady and I do NOT trust them. I’ve lived through a lot. We all may not agree on politics but we agree on Our Lady and the rosary.

Its amazing to me how quickly some who have known what our Lady of Fatima has said about Russia and communism, now dismiss it has having already been converted and I suppose we are in the era of peace as well . Well, Father Malachi Martin didn't forget and was not fooled when they changed their tactics, so as cloak their evil intents of communism while providing its evil leader time to build its WMD's along with its left handed partner China. And all we wait for now is for the last prophecy about what they will do when "the pope returns from Russia" per out Lady of Garabandal. Then we all see what she meant when she said "when communism returns". Just look at who Russia buddies up with, like the communist dictator of Venezuela and that is all we need to know to confirm their strategic plans around the world.

It’s not that I don’t disagree with Our Lady of Fatima, it’s that we the (West) had the chance to bring the world together in a more peaceful manner before we got into the Iraq war. We had the chance to work with countries like Russia who have a radical Muslim problem in their own nation. We would have together with Europe concentrated on what Our Lady said to do. Instead we divided nation against nation by entering into wars. We spread what Russia was spreading during the Cold War. We did it, not Russia. It is the West during these 20 years that has disobeyed Christian laws. And we spread it all over the world including abortion in Africa, just ask Bill Gates. It was George Bush Jr who opened the door to stem cell research globally. We are responsible for Fatima’s prophecy on spreading Russia’s errors worldwide. President Trump is trying to reverse the spread of evil that the last administrations have caused. May God give him the wisdom to prevail.

Again, Fatima, just to remind you that both Maria Esperanza and Pope John Paul II warned Bush not to get into a war with Iraq. That decision opened the Pandora box of evil and it spread like wildfire. The leftists (globalists) worldwide became more powerful.

There is no doubt that the Bush's presidencies pushed globalism and helped to bring more of the Carter and Clinton era's of socialism/communism within our own country subtly. Frankly, in the past 50 years it has only been Reagan and Trump who have clearly established policies and worked for traditional values, both within our government and religious freedoms. Perfect no. But I don't think anyone can name any better country/world leaders that have done more to curtail the Freemason/globalists agenda in the past 100 years then Regan and Trump. Our past socialist godless presidents of Johnson, Carter, Clinton and Obama did everything they could to bring down our values in the US and the Bushes were not far behind. Trump has just confused their plans. Had Hillary gotten president, we would all be in slavery by now with her having control of the CIA/FBI/DOJ heads whom we know well now had every intention of bringing America down. Through it all, Putin has built up his warfare and along with China will soon unleash it on Europe and America. For me, there is simply to much credible prophecy and common sense observations to believe otherwise.

We do agree on Our Lady and the Rosary, so at some point we are going to have to acknowledge that Russia is going to convert. She will be the salvation of the decadent and hedonistic West.

I think we have passed the point in history when Russia has spread her errors. She has and they spread globally. The Western Democracies are now living those errors. Russia has seen they do not work and is abandoning them.

She is now laying the foundations for her conversion to Catholicism. Sister Lucy even said that. We are seeing the conversion of Russia as we speak. It is not an overnight thing. I am not saying they are the "good guys" and we are the "bad guys", but as a government they are moving in the right direction and we are moving in the wrong one.

At Fatima Our Lady didn't mention communism, she spoke of the "errors of Russia". Many took this to mean communism, but that's not necessarily so. Communism as a political force is dead. The "errors of Russia" however are very much alive. Atheism, secularism, humanism, materialism, abortion, contraception, etc.

P., Do you think that we all (all of the USA) are moving in the wrong direction, I don't think so and I'm not so certain that all Russia is moving in the right direction. I think that we are in the time of the remnant with only some people in every nation who are truly focused on Jesus Christ for the right reasons.

Russia will convert and the whole world will convert, that is, those who wake up as a result of God's intervention which I believe is coming soon.

In addition, I think that President Trump is further along the path of conversion than Putin is, btw.

I realize that these are communists who are protesting in Russia but it is still very interesting that Putin is considered to be corrupt by many in Russia, so much so that they are taking the chance of protesting against him and Kremlin policies.

Russian protesters rally against Kremlin policies - Breitbart

    March 23, 2019
Moscow (AFP) – Several thousand supporters of Russia’s Communist Party rallied in Moscow against government policies, with some attacking President Vladimir Putin who they said was personally responsible for entrenched corruption and rising prices.

The Communists had called on Russians to take to the streets across the country to protest the latest raft of repressive laws and falling living standards.
The Moscow rally featured both young and elderly protesters and was led by veteran Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov, 74.

Similar protests took place in other cities across the country.

“I looked at Putin’s historical rule and realised that he has not done anything good for the country over the past 20 years,” said one of the Moscow protesters, Sergei Tereshin, blaming Putin for corruption and rising poverty.

“I cannot trust such a leader,” said the 25-year-old engineer.

Critics say the Kremlin is ramping up a crackdown on dissenters to counter a fall in Putin’s approval rating amid mounting economic troubles.

This week Putin signed laws that allow courts to fine and briefly jail people for showing disrespect towards authorities, and to block media for publishing “fake news”.

Soon after Putin was re-elected for a fourth Kremlin term last year, his government raised value-added tax and hiked the retirement age for the first time since the 1930s, sparking anger across the country.

I agree with what you have said, Praetorian, but I believe that Pres Trump is trying to turn things around. I believe as Byron said, he inherited a mess. I also agree with what Carol has said, the remnant prayers are what Our Lady has asked for to turn things around in the WORLD.
Not that Russia has already turned around.

Carol, America’s only chance right now is Trump. But we have not been moving in the right direction for many years. For the first time, I see an American president trying to morally, forget financially, but morally, trying to move us towards God. So we may have a slight chance to get out of this mess. Pray that we join forces with Russia. Pray for that miracle. There was not one Israeli conservative who agreed with Bush’s decision on the Iraq war. They were hysterical. Although the Neo-Cons were thrilled. Many of my Jewish friends here in America were fuming. That decision just made Iran more powerful. If Israel and the U.S. can convince Putin to trust us, and to join us in defeating Iran and the leftist’s, who have allied themselves with radical Islam, then the world would see peace. We would be able to deal with China in a more civilized way. The anti Russia rhetoric is a leftist movement plan to start a war with Russia. There is nothing more globalists want than war. Gold would go sky high and so would oil.

Definitely not. Nations are not black and white. There were good people living in Nazi Germany, saints even. As a whole though the Western nations, who share a common heritage politically, are all moving in the wrong direction. By that I mean towards humanism, abortion, contraception, "progressivism", etc. I think some countries, like America, are more split. Here we have a large group of people who are trying to put the brakes on things, but it is only enough to slow the momentum down, not stop it. For example in the 1980's the Republican party would not have dared to have an openly homosexual speaker at any of their events. In the early 2000's President Bush had one, I forget the details, but I don't think he was greeted warmly. At one of Trumps presidential events he had one and he received a standing round of ovations from the Republicans. That is what I mean. The momentum is with the progressives right now and has been for a long time.

I think we are seeing the seeds of the post-Chastisement Church being planted. Mostly in the young, but in all different age groups. Russia is converting to Christianity, Tradition minded Catholic laity and priests are making a comeback. Growing up I never saw a veil in Church at all. The past few years they are popping up even in Novus Ordo parishes. It seems all of the pieces of the puzzle are lining up.

As Reagan used to say, “There you go again.” The real problem is that Russia today, sadly, does not trust us. And that is our fault. She will defend herself as best as she can. And that may not turn out so well for us in the long run.

I think we need to be remember that there is a lot of grey area here. Trump is not "Good" and Putin is not "Bad". Similarly Putin is not "Good" and Trump is not "Bad".

These are two very flawed men, BUT they seem to be men that, even though they are flawed, are open to being instruments for God to use to do good. Both are promoting Christianity in their own countries. Both are fighting abortion and many of the other modern cultural corruptions. That is a big step as they are pretty much the only world leaders doing that right now.

Exactly. The man who supports the wicked dictators in such places as Syria and Venezuela, who invaded Crimea and Ukraine, who publicly threatens death to his Russian opponents abroad (and who, coincidentally, end up dead from poisoning or 'suicide' with alarming regularity), whose daughter just happens to be one of the richest women in Russia (keeping funds for daddy?) etc. etc. This is not a man who is 'flawed' but is an evil despot bent on turning the world to his will. He and the head of the Russian Orthodox Church were colleagues in the KGB and they use religion as a means of maximising nationalist support and to overthrow the authority of the Ecumenical Patriarch to gain leadership of international Orthodoxy as well as political power and influence in as much of the world as possible. He hates the west because it won and dismantled the evil empire of his USSR which he is on record as mourning.

Security forces fire tear gas on opposition rally in Venezuela

Federico Parra, AFP | Supporters of Venezuelan opposition leader and self-proclaimed interim president Juan Guaido attend a rally in San Antonio de los Altos, Miranda State, Venezuela, on March 30, 2019
    Text by: NEWS WIRES

Venezuelan security forces fired tear gas Saturday to disperse demonstrators who turned out in Caracas to protest massive power outages that have kept much of the country in darkness since early March.

AFP journalists on the scene said the security forces blocked opposition protesters from concentrating at certain points in the western side of the city.

Venezuela has been hit by three major power outages this month, and opposition leader Juan Guaido -- who is recognized as interim president by some 50 countries -- had called on supporters to take to the streets to demonstrate.

In the latest outage, which began Friday night, the capital Caracas and 20 out of 23 states have found themselves without electricity, and many regions remained without power on Saturday.

President Nicolas Maduro has blamed previous power outages -- which worsened already dire economic and living conditions in the crisis-hit country -- on sabotage.

But experts have said that infrastructure crumbling from years of neglect is a more likely culprit than outside interference.

Electricity slowly returned in most areas of Caracas on Saturday after Venezuela struggled through the third major blackout of March.

Power went out around 7 p.m. Friday. Sirens, car horns and alarms echoed throughout the dark streets before generators began kicking in.

The situation is much worse in the barrios and poorer areas of the capital, and especially outside Caracas, with many struggling with intermittent service since the first major blackout.

Blackouts have become a daily occurrence across Venezuela as the economic crisis has worsened.

The power outage was the talk of the town, overshadowing another round of dueling protests by supporters of embattled President Nicolas Maduro and Juan Guaido, president of the National Assembly.

Maduro and his government blame the United States and its allies inside the country, accusing them of sabotaging power plants and the electricity grid. Government officials often release pictures of damaged sections and use government officials to explain on state media what happened and why it's US President Donald Trump's fault.

On the other side, Guaido, recognized as Venezuela's interim president by several countries, including the United States, sees the outages as a good example of why Maduro must go. Guaido and his supporters accuse Maduro of mismanaging the income from the country's massive oil reserves and failing to maintain public infrastructure.

The cause of the third blackout has not been given, but the first two occurred because of problems at the Guri hydroelectric plant, which serves 70% of the country.

The first blackout started March 8 and was not completely over until about five days later. It put most of Venezuela in the dark, stopping mass transit in the capital, shuttering businesses and gas stations and disrupting operations at hospitals.

Mauro Zambrano, representative of the hospitals and clinics union of Caracas, told CNN there have been four deaths at hospitals, including two at a children's hospital. CNN has not independently verified any of the four deaths.

The second blackout occurred March 25 after a fire at the Guri plant that Venezuelan Minister of Communications Jorge Rodriguez said was caused by "criminals" and their "gringo masters."

The blackouts cause problems beyond electricity.

As electricity fails, so does the water supply, leaving millions without access for days. In most hotels, running water is available for only short periods at certain times of the day. Shortages have been felt even in wealthier neighborhoods, with some people saying they haven't had running water for two days.

Some travel huge distances to collect water at nearby rivers or streams, bathing in unfiltered, sometimes polluted and disease-ridden waters.

Power outages affect all strands of daily activity. The blackouts have halted service in the Caracas subway at times and check-in at the Simon Bolivar International Airport has been done by hand several times in the past few weeks.

Still tend to believe BBC and CNN? Under Al Assad Syria was actually developed. Education took to a very high jump, and so did women’s rights. Roads were built, the life standard of Syrians rose to become one of the highest in the region before the Al Qaeda allied fighters started their war against the regime. Assad is a military dictator needed in countries like Syria to keep religious extremism in check. The community of Syrian Jews is concentrated in Damascus and lives under the personal protection of the Assad regime. Christians were always free to worship and were protected under the regime too. So, Steve, it’s either neo con McCain’s ISIS rebels to take control, who were financed by Obama, or Assad? I pick Assad and so should the U.S. and Israel. Jesus would not be very happy with ISIS. And as for Russia, the Crimean people exercised their inalienable right and voted in an overwhelming majority to liberate their homeland from the 21 years of an Ukrainian occupation. The coup McCain and Obama financed in Ukraine that helped overthrow their President did not work to get rent from the Sevastopol port to the U.S. army. Better to have concentrated on our own hemisphere instead of provoking trouble in places that we have no business being in.
