FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN LEARNING WHAT JESUS SAYS ABOUT THE THREE ERAS -
" I want to make known to you the order of my Providence. Every course of two thousand years I have renewed the world. In the first two thousand years I renewed it with the Flood; in the second two thousand I renewed it with my coming upon earth, in which I manifested my Humanity, from which, as though from many fissures, my Divinity shone forth. And the good and the very Saints of the following two thousand years have lived of the fruits of my Humanity, and, in drops, they have enjoyed my Divinity. Now we are at the turn of the third two thousand years, and there will be a third renewal. This is the reason for the general confusion - it is nothing other than the preparation for the third renewal; and if in the second renewal I manifested what my Humanity did and suffered, and very little of what the Divinity was operating, now, in this third renewal, after the earth has been purged and the current generation destroyed for the most part, I will be even more generous with creatures, and I will accomplish the renewal by manifesting what my Divinity did within my Humanity; how my Divine Will acted with my human will; how everything remained linked within Me; how I did and redid everything, and even one thought of each creature was redone by Me and sealed with my Divine Volition. My love wants its outpouring, and wants to make known the excesses which my Divinity operated in my Humanity for the good of creatures, which surpass by far the excesses that my Humanity operated externally. This is also why I often speak to you about the living in my Will, which I have not manifested to anyone until now. At the most, they have known the shadow of my Will, the grace, the sweetness that doing It contains; but to penetrate inside of It, to embrace immensity, to multiply oneself with Me and penetrate everywhere, even while being on earth, both into Heaven and into the hearts, to lay down the human ways and act with the divine ways - this is not yet known; so much so, that not to a few will it appear strange, and those who do not keep their minds open to the light of truth will not understand a thing. But I, little by little, will make my way, manifesting now one truth, now another, of this living in my Will, so that they will end up comprehending It." Jan. 29, 1919

 

SAINT ANNIBALE DI FRANCIA SAID THIS ABOUT THE WRITINGS OF THE BOOK OF HEAVEN;

"THEY ARE WRITINGS THAT WE MUST MAKE KNOWN TO THE WORLD. I BELIEVE THEY WOULD DO MUCH GOOD. SINCE THIS KNOWLEGE OF THE DIVINE WILL IS SO SUBLIME, THESE WRITINGGWHICH COME FROM CELESTIAL DICTATION WILL PRESENTIT WITH GREAT CLARITY. IN MY OPINION, NO HUMAN INTELLIGENCE COULD HAVE CREATED THEM."

Saint Annibale di Francia was Luisa's Exstraordinary Confessor to the Servant of God, Luisa Piccarreta. beautified by Pope St. John Paul II several years ago.

 

More to ponder on the Our Father:

Jesus: "God is order, and when He wants to give a good to the creatures, He always establishes His divine order, and everything that is done in order to obtain such a great good begins from God, since He places Himself at the head of it to take on the commitment, and then orders the creature for the same purpose. I did this, Myself, to give the Redemption, and so that creatures might receive It; and I am doing this, Myself, to give the Kingdom of the Divine Fiat, and so that creatures may receive It. By forming, Myself, the ‘Our Father’, I placed Myself at the head of it and took on the commitment to give this Kingdom; and by teaching it to my apostles, I placed order in the creatures, so that they might obtain a good so great. So, the whole Church is praying - there is not one soul who belongs to Her that does not recite the ‘Our Father’. And even though many recite it without interest in wanting and asking for a Kingdom so holy – that the Divine Will be done on earth as It is in Heaven – since the interest is in the One who taught it, when they recite it my interest is renewed, and I hear my own prayer asking: ‘May your Kingdom come, so that your Will be done on earth as It is in Heaven’. And if the creature, in reciting the ‘Our Father’, had this interest of wanting and longing for my Kingdom, she would take part in my own interest, and her will would be fused in Mine for the same purpose. However, my Will and interest always run in each ‘Our Father’.
See then, the divine order: all asking for one thing. Among these who ask there are some who want to do my Will, others who do It. All this is braided together, and they knock at the doors of my Divine Will - they repeat the knocking, and some knock strongly, some slowly. However, there is always someone who knocks and asks that the doors be opened, so that my Will may descend to reign upon earth. And since everything is established and ordered by the Divinity, It waits for the one who must give the strongest knock which, forcing the doors with invincible strength – the very strength of my Divine Will – will open wide the doors, and with her sweet chains of love, will bind the Eternal Will to make It come and reign in the midst of creatures. She will be like a bride who, bejeweling the groom with her loving chains, will carry him as though in triumph into the midst of creatures. And just as the Holy Virgin put an end to the night hours of the patriarchs and prophets, and formed the dawn to make the Sun of the Eternal Word rise, so will this one form the dawn to make rise the Sun of the Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven. Do you think that my Will, which has made Itself known with so much love and has manifested so much interest in wanting to come and reign upon earth, pouring Its sorrow out with you, has done this without anyone praying to It? Ah, no! no! The knocks of my Church have been continuous, and I Myself was knocking in those knocks, but I used them to knock at the door of the Divine Fiat which, tired of hearing them knock at Its divine doors, has used you to be knocked more strongly; and opening the door to you, It made you share in Its knowledges. For as many truths as It made known to you, so many means has It given you to form the loving chains with which to be bound to come to reign upon earth. And all the times It calls you to live in Its Divine Will, making you know Its qualities, Its power, Its joys, Its immense riches, are as many pledges It gives you, with which It assures you of Its coming upon earth. In fact, there is this prerogative in Us: if We make a good of Ours, a truth, a knowledge that belongs to Us known, it is because We want to give it to the creature as gift. See then, how many gifts my Will has given you; how many knowledges about Itself It has made known to you! They are such and so many, that you yourself cannot count them.”
And I: ‘My beloved Jesus, who knows when this Kingdom will come!’ And He: “My daughter, in order for Redemption to come, it took four thousand years, because the people that prayed and longed for the future Redeemer was smaller, of limited number. But those which belong to my Church are more peoples and - oh, how much greater in number than that one! Therefore, the number will shorten the time; more so, since religion is making its way everywhere, and this is nothing but the preparation of the Kingdom of my Divine Will.” Vol. 24, May 26, 1928

I too am leery. I have friends who have embraced this completely but I just feel a strange disinclination. I am taking a wait and see approach. I leave it to Our Lady. She will lead me there if I am meant to go there. Otherwise in its current form (English) it seems very complex and esoteric. Frodo I agree with Josephite. You have great courage to speak out. When in doubt— leave it alone.

Yes that does seem strange. I thought the Catholic Church approved translations of Lusia writings were not available yet!

Fr. Gobbi, June 24,, 1996, "The Triumph, The Second Coming, and the Eucharistic Reign."

There is a mystic, Luisa Piccarreta, whose cause for beautification is in progress,, who wrote great works about the Divine Will. When I was in Mexico, I was given some of these writings which relate to numerous aspects described in our book (To The Priests). It says that every two thousand years there has been a great renewal. Two thousand years after creation there was the deluge of water. Two thousand years after the deluge of water, there was the deluge of blood: the redemption. After two thousand years there will be the deluge of fire - a spiritual fire, I think - and finally, the Kingdom of the Divine Will will come upon earth, because every creature will fulfill the Divine Will in a perfect way."

If you watched the Mass on EWTN today, the Homily was about Fr Gobbi's book, "To the Priests".

Fr. Gobbi says, "At last, the prayer of the 'Our Father' which Jesus taught us will be fulfilled; it will have its perfect completion. The Divine Will will be fulfilled in a perfect way by all creatures, thus bringing forth the Kingdom of the Divine Will upon this earth."

 

Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque - Oct. 16:
"But above all preserve peace of heart. This is more valuable than any treasure. In order to preserve it, there is nothing more useful that renouncing your own will and substituting for it the will of the Divine Heart."

Luisa:
"The Sacred Heart of Jesus is nothing other than the immense Reign of His Will. It is not the Heart that dominates; it is the Divine Will that dominates His Divine Heart." Letter #20 to Federico Abresch

Magnificent! We are (and will be) so very blessed to have God share with us the understanding of how His Divine Will acted in His humanity. This should be longed for by everyone who seeks greater knowledge of Him in order to love Him more and better.

The publication of this first documented biography of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta is both a final achievement and a new point of departure. After the conclusion of the Diocesan investigation into the life, virtues and fame of holiness on October 29, 2005 in the presence of hundreds of faithful from many parts of the world, I was already keenly aware of the need to have an expanded biographical profile that could present the multi-faceted figure of this lay Dominican from our archdiocese. A video documentary was produced titled, “Dawn of a Mystery,’’ translated from the original Italian, “Alba di un mistero,’’ into various languages, with the aim of being an introduction to Luisa’s life and her spirituality of “living in the Divine Will.” Subsequently, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of her death, the publication of the small book Giorni di Luce (Days of Light) focused attention on the event of her funeral and the impact it already had beyond Corato at the time.

Nevertheless, it is only thanks to Maria Rosaria Del Genia’s valuable research and study that it has been possible to reconstruct, in an organic framework and historical context, the servant of God’s journey of life and faith.

I thank the public association of the faithful, “Luisa Piccarreta Association – Little Children of the Divine Will,’’ for having supported the project of this publication – an essential means of raising and spreading awareness that is now being offered to everyone. What emerges most of all is a markedly strong religious profile of Luisa and her unbroken relationships with the archbishops and the priests appointed for her spiritual guidance. Reading this skillfully narrated story, one gathers that Luisa’s secluded life did not keep her from sharing deeply, within her abilities, the historical events of her time. One could say, she almost lived them as the protagonist even if it was on a transcendental plane. But what is amazing is how close she is to the people.

 

RE: other writings that have thus far been done under certain approvals and studied about this great devotion the rather definitive ones by Fr. Iannuzzi have their own authenticity granted within the parameters used for submitting them for study:

1 On Jan. 29, 2002 the Archdiocese of Trani issued the following written and signed letter to the PontificalUniversity on behalf of Fr. Iannuzzi: “In response to your request for a letter for the moderator of your doctoral thesis... I can assure you that there are no objections for the scientific research on the writings... of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta” (“In risposta alla tua richiesta di una lettera per il moderatore della tua tesi di dottorato...posso assicurarti che non vi sono obiezioni per l‟approfondimento scientifico degli scritti... della Serva di Dio Luisa Piccarreta”).

2 On November 22, 2012 Fr. Iannuzzi publically presented before the theological faculty and student body of the Pontifical University the Doctoral Dissertation entitled, “The Operations of the Divine and Human Will in theWritings of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta – An Inquiry into the Early Ecumenical Councils, and intoPatristic, Scholastic and Contemporary Theology”. The dissertation was approved with high honours by said university which is authorized by the Holy See.

After the November 22, 2012 successful public presentation of his Doctoral Dissertation on the writings of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta, on December 12, 2012 the Pontifical University of Rome authorized Fr.Iannuzzi to publish said doctoral dissertation affirming, “Fr. Joseph Iannuzzi... you shall be called „Doctor in Spirituality‟ after you have published your dissertation, consigned the requested copies to the Secretary‟s AcademicOffice and obtained approbation from the Censors” (“P. Joseph Iannuzzi... sarà dichiarato “Dottore in Spiritualità” dopo che avrà pubblicato la sua dissertazione, ne avrà consegnato le copie richieste in Segreteria Accademica e avrà ottenuto l‟approvazione dei Censori” ). In the official signed and sealed document of January11, 2013, said Censors granted “approbation magnum cum laude” to Fr. Iannuzzi‟s Doctoral Dissertation on Luisa‟s writings and authorize its “publication”.

In 2013 the Doctoral Dissertation, with the authorization of the Pontifical University, was published and distributed to Vatican Congregations for the Doctrine of Faith and for the Causes of Saints, and to the 494 USA Catholic Bishops. Also 40 copies of extracts of this thesis were sent to the various Pontifical Universities and to the Archdiocese of Trani. From June 2013 – July 2013, more than 45 Bishops express in writing their esteem for Fr.Iannuzzi‟s doctoral dissertation.

Thus people can review such various writings and biographies of Luisa that have thus far come along in order to gain a greater perspective of her mission and what in general this devotion is to compel eventually for the faithful while the official pronouncement of the whole thing gets mulled over piece by piece and word by word. Actually this is how the knowledge of and preparation for such new revelations are given so that the faithful can gradually digest such monumental concepts about that which continues to be taught through the Holy Spirit....as was scripturally ordered as to the future and continuing work of the Holy Spirit for the sake of the truly faithful.

 

Publishing a doctoral dissertation is a completely normal event. It has been done in the past, is being done now, and will go on in the future.

It is not a declaration of judgement, nor can it be used as a preventive decree ahead of any bishop or authorized body.

I find myself at odds with the good father about many apparitions, messages, and how the events/timeline plays out. As you know I'm hardly the only one.

Also posting unapproved messages to lend credence to unapproved messages does not accomplish what you are intending.

Let me be clear as well: in no way am I suggesting that we shouldn't submit ourselves to the Divine will. It in fact is what we should be doing each moment and aligns perfectly with Church Tradition.

I am opposed to the understanding of the Divine Will as expressed in the translations posted online that are supposedly attributed to Luisa. I find, and the diocese even admits, them troubling to reconcile to Tradition and the teaching of the Church.

How that has anything to do with what I offered coming from the proper teaching authority of the Church is beyond me other than you personally don't either comprehend the writings or accept what limited writings from those few and far between recognized experts with the specialty of theological eschatology or simply what has been written does not mesh with your personal understanding up to such new revelations. In the case I mentioned this permitted publication of one of those experts, Fr. Iannuzzi, was unique in the protocol ordered and nothing near "a completely normal event". Actually the local diocese celebrates those who have promoted what responsible research on the life of Luisa Piccarreta has become available and hopes for her cause to spread. And it has moved the study on to the proper authorities for the entirety of writings to be faithfully offered in a complete manner. IOW, it did not prevent the entire understanding from moving forward. That's a good sign when it comes to Private Revelations since they always look to that original diocese for a possible positive outlook into the future.

No one knows the time or the strategic manner to be used by God as His will unveils itself....due esp. to human free will and response given. So there can be a myriad of offerings, not written in stone, that freely lay out possibilities certainly not avoided on this forum w/ all types of predictions from mystical history of the Church/saints/those experiencing personal occurrences similar to what St. Paul wrote of about his own experiences while still living in this earthly existence. So to personally differ with any one of these is nothing new nor should it prevent anyone else from doing his/her own study of same subject. It's merely a personal stance as to whether one is interested or not in the ongoing development of a particular private revelation. And as far as any one person's momentary understanding of the Divine Will goes....it's always been anything but wrapped up in a comfortable package to satisfy any one human mind since by definition human means "defective" and so particular human "teachers" are chosen by God to directly reveal what He dictates, often to their own consternation, whether grasped or not by the public in general. St. Francis of Assisi might be one to admit his own failure in understanding what was ordered for him to do for the Body of Christ in its many errors of that day. Francis certainly "submitted himself to the Divine Will" but that didn't prevent him from error in Its proper discernment.....trial and error keeps the saints humble and the attention on the only intended rightful One.

We are so blessed to have His continuing guidance when we become stagnant or stubborn....so over and over He continues to send His servants/daughters/sons whether or not we learn anything from it. Such Divine Patience!

 

If I were able to add up all the Our Father's I have prayed simply at the Holy Masses I have been part of, it would reach into many thousands. Add to that the 6 Our Fathers per each 5-decade Rosary; that would consist of many thousands more. I'm sure many members here have prayed more than I! This was the prayer composed and taught by Jesus Himself. So we know the day will come when His Will will be fully lived. This has been the desire of Christians from the beginning. It is my desire. It is the desire of each one of us. And it is the Perfect Will of Christ.

Since Luisa's writings and Luisa herself are under consideration by Mother Church and a judgment appears to be relatively close at hand, let us be patient. I'm sure that will include official translations. However, I am in an investigative stage and need to learn much more, so reading and pondering is essential to me.

Lynnfiat established this thread in an informational matter. She has never been an in-your-face type member. She has exhibited prudence.

To make a comparison: some members on MOG, out of love for our Church, have readily formed judgments against Pope Francis and expounded them on various threads.

No matter our positions, I believe tolerance should be extended to this thread also. I have asked questions and entertained doubts about certain points. I would request this thread to be left alone and allowed to continue in its informational format.

If someone wishes to challenge, critique, and call into questions the reputed words of Jesus to Luisa, or various English translations, I would ask you do so on another thread.

With respect, but what better thread to discuss objections than the thread discussing topic at hand? This is an unapproved message is it not? It is a discussion forum isn't it? Should we have a positive thread, a contrary thread, and a thread that has both pros and cons?

To only present one side of the discussion hardly seems reasonable.

Of course it is Padraig's forum and I will happily obliged if he insists.

But should we not be able to debate on a discussion forum, provided that the debate is based on points rather than a personal attack?

My worry is that a thread, without the possibility of good intentioned critique, will lead visitors down a path that is different than what Tradition indicates.

Why squash discussion on an unapproved revelation? Am I not entitled to am opinion as well?

If messages are what people are after, there are many places one can find them. This is a forum, we discuss topics in a charitable way. I do not see the need to stifle a particular side, especially on unapproved rebelation. Better to counter objections with points.

You have every right to share your concerns and reservations. My request came from the position of wanting to learn what the messages say and where they call us. One does not have the luxury here to examine the fruit of, say, messages connected to an apparition site. The messages are numerous and require time and study. Lynnfiat has been wonderful in pointing out specific sources. I will not ignore what you share, but I will not respond until a certain comfort level of knowledge has been reached on my part.

With His Father and the Holy Spirit, the Divine King appeals
to His children on earth to come now and enter into the Kingdom of His Will

My dear and beloved children,

I come into your midst with My Heart all drowned in Flames of Love. I come as a Father to be among My children because I Love you so very much. My Love is so Great that I come to remain with you so that we may Live together with one, single Will; with one, single Love…. As I come to you, I bring with Me My Pains, My Blood, My Works, and even My very death.

Look at Me. Each drop of My Blood, each of My Pains and Steps, and all the things I did compete with one another because they want to give you My Divine Will. Even My death wants to give Rebirth to the Life of My Will in you.

I have prepared everything for you in My Humanity; and I have prayed for and obtained Graces, Helps, Light and Strength for you to receive a Gift so Great. On My part I have done everything; so now I am waiting for you to do your part. Who would be so ungrateful as to turn Me away and not welcome the Gift I am bringing to you?

Know that My Love is so Great that I will forget about your past life, your sins, all your evils; and I will bury them in the Ocean of My Love to Burn them all away; and then we will begin a New Life together, all of My Will.

Who would have the heart to refuse Me and send Me away without accepting My Visit which is so full of a Father’s Love? But, if you will welcome Me, I will remain with you as a Father in the midst of His children. Then we must be in the Greatest Accord and Live together with one Will alone.

Oh, how much I long for this! How I moan, how I cry, even going into delirium, and weeping because I want My dearest children to gather around Me and Live with My very own Will.

It has been almost six thousand years; and My Humanity has sighed so much and shed so many bitter tears because I want My children to come back and Live together with Me. I want them around Me to make them Holy and Happy again. I weep and weep as I call to them to come back to Me. Who would not be moved to compassion over My Tears and My Love which goes so far as to suffocate Me, even choking Me. Among sighs and agonies of Love, I go about repeating: “My children, where are you? Why don’t you come back to your Father? Why do you go away from Me? Why do you want to wander about poor, and full of so many miseries? Your misfortunes are Wounds to My Heart. I am weary of waiting for you.” And, since you do not come back to Me, I come in search of you because I can no longer contain the Love that consumes Me; and I am bringing you the Great Gift of My Will. Oh, I beg you, I plead with you, be moved to compassion for My so many tears and ardent sighs!

I come to you not only as a Father but also as a Teacher among His disciples… I want you to listen to Me because I will be teaching you Surprising Things, Lessons of Heaven, which will carry with them a Light that will never go out and a Blazing Love which endures forever…. My Lessons will give you a Divine Strength, an Invincible Courage, a Holiness which keeps growing more and more. These Lessons will light the way for your steps and will guide you along the way to your Heavenly Fatherland.

I come as a King to Live among His people, but not for the purpose of levying taxes and heaping burdens upon you. No, no! I come because I want your will, your miseries, your weaknesses, all your evils. My Sovereignty is really this: I want everything that distresses you and causes you to be unhappy and restless so that I can hide it within My Love and Burn it all away. As the Beneficent, Pacific, and Magnanimous King that I am, I want to exchange My Will for yours, filling you with My Most Tender Love, with My Riches and Happiness, with My Peace and Most Pure Joy.

If you will give Me your will, all will be done just as I have said; and you will make Me Happy, and you will be Happy too. I long for nothing else than for My Will to Reign among you. Heaven and earth will be smiling at you. My Heavenly Mamma will be sure to be a Mother and Queen to you. She knows the Great Good that the Kingdom of My Will will bring to you; and, in order to satisfy My Ardent Desires and to stop My weeping, and because She Loves you as Her true children, She is traveling amongst the people of the nations disposing and preparing them to receive the Dominion of the Kingdom of My Will. It was She who prepared the people for Me so that I could descend from Heaven to earth. And now I am entrusting to Her, and to Her Maternal Love, the task of disposing the souls of our people to receive a Gift so Great.

So please listen to Me. And I beg you, My children, to read very attentively these pages that I am placing before you (The Book of Heaven). If you will do this, you will feel the need to Live in My Will and I will be standing right beside you when you read, touching your mind and your heart so that you will understand what you read and truly want the Gift of My Divine “Fiat.”
