In my humble opinion I feel if I find a book hard going then it perhaps is not the right time to read it. On the other hand when I do read one that is the right one I feel blessed and can feel the witness of the Holy Spirit within me. And I always remember what I read years later, but would forget what was in the one that I struggled with.
