I agree and i feel that God is asking us to trust Him totally in this situation. God's time is not our time. I cannot help but think of Father Solanus who always said Thank God ahead of time. God has already aligned everything perfectly in His plan and every martyr and victim soul's sacrifice has been accepted for these times. I grew up with my mom peggy who taught me as a child about ann emmerich . marie jahanney and the prophecies of all our Ladys appearances. So as an adult i have always researched because of that. But protestants will not open their heart and minds to these prophecies. The plan of God is to save as many souls as He can with our help . your words are always so well said padraig. Truly inspiring

Yes, I prayerfully think we have turned some kind of corner up in heaven. We are the Church Militant down here, but the Heavenly Court has decided to act. It reminds me of the Christmas film, of Clarence the angel. Do you remember this? Ever ytime an angel gets it wings you here a bell ring. Well I can hear many, many bells ringing up there in heaven. Many, many bells. I fee angels coming down to our aid.

'From where shall come our help?
Our help is in the Name of the Lord who made heaven and Earth!'

    Frank Capra vs. the Devil
“My films must let every man, woman and child know that God loves them.”
    Matthew Archbold | Nov. 28, 2018 | http://www.ncregister.com/blog/matthew-archbold/frank-capra-vs.-the-devil

Frank Capra, the legendary director of heartwarming films such as “It's a Wonderful Life” and “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” fought against the temptation to dilute his values in his work. Capra, a Catholic, didn't just have to fight Hollywood though. He wrote in a recently discovered manuscript that he resisted the urge from the devil to water down the strong vein of morality that ran through his movies.

According to news stories about manuscripts that were recently uncovered in Capra's son's house:

The second manuscript, “Night Voices,” is Frank Capra’s personal “Wonderful Life” when he felt Hollywood turned on him at the end of his career. “He believes he spoke to the devil one night when he was sitting up at the lake house drinking too much. And that the devil tried to convince him to write movies without values,” Kris Capra said. But Capra stuck with values, something moviegoers still crave decades later.

In speaking about his film “You Can't Take it With You,” Capra specifically said that it was a chance to promulgate Christ's admonition to love thy neighbor which he said “can be the most powerful sustaining force in someone's life.”

Capra didn't always take his faith very seriously though. In fact, he called himself a Christmas Catholic as a youth. When some of his earlier films were hits, he was feeling quite good about himself and didn't much consider his faith. But someone said to him something that changed his life. A Christian Scientist friend said to Capra, “The talents you have, Mr. Capra, are not your own, not self-acquired. God gave you those talents; they are His gifts to you, to use for His purpose.”

Shortly after that, Capra re-evaluated his faith and began to take it more seriously. He began using his artistry in a different manner. He said, “My films must let every man, woman, and child know that God loves them, that I love them, and that peace and salvation will become a reality only when they all learn to love each other.”

In his 1971 autobiography, The Name Above the Title, Capra wrote, “Mankind needed dramatizations of the truth that man is essentially good, a living atom of divinity; that compassion for others, friend or foe, is the noblest of all virtues. Films must be made to say these things, to counteract the violence and the meanness, to buy time to demobilize the hatreds.”

One can read anywhere all sorts of snark about the corniness of George Bailey's life in “It's a Wonderful Life.” Critics can call it ham-fisted. But when I see who else didn't like Capra's films, I think I'm on the right side. So this year, I'll be watching “It's a Wonderful Life,” happy in the knowledge that the devil doesn't like it.

  7. Here we go again.....how the conservative secular world views Francis because, well, the things he says:

Red Francis: Western World Has “Moral Responsibility” to Let in More Migrants

On Thursday Pope Francis weighed in on the migration crisis facing the West from third world countries.

Red Francis called on Western nations to open their doors to the flood of economic migrants from corrupt, poor regimes.

This pope appears to put no thought into his touchy-feely far left positions.
    Voice of Europe reported:

“It is the “moral responsibility” of the outside world to accept even more migrants,” Pope Francis explained in a speech on Thursday.

This year it is 70 years since the globalist organisation that is the UN adopted the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”.

It was for that reason that Pope Francis urged the outside world to open its doors to even more migrants.

He referred to the declaration’s recognition that all human beings have “universal and indivisible rights”, which are the basis for “justice, freedom and peace in the world”.

According to the Pope, it is everyone’s responsibility to deal with the consequences of war, poverty, inequality and mass migration.

“No solution to the global issue of mass migration should ignore our moral responsibility for the common good, to welcome, protect, promote and integrate those who knock on our doors to find a safe future,” he continued.

At the same time, the morals among his close advisors aren’t exactly impressive. This past week, three cardinals have left the Pope’s most important advisory body, the Council of Cardinals.

What the Pope is saying isn't necessarily communistic. The secular conservatives would be more convincing if they advocated reproducing more. Do they intend to see their countries become empty? A century ago and more, it was Europeans who were emigrating because of their expanding numbers. Now, we are on the receiving end.

Of course, as President Sisi of Egypt said this week, migrants must integrate within their chosen society and respect the religion, culture, customs and traditions of the host country. He also raised the point that excessive migration denudes the donor society of the kind of talent required to improve it, a point that Pope Francis seems to fail to emphasise. Ireland, for example, hasn't yet recovered from the massive exoduses of its people during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Many other nations enjoyed the benefits of Irish workers while the home country stagnated.

If Russia were truly planning an invasion of Europe, I still believe a preemptive EMP attack is probable. Knock out our power grid and we would be focused inward for many months!

Yes, this decision by Mr. Birch shows the drastic nature of the current situation. As you say he is not one to spew statements just to make people excited. So this to me seemed of major import. We may not make it to his next book since the first one took eons to write, but we should keep an eye on his Facebook page as he said he will be announcing the major points there.

It worries me too why the USA isn't mentioned much in prophecy, especially living here!
My guess (and it is only that) is that perhaps the axial shift comes before the Russian invasion of Europe, perhaps even instigating it. I saw one video about magnetic pole shifts totally unrelated to religious topics and they stated that our best scientific guess is that if there was a pole shift that the new north pole would be located somewhere around Tannu Tuva. That would make it almost necessary for the Russia people to attack south in order to survive. The new area south of Russia would be Europe. If there were a pole shift and millions living on the coast were wiped out as Pope St. John Paul II alluded to at Fulda Germany that would change the balance of world power drastically.

America is primarily a naval power, projecting her force by that means. All of her naval bases necessarily are located along her coasts as are many of her major cities.

Russia is primarily a land power and most of her major cities are located far away from the coastlines.

If the above scenario comes to pass it would fill in all of the gaps as to why WWIII might start, why the USA is not mentioned in prophecy but is destroyed by natural disasters, and why Russia would attack Europe.

Of course, this is just an educated guess trying to connect all of the prophetic dots. These things could happen because of some other means.

Wow, NO KIDDING?! In recent years, I've been thinking Vat II was pushed much further than many wanted or intended to go. This makes sense to me and I can certainly see in time, shifting to this. The Council may have not....but these changes occurred for some reasons by someone's initiative. I love hearing the Eucharistic prayer chanted. My priest told a couple of us planning our trip, he loves chanting many parts of the Mass. I told him he has a great gift of singing solo acapella. Being in choir, I laughed when I told him he didn't want to hear me do that! I'd have to close my eyes, know it cold and not listen to myself to be in tune. Singing at his ordination, I recall he cried right after that anointing (3yrs ago). I asked him if he thought anyone would follow him when he is assigned his own parish. He said he hoped not.

In the N.O., Gregorian Chant is still included. How rich in tradition.
Many older churches are not built facing East. This puzzles me.

  16. I believe what people look for within a "religious" institution is a kind of meaning that goes beyond the limitations and defects of the material only. When the only solution becomes a parroting of a kind of division between types of human beings....like a class system of "super human" due to material goods only and the class of constant dependents upon this other class it is obvious that only the material is being sought out as an answer. So only those with great means can solve the problems.....ALL problems including sin that gets countries/cultures/individuals into heinous levels of human existence.....and those people with means then MUST solve all problems and have a moral responsibility for the whole world when that answer fails....IOW, they just didn't give enough material things or did so in some disorganized way. So instead of seeing that such measures can also feed the beast they simply repeat the same failed material solutions and expect a different outcome. Obviously the best examples of this throughout history are the inevitable systems of Marxism, "Socialism".....at various degrees, some of which today are outright Communism..... dictatorships of other types, but in every system, due to human defects it always results in those at the top getting the dachas while all others don't receive that ideal outcome of the planned utopia (of the mind only), but become the cogs in the wheel, becoming so accustomed to waiting in line (but the line is orderly rather than chaotic because at least that part of the system works, by mandate), that when an opening in the future arrives for personal initiative, ingenuity, using personal gifts, such God given talents have been systematically killed and remain buried in the human soul.

So I see Pres. Sisi as a more perfect human being than any religious leader who just "expects" others to move, en masse, due to preached platitudes, never acknowledging individuals who fight the good fight within their individual fields of work. When the Muzbros in Egypt were burning Coptic Christians alive in their locked churches (during funeral services for their relatives who were already murdered by the Muzbros) he moved when begged for. Now many of the "do gooders" even thought that this move, so necessary to stop the slaughter, was terrible because it involved the military....other "tough" guys who could control others. Any spread of this type of culture into otherwise stabilized cultures benefits no one in the long run. And this kind of disorganized and purposeful wink of the eye to illegal migration for the real goal of chaos, destroying laws beneficial to all defective populations is either totally naive due to some outlook that has developed with designer blinders or a purposed use of position to influence the weak to try to take their future by force, knowing the victimization involved as well as enabling new settings for survival only of the fittest or street smarts and creating more cultures controlled by tyrants (Venezuela, Cuba et al). If anyone thinks for instance that Merkel of Germany has opened doors to all out of some great newly found humanitarian impulse or only filling places of employment due to local diminished population, well, there are much better ways to do so which don't involve the home citizens being victimized and then blamed themselves. But I wouldn't doubt that certain Church officials would publicly applaud the overall action rather than condemn any parts of the evil involved in the process. The guest worker program was more honest. But it MUST be a simple, uncomplicated answer in order to suck in the ignorant and pliable, especially when you're creating your "legacy" within the "greats" of humanity or knowingly paving the way for that supreme Material Controller, the AC. But don't dare direct your attention to what's going on BEHIND the curtains!!

This took a while to be posted on EWTN's Youtube channel because of the Australian news blackout, but it is finally up. It is an interview with Cardinal Burke regarding a host of topics, but most importantly (to me at least) is the Dubia and Fraternal Correction, which right from the Cardinal's own mouth is in process. They seem to be deciding the best way to proceed at this point.
