He died at 3:30 pm...thats a special number. If I remember my studies 3:30 am is the witching hour. I guess its the darkest of night and closest to bad things. While 3;30 pm is the day highest point. closest to GOD. Not sure how or why I remember but I'm sure there is some tradition behind it.

I was taught that the hour between 3-4 was the hour of Christs death hence the reason for the recital of the divine mercy chaplet at that hour

From Luke's post above.... In the evenings as a family we pray the prayers for the dying, which are beautiful prayers. I have been looking into the 'Sabbatine Privilige' promise, and trying to work out if I qualify. I think I will. I surely hope I will. Luke .....you now know that you qualified. Please pray for all those left behind, that we too may qualify! Oh Mary concieved without sin, Pray for us who have recourse to Thee. Amen.
God has blessed us with just knowing Luke on this forum. He always spoke with conviction and love for the faith. Truly a fighter for our Mother Mary and Lord Jesus. Thanks be to God! Thank you for letting us be part of his going onto his final home.
Im so sad to hear of his passing. So sad. Thank u i was in the hospital 5 days. They did alot of stuff and i am on the mend. Now i have someone else to cheer me on from heaven. But my heart is so sad for his family. Not for him though because i know he is out of pain and with Jesus.
