There is one good thing about all this corruption nonsense, you hardly have to comment on these clowns and their activites anymore they kind of speak for themselves. Who are they kidding? it would be laughable if it were not all so very sad. Talk about, 'Ask my brother am I a liar? ' Just how stupid to they think we all are?

    Send in the clowns.

My take on this is that Vatican II managed to inflict such great damage to the Church because only a minority of her members even knew what had taken place at the Council.
If it had happened in present times, with the internet making news almost instantly available, the sweeping and devastating changes would not have been so easily accepted by the laity, especially if they knew that respected Council Fathers had grave misgivings about the changes to the liturgy and that Protestants had been invited to 'contribute' to the changes, etc.

So, we are to say, "yes, he is pope, but let's judge whether his teachings are true or false, and we will follow the true ones and reject the false ones"?

    Why should this surprise us?
Until Archbishop Vigano courageously broke his silence, none in the hierarchy had really said anything.
After all, those who had dared to say anything had been axed - Cardinal Burke and Cardinal Mueller for example.

It doesn;t surpirse me that they would do it. It amazes me, thouhg, that they should be so bare faced about it. That they should not even bother to pretend.

    Their arrogance is staggering.

True! In Heaven all physical restrictions are "no more" !

But in this mortal world we humans expect that in prophesy the mortal takes on the properties of the immortal and yes at times this happens ! However maybe God regards the human will in such high regard [as His ultimate gift] that He exaults the mortal will conforming to His Will above any previous prophesy?

God is not bound by His prophets nor by their prophesy!

In scripture we see God binding Himself instead to the obedience and the Love of His prophets and His Children.

Take for example our Father Abraham's dilemma or the prophet Jonah's predictions!

God can change His plans, because He is God!

    And scripture atests to this!

    Hebrews 5:7

7 During Our Lord Jesus' life on earth, He offered up prayer and entreaty, with loud cries and in silent tears, to the one who had the power to save him from death, but He submitted so humbly that his prayer was heard!

So too, maybe the prayers and silent tears of Joey?

Bernadette, I think that your mind is made up about Our Lady of Garabandal and that is fine but in regards to Joey Lomangino I offer the following link,
    http://www.mysticsofthechurch.com/2014/06/the-death-of-joey-lomangino-blow-to.html .

In addition in regards to Vatican II, I offer the following two quotes from Bishop Athanasius Schneider which remind me of what Archbishop Fulton Sheen stated, “Who is going to save our Church? Not our Bishops, not our priests and religious. It is up to the people. You have the minds, the eyes, the ears to save the Church. Your mission is to see that your priests act like priests, your bishops like bishops and your religious act like religious”.

"It is our duty, our first duty to be faithful to the words of God, to the revelation and when we are observing that the truths of God, not our opinion but the truths of God, his words, are in danger to be changed, we have to - we have to stand up and raise our voice. Otherwise, Christ will judge us - 'why have you been silent', 'why have you not confessed me in front of the - of man'."

"And the Second Vatican Council taught that the faithful has the duty even, not only the right, but the duty to manifest their desires to the hierarchy when it is some - an issue belonging to the faith and very important for the Church, for the benefit of the Church. And so we are - we have with this filial appeal only fulfilled what the Second Vatican Council taught. And so we have joined a good number of bishops - the filial appeal of the faithful. And so we have to be really one Church as one family; the faithful, the priests, and the bishops, and the Pope - we are one family. And this filial appeal was signed not only by lay people but priests, bishops, cardinals signed this filial appeal. It is a very beautiful manifestation of our spirit of family in the Church."
The above quotes are contained in the following video at the 37:28 and 38:30 minute marks respectively,

Our Blessed Mother has pleaded for our prayers for the Church & the clergy and I believe that our prayers are of the utmost importance.

Based on Bishop Schneider's statements above, I also believe that we are supposed to use our voices in a constructive manner to, in fact, save the Church and Vatican II has taught us that it is our duty to do so.

That's all we can do. What other option is there? None.

Though to be precise we don't personally judge the Pope's teachings, but we must compare what is coming from the Vatican with what the Church has always believed. If something contrary to what the Church has infallibly taught comes from them then we must reject it.

And that is a very sad and frightening statement to have to make!

I wont argue, but correct one statement. The "Church" NEVER condemned Garabandal, or it would be shut down today, and it never was or will be. Pope Paul VI was a huge believer and said so himself. I'll write to you after the Warning & Miracle :)

My goodness, Marini talking about the 'exaltation of the celebrant' during the Old Rite. This might well have been a valid point, but is merely exacerbated by exalting the laity. There is only One to be exalted. The Novus Ordo has only had the effect of converting many priests into quasi-rockstars, flaunting about on stage. For my own part, I cannot for the life of me understand how ad orientem per se serves to exalt anyone but He in the Tabernacle.

Perhaps you pay the position of pope too much honour. The role of the papacy is primarily to preserve the Truth handed down, all else attributed to it veering threateningly close to papolatory. His primary duty is not to teach; for that we have the Gospels, Tradition, the Fathers, the Saints and numerous Cathechisms. These are all we need to follow.

It appears schizophrenic to me to acknowledge PF as our pope but reject his teachings which go against the teachings handed down to us by Christ himself. It's not just one teaching. We are talking about being constantly on guard about what he is saying and doing. What kind of a pope is that?

I am very inclined towards believing that Benedict XVI is still pope.
I have serious questions and doubts about the validity of his resignation because of preceding events (including the Vatican banking shut down), what he said in his resignation speech about being a pope forever and only giving up the active ministry, his retention of the name pope (emeritus) Benedict XVI, his wearing of the papal white, his living on Vatican grounds, Abp Ganswein's 'explanation' about the expansion of the Petrine Ministry, the recent letter where Benedict XVI gives his papal blessing, etc.

And we have Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich's prophecy of the 2 popes.
Who do you think represents the true pope?

    Same here.
And I find it incomprehensible that so many priests are dead against ad orientem, even the seemingly good ones.
