Martina Pray Hope and don't worry: Padre Pio

This is all happening the way it's to happen without the Consecration of Russia, going back and forth on who is right or wrong is fruitless.
It's been foretold to us what's coming, so does it matter which way it starts, what does matter is this all could have been avoided if our own Church believed in its Blessed Mother. She warned us and gave us the solution.
Surely, can no one really see this. Maybe more pressure should be put on the Pope for the Consecration.
And leave it in God's hands.

    Aviso,

I should not waste my time explaining my self or protecting earthtoangel. But you are a arrogant bully.

I know this and I know that. And this person told me but I can't tell you. And I have studied for four years that makes me right. Just the point that you are saying Our Holy Father is the anti-Christ says it all. I I I says it all.

Fallen Saint is heresy...poo. Everybody here has something special to say but you act like you are the ultimate answer to all the questions. As much as Glenn gets upset... he usually doesn't attack everyone. You seem to enjoy calling people out.

And there might be a lot of people that appreciate you but your personal attacks on people is too much.

Earthtoangels...what a beautiful name. We need more people hoping they can become Angels. Or maybe it's her way to call out to angels from earth. It is just her Forum name...there is nothing sinister about it.

I shouldn't have to explain my name. It's really non of your business. And if someone really wants to know...they would ask nicely. But you ask with condemnation.

Here's my name...I joined MOG 2013. I like the name fallen Saint because in my spirituality we are all saints. And if we are not saints then we are on the other team. Even though I am a saint, Padraig is a saint and I hope you are a saint. We all sin. I would even conclude even great saints sin/fall but they get back up again. That is why I call myself fallen saint. Nothing sinister just the spirituality that saints sin.

First me, then Pretorian and now earthtoangels. I don't want to start talking down your site and your extreme views. I just don't want to go there. But just leave me out of your nonsense.

By definition, we can't be a saint until we reach the safety of Heaven. To think otherwise would be presumptive. Just as one could be saved between the stirrup and the ground, one might also fall. That's my understanding of it, anyway.

I would think that all the human parties concerned are naive to varying degrees. I don't see any unambiguously evil parties involved such as we had in 1939 with Hitler and Stalin. This is no consolation, of course, because this also was the case in 1914 and still Europe meandered into war. The stakes are even higher now.

I doubt this escalation was Trump's original intention, but a military-industrial complex further fueled by self-righteousness may be too much for him to resist. On the other hand, we don't know precisely how this will play out. Current events may just be diplomatic theatrics but the risks and imponderables are frightening. It is all a human reflection of that higher war between Powers and Principalities. All most of we general infantry down here can do is pray.

  7. The last thing to call a former KGB operative is "naive"! And a more accurate description of a REAL type "deplorable" (outside of the "messenger" personality here, the reports presented here contain the facts/material of the situation):

    BREAKING:
Russia Knew in Advance of Syria’s Chemical Weapons Attack

As Secretary of State Tillerson prepares for talks with the Kremlin, new information has come out regarding the chemical weapons attack in Syria.

Various reports are coming out that Russia knew in advance of Syria’s chemical weapons attack.

It has also been said that Russia destroyed evidence of the attack by issuing a fight jet to bomb the hospital.

    Fox News reports:

The official says a Russian-operated drone flew over a hospital in Syria as victims of the attack were rushing to get treatment.

Hours after the drone left, a Russian-made fighter jet bombed the hospital in what American officials believe was an attempt to cover up the usage of chemical weapons.

Until Monday, U.S. officials had said they weren’t sure if the drone was operated by Russia or Syria. The senior official said it still wasn’t clear who was flying the jet that bombed the hospital.

The official said the presence of the drone couldn’t have been a coincidence, and that Russia must have known the chemical weapons attack was coming and that victims were seeking treatment.

    http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...-knew-advance-syrias-chemical-weapons-attack/

and now with these facts coming out Putin will no longer meet with Tillerson. To chemically slaughter more innocents and then to bomb in order to attempt to hide the evidence.....diabolical.

Syrian survivor of greater chemical attack in 2013 felt overwhelmed with gratitude for someone FINALLY doing something after so many years of suffering such things:

    http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb...vor-shocks-cnns-brooke-baldwin-praising-trump

Kassem Eid, an activist who was injured in the chemical weapons attack in Moadamiya, told the Telegraph: "I am going to name my son Donald, if I have one. This man is a hero. He has balls."

In the present situation in Syria and just who calls the shots there these days no one should be covering for Mr. Putin.

agree 100% earthtoangels. no doubt at all. I mean he was naive in only one thing: thinking he could place a manchurian candidate in the White house with his army of bots and trolls. I'll say it again, if Trump knew, it will be uncovered, he'll be out and Pence will be in. No anarchy like in a two-bit dicatorship. If he did not know, well, he knows now for sure and Putin got that message loud and clear--Trump is not about to be his puppet. In no other way is Putin naive. No one can doubt, thought, it was pretty stupid to have trolls defend his heinous policies in every western country having an election. Everyone knows now. The "Le Pens" will lose here on out, and the "Trumps" (those already in) will realize what happened and turn against Russia. Whoever came up with the idea---NAIVE.

“No child of God should ever suffer such horror,” he said April 6, announcing that he had ordered the strike against the air base from which he said the chemical weapons attack was launched.

Syriac Catholic Patriarch Ignace Joseph Younan called the attack an aggression and told Catholic News Service: “It is a shame that the United States administration didn’t wait until an honest United Nations investigation was thoroughly made into what is said to be a chemical air strike in Khan Shaykun.”

“The agglomerate media and the supremacist policy of the USA just want the killing and destroying conflict in Syria to continue, and this primarily to kill whatever attempt to resolve the bloody crisis,” added Younan, who was born in Syria and served for 14 years as bishop of the New Jersey-based Diocese of Our Lady of Deliverance for Syriac Catholics in the United States and Canada.

Bishop Georges Khazen, who serves Latin-rite Catholics in Aleppo, told the Rome-based Fides news agency that he was baffled by “the speed with which it was decided and carried out, without any adequate investigation into the tragic massacre with chemical weapons which took place in Idlib province.”

He said the attack “opens new disturbing scenarios for all.”

The US has caused the situation in Iraq and that spilled into Syria, no doubt. There is no doubt Assad would be gone except that Iran and Russia support him, though. How can Assad be defended here? How can Putin? Putin wants opinion throughout the west to be that the west should leave him alone to do what he wants in Syria, Ukraine, Georgia. What is next? Poland and all the other eastern European countries? We targeted an airbase. Putin targeted a hospital to which those attacked with sarin gas were running. How can we stand by? Had Trump stood by he would absolutely be what everyone most feared--Putin's man in the White House and a collaborator in Russia's expansion.

Saudis have high hopes for Trump following Syria airstrike

Saudi Arabia was quick to endorse the American cruise missile attack on the Syrian air base responsible for the horrendous chemical massacre in Idlib. Saudi expectations of future American steps to unseat Bashar al-Assad are likely to be extravagant.

The Saudis have wanted Washington to get rid of Assad for years. Riyadh believes the Assad dynasty is the key to Iranian influence in the Levant. In the 1980s the Saudis tried to get then-President Ronald Reagan to oust Bashar's father, Hafez al-Assad, and in the 1990s they hoped Washington would entice Damascus away from Tehran by a peace agreement with Israel on the Golan Heights. Neither strategy worked, but both relied on American heavy lifting to do the job. Both expected Washington to be capable of delivering more than it could. That is a common feature of Saudi foreign policy: to expect the United States to be all powerful.

When the Arab Spring came to Syria, the Saudis hoped an Afghan-style mujaheddin war with covert Saudi and American support would do in the Assads and the Iranians. Riyadh spent billions on the rebels, but Assad is stronger today than at the onset of the rebellion. The Saudis were deeply disappointed by President Barack Obama's vacillation on his approach toward Syria.

The Saudi kingdom now is encouraged that President Donald Trump's administration shares their enmity with Iran. Trump's decision to sell F16s to Bahrain — the kingdom's closest client state — despite human rights concerns was welcomed in Riyadh as a sign Washington finally understands that Iran is the source of instability on the island. The Saudis are looking for a free hand in Yemen and American support for an attack on Yemen's port of Hodeidah. They expect human rights and gender equality issues to be off the table, but more sanctions on Iran are welcomed.

King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud spent considerable energy at the Arab summit in Amman seeking to secure pan-Arab opposition to Assad and Iran, even trying to coax Iraq away from its Shiite partner. Earlier this year he traveled to Indonesia, China and Japan to press an anti-Iran agenda.

Saudi commentators were alarmed when US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley said Trump was abandoning the Obama administration's public demand that Assad must go. An important editorial noted that the Trump administration's big defeats on health care and immigration issues suggested his team might be simply incompetent and thus unlikely to fulfill Gulf Arabs' high hopes for defeating Iran. The editorial even warned that impeachment over whether the president colluded with Russia to subvert the American democratic process is unlikely but not impossible, so the Arabs should avoid putting all their hopes on Trump.

The cruise missile strikes should give the Saudis more confidence that the Trump administration is competent, capable and even decisive. But it will also raise expectations. The royal family will expect an American strategy to get rid of Assad sooner rather than later. More military strikes against Syrian regime targets and the Iranians are what the Saudis want to see. The Russian presence is a complicating factor, but in Riyadh's eyes it should not give Moscow a veto over steadily more aggressive attacks on Assad's forces, the Iranians and Hezbollah. More arms for the opposition is a priority for the Saudis.

Aside from money, the Saudis have little to add to a campaign against the Assad regime and its Iranian supporters in Syria. The kingdom is bogged down in Yemen, and the Royal Saudi Air Force has its hands full with bombing the Houthi rebels and the forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh. Saudi air defenses are absorbed in stopping missile attacks on Saudi cities from Yemen. Also, the kingdom has been very averse to using its ground forces — either the regular army or the Saudi Arabia National Guard — inside Yemen and is even less likely to send them to the more distant Syria. Saudi intelligence is very good at fighting terrorism at home but has no experience in covert military activities like Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Quds Force.

So, the kingdom has to rely on the American card. The royal family will raise money, but it can't do much more for the cause in Syria given its enormous commitment to the Yemeni adventure in which King Salman and his favorite son, Defense Minister Deputy Crown Prince Muhammed bin Salman, have stacked all their credibility on.

The kingdom has been deeply frustrated for years that, in their eyes, the Iranians have been the principal beneficiary of American policy in Iraq and Syria. They blame Presidents George W. Bush and Obama for not understanding the region and naively giving Iran too much influence. They have seen their own interests diminished since 2003, as Iran has grown stronger in Baghdad and Damascus.

If the cruise missile attack is a one-off and not followed by more aggressive American military action, Riyadh will be bitterly disappointed. It will still cooperate on confronting Iran in the Gulf and in Yemen, but its high hopes that someday, somehow, America will rid Syria of Assad will be again crushed. If the administration is loose in its rhetoric about how far it is prepared to go in Syria in getting Assad out, its words will come home to haunt the relationship with the kingdom.

Um, no. The US has no interest in the Sunni/Shiite divide, only stability in the region and support of Israel. Iran is the #1 threat to Israel, supports Assad and Russia. That the Saudis also have radicals within and also see Iran as an enemy does not involve the US. But Putinites would like to distract us with such...

The best strategy would be one in which a delicate balance between Sunni and Shia is maintained in the region. If these two sides are preoccupied with each other they will be less likely to trouble anyone else. History tells us that if either side attains excessive power the dominant one will seek to persecute everyone else. At a time when the US seems capable of energy-independence, why would it have to bother about the Saudis?
