So cute Padraig, beautiful photo's you have. By the way, thinking of this, do you have by any chance a beautiful picture of Mary and Child that is clear ? If the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus is seen on this picture, then it would be even more perfect. In fact, I would like to make a poster of that picture in a printer house and use it for my prayer group in a chapel to pray in front of it. I already have an icone of Mary and candles around but I am looking for a Mother and Child picture, especially now that Christmas is coming. Do you know perhaps where I can find such a picture ? Or anyone else in this forum ? It is to draw more people to our prayer group via the beauty of the icone. Sorry, this has nothing to do of course with the elections.

 

They can't cancel an election as long as there is more than one candidate in the race. Don't forget that there are two other candidates.

"Bernstein: FBI Would Not Reopen Case Unless New Evidence Was "A Real Bombshell"


CARL BERNSTEIN: Well, there's no question that the e-mails have always been the greatest threat to her candidacy for president, that her conduct in regard to the e-mails is really indefensible and if there was going to be more information that came out, it was the one thing, as I said on the air last night, actually that could really perhaps affect this election.

We don't know what this means yet except that it's a real bombshell. And it is unthinkable that the Director of the FBI would take this action lightly, that he would put this letter forth to the Congress of the United States saying there is more information out there about classified e-mails and call it to the attention of congress unless it was something requiring serious investigation. So that's where we are...

Is it a certainty that we won't learn before the election? I'm not sure it's a certainty we won't learn before the election.

One thing is, it's possible that Hillary Clinton might want to on her own initiative talk to the FBI and find out what she can, and if she chooses to let the American people know what she thinks or knows is going on. People need to hear from her...

I think if she has information available to her from the FBI or any other source as to her knowledge of what these e-mails might be, hopefully she will let us know what they are and what is under discussion here.

Right now we're all talking in a vacuum but I want to adhere that in the last, oh, 36, 48 hours, there has been an undercurrent of kind of speculative discussion among some national security people that something might surface in the next few days about e-mails, and I think the expectation in this chatter -- and I took it as just chatter but informed chatter, to some extent -- was that it would relate to another round of WikiLeaks e-mails, which our Justice Department people seem to be saying is not the case, but there has been some noise in the national security community the last day or two of this kind of possibility of some kind of revelation.

But this is her achilles heel and we have to remember that it also comes on the -- back to the word heel -- of the revelations about the Clinton Foundation. So the confluence of all of this is bad for her as it stands now but with some knowledge she might be able to stop, turn things around, and give us some idea of what's going on in a way we might not otherwise know, and also it's very possible that some members of congress very quickly are going to get an idea of what these e-mails are, and what this is all about, and for whatever purpose put some information out there."

If these were emails that hadn't been handed over to the FBI, does that prove that they lied to the FBI when they said that they had handed over all the emails that weren't private?

Its like a boil bursting. If I saw the Clintons flying out by private jet to some country that did not have an extradition treaty with the USA tomight I would not be surprised.

All Putin has to now is release information about Trump and it is worth a hundred nukes.

How ironic that President Putin who is himself a mass murderer and perhaps the most corrupt politician in history should destroy the USA by exposing its own corruption.

I can see now where Our Lady of Fatima was coming from. While the USA begins to basicallly eat itself over the revelations Putin feeds it, he himself and Russia can move on Europe. Nobody, not even Putin, is more corrupt than the Clintons. That woman is responsible for ISIS and what they did to the Christians in Iraq and Syria. I don't think her hands are clean on Yemen either. There's more hope that Trump could be redeemable. Did you hear that he asked the priest where he has his golf course here to pray for him that he will get into Heaven - not that he would win the election but that he would get into Heaven?

Off topic, I know, but to bring some religion to this political thread, I went through the Holy Door today in Matt Talbot's church and lit a candle for you there at the shrine to the Sacred Heart.

The F.B.I. is investigating illicit text messages that Mr. Weiner, a former Democratic congressman from New York, sent to a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina. The bureau told Congress on Friday that it had uncovered new emails related to the Clinton case — one federal official said they numbered in the thousands — potentially reigniting an issue that has weighed on the presidential campaign and offering a lifeline to Donald J. Trump less than two weeks before the election.

The FBI are investigating if mishandled classified information were in Clinton's emails to Weiner!

 

By the way, it's my belief that Putin intends the limited use of nuclear weapons against them , after having thrown them, the USA off in total, total, confusion, poor, poor people, that most certainly beats the Clintons.

Two or three nukes shortly and he can do what he likes. There will be no response from a leaderless America.

While he seems a ruthless politician, he faces very stiff competition for that accolade. Even in the present. I think him far less devious than the Chinese. His body count is currently far less than the Bushes or Obama/Clinton. He has heretofore shown more respect for international law than the US examples.

If Clinton falls, she will have been its architect herself. She opted for her private server, presumably in an attempt to conceal 'pay-for-play' while acting US Secretary of State and could not have been unaware of the risks but reasoned that the potential rewards justified them. All great states engage in espionage (the US was recently uncovered spying on her ally, Germany) and Russia need not apologise if her Clinton information was served up to her on a plate.

I don't believe he has any intention of using nukes. Clinton fancied her chances of getting elected and all the build up of NATO troops on Russia border is NATO's aggression. We don't know the truth of it because the US media is in the establishment's pocket just like the Russian media is in Putin's pocket. I think that Putin's body count is lower than the Clintons'.

Dublin's Holy Doors are still open. I've only done the two on the North Side - Our Lady of Lourdes in Sean McDermott St. and the Pro-Cathedral which are in walking distance of each other and within walking distance of Busaras and Connolly train Station. They had adorations in the Pro-Cathedral while I was there but no Confessions.

I would very,very,very much prefer that you were right and I was wrong. My belief is that Putin is in the process of setting the USA and Europe up...and that Catholic Prophesy indicates this.
