Right now each theatre will; be judged individually, depending on the 3 day sales ( Feb.1-3). Then on to other cities.

The initiatives that the Prefect of the Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith took, right after his conversations with the visionary, facilitating her meeting Pope Paul VI, in private, allows us to suppose, however, that his opinion was already favorable. . . Not, however, without mentioning how Jacinta herself was to be introduced to Cardinal Ottaviani, in 1975, for we know the astonishing exhortation he then addressed to her: "We must pray a great deal, Jacinta, so that the Church may acknowledge Garabandal," after . . . having told her that he believed in the supernatural character of Garabandal . GARABANDAL, THE ROSARY & CONCHITA'S ADVICE. If people wonder why God chose this place for the apparitions, here’s an interesting fact. I have posted the story that God and our Blessed Mother consider Garabandal “Sacred Ground”. It is a confirmed fact that the Rosary has been said there on a nightly basis for over 500 years ! When Mary first appeared at Garabandal, the first thing she taught the girls, was the Rosary. She actually took the time to teach them all the words and especially to emphasize saying it slowly. She taught the children to recite the rosary each time they saw her and that they actually did recite it during every apparition . Conchita, diary, jp89: "The rosary is a very important part of the Blessed Virgin's message"..." Mary also emphasized the importance of the daily rosary not only for our personal needs each day, but also she reminded the girls of the importance to pray for the dead, and especially her priests. I always thought it was interesting that of all the people in the world who supported and believed in Garabandal , the most influential was Padre Pio. He was known to have a great affection for our Blessed Mother, and coincidently, the rosary. He would do up to 30 rosaries a day ! Many years ago when I started promoting the apparitions ,while having a conversation with Conchita, she asked me " Do you do the rosary everyday ? " I said " well, ...not everyday, I'm busy,I have several jobs". She said " Don't promote the messages ,unless you are going to live the messages". Wow, that kind of knocked me for a loop, but she's right ! It is amazing that when you make the time to do those things , it seems like there is plenty of time to do them. God is funny that way. One of the most powerful weapons we all have, is sitting right in our homes everyday, waiting to be used, USE IT !
So how did it sadly come that one of my previous priests stated 2 years ago he would not even acknowledge or discuss Garabandal ever occurring? He said he "wouldn't touch that subject." That is somewhat a rhetorical question. Partially that Bishop but there is a history of support from private papal approval to overall silence and no acknowledgement. Yes, I am sure that can be found within the books and articles posted.
Many older priests remember the first Bishop's opinion ( NOT RULING ), but failed to continue following the apparitions to learn that the First Commission was a HUGE FRAUD ! That is why Pope Paul VI HIMSELF demanded to interview Conchita, and after 2 1/2 hours believed her and blessed her ! NO OTHER apparition has ever had the favorable opinion of 3 Popes and so many Saints , as Garabandal ! You'll be telling your priest friend" I told you so" right after the Warning & Miracle, trust me. ps. Go back to page 4 and read about the fraud the Bishop & Commission committed.
Yes, so much will be made clear after that! It was actually a younger priest ordained 1 year who refused to acknowledge anything happened there.
JANUARY 12 - 20, 1966: CONCHITA'S FIRST TRIP TO ITALY: ROME, THE VATICAN (S.C.D. FAITH AND POPE PAUL VI) AND A MEETING WITH BLESSED PADRE PIO. On the order of Cardinal Alfredo Ottaviani, then Pro-Prefect of the Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, who had been informed about the Garabandal "events" by the father of the princess of Bourbon Parme as early as the summer of 1965, Conchita at last goes to Rome. On this trip with her there were Fr. Luna, Cecile of Bourbon Parme, Aniceta and Professor Medi (University of Rome), former ambassador of Spain to the Vatican. Cardinal Ottaviana listened to Conchita for more than two hours. Although we still have partial information about their conversation, we know, nonetheless, that Conchita told him the date of the Miracle as well as the nature of the very important Church event that will occur on the same day, while also answering 'presumed' difficulties reported to the Pro-Prefect . . . Several other important members of the Roman Curia also welcomed the visionary. She would later meet the Pope's confessor and told him also the date of the future "D" day. But, more important, Conchita was to be introduced to Paul VI, in a very private audience attended by only five persons, which took place providentially on . . . January 18th! Undoubtedly, on this very first day of the "Week of prayer for the Unity of all Christians," the visionary told the Holy Father what she knew about the future 'reunification of all Christian Churches,' about 'the Council, the last Popes,' etc . . . The Sovereign Pontiff will eventually bless the visionary twice in these terms: "Conchita, I bless you and with me the whole Church blesses you." Taking advantage of a wait of twenty-four hours before her rendezvous with Cardinal Ottaviani, Conchita and her fellow travellers went to San Giovanni Rotondo. There she met a "friend": Blessed Padre Pio! The latter, although not feeling well that day, came nonetheless against all expectations, to greet the visionary . . . as soon as he was told that "Conchita of San Sebastian de Garabandal is also here." The interview was warm, the famous Capuchin constantly blessing Conchita and assuring her of his prayers. As to her crucifix, kissed by the Blessed Virgin at Garabandal, Conchita presented it to Blessed Padre Pio during her visit, asking him to bless it. This he did, placing the small crucifix on one of his stigmata, in the palm of his left hand, then covering it with Conchita's hand . . . [From 'Garabandal' Book, pages 204-205]
And may I add one thing too here Glenn: it was advised in the previous post that The priest (Fr Luis Andreu) body was found in sketal form/corrupt. To cast doubt on the prophecy he would be found incorrupt when dug up. And thus an attempt to cast doubt about Garabandal overall. However it needs to be pointed out that when he was dug up it wasn’t the day after miracle day. It was supposed to be corrupt when they dug up his grave years ago. The prophecy is his body will be found incorrupt the DAY AFTER THE MIRACLE ONLY. Thus making that finding the day after the Miracle as you often say “a more amazing miracle or double miracle” since he was already found to be in a corrupt state. Peace!

For some time already (Fall 1962), the visionary had known the very year of the future Warning, and also that "the Aviso will come less than a year before the great Miracle," furthermore that "both of these future great events might occur the very same year . . ." GARABANDAL & PURGATORY I have always viewed Purgatory as God's greatest act of Mercy. The reason I say this is that , for the most part, most people do not deserve Heaven or hell immediately upon their demise. Purgatory at least gives us that hope and that someday, we can attain Heaven ( and we have avoided hell also ). To me, one of the most interesting "events" happened when someone passed Conchita a bunch of rosaries for the entity in the alleged apparition to bless. Now, all of these rosaries had been rolled up and tangled together, yet afterward, Conchita would simply lift a rosary out of the ball and it would be untangled. What's more, she knew just who to give the rosary to, though she hadn't seen them being gathered.

Glenn, Thank you. I just found the following on the ourlady.ca site yesterday and I think that it is very well done. I don't know very much about Dr. Michael Roseluk and his wife Helen, just what I have read on MOG and a little more from other places on the Internet and everything that I have read about them is very good. Since they speak Ukrainian so fluently in this video, I wonder if they are immigrants from there or possibly first generation Canadians. I only mention this because there is much discussion about the possibility of Pope Francis going to Moscow due to the recent events regarding the Russian Orthodox Church and Ukraine. I simply find it interesting that the Dr. and his wife appear to have a strong connection to Ukraine and I wonder if this is a small sign.
That's what it's all about. What such a special kiss can "accomplish". I love the choirs w/ their strong base tones. Great devotion is expressed. Very moving video.

(and Dr. Mike & Helen Rozeluk ) I was blessed to accompany Joey and Marilyn Lomangino to Toronto for this Garabandal conference , organized by Dr. Michael Rozeluk and his wife Helen, who run the Canadian Garabandal site ( ourlady.ca ) At about the 51:25 mark of this home made video, and the end of Joey’s talk, you can see people lined up to meet Jacinta and venerate the crucifix our Blessed Mother kissed.
