life is real enough but that doesn't mean we cant have fun sometimes!

The Pope goes to New York. He is picked up at the airport by a limousine. He looks at the beautiful car and says to the driver, "You know, I hardly ever get to drive. Would you please let me?"

The driver is understandably hesitant and says, "I'm sorry, but I don't think I'm supposed to do that."

But the Pope persists, "Please?" The driver finally lets up. "Oh, all right, I can't really say no to the Pope."

So the Pope takes the wheel, and boy, is he a speed demon! He hits the gas and goes around 100 mph in a 45 zone. A policeman notices and pulls him over.

The cop walks up and asks the Pope to roll down the window. Startled and surprised, the young officer asks the Pope to wait a minute. He goes back to his patrol car and radios the chief.

Cop: Chief, I have a problem.

    Chief: What sort of problem?

Cop: Well, you see, I pulled over this guy for driving way over the speed limit but it's someone really important.

    Chief: Important like the mayor?

Cop: No, no, much more important than that.

    Chief: Important like the governor?

Cop: Wayyyyyy more important than that.

    Chief: Like the president?

    Cop: More.

Chief: Who's more important than the president?

Cop: I don't know, but he's got the Pope driving for him!

Thank you, we have now established that the Douay-Rheims is not a sedevacantist document. You do strongly imply that Solady is sedevacantist. Can you corroborate or should we pass the question over to Solady herself?

The lady did not seem to have a problem with my summary. But the following post illustrates best her beliefs:

    Solady,

The Novus Ordo Masses that I attend look nothing like what you have displayed above.

But I must confess that even if my church looked as stark as the one you displayed I would still be there front and centre at the holy sacrifice of the mass to adore and love my Lord Jesus!.

Padre Pio asks....... Do we really love Jesus in the poverty of His stable? or are we only honouring Jesus from outside His Stable?
Are we caught up in loving Jesus only in Bliss? Are we mesmerised by the stars of that holy night in Bethlehem and taken over by the enjoyment of hearing the Glories sung by the Angels?
or have we entered the stable and experienced the feeling of abandonment and felt the poverty, the pain and the cold of the stable where we hear the cries of the small infant God child?

I thank God for all the faithful Catholics that humbly attend the Novus Ordo mass!
These brave Catholics uphold the truths of our faith! They are the courageous Catholics of Today!

Our faith is not upheld by those that refuse to Love Jesus in the Novus Ordo Mass!

On the contary Jesus is served by those that trully Love Him in the Novus Ordo Mass!

Solady, you seem to profess sedevacantism. I cannot agree with that at all.

You assert, in the post linked to by davidtlig, that Pope Pius XIIth is the last valid pope (no other conclusion can be arrived at if the Apostolic succession ended with his papacy). Ironically, the principal architect of the liturgical changes which most on here would probably deplore, was Pius XIIth's protege. I refer to that man Bugnini.

Unfortunately closely connected to the de-romanization of the Curia that was for certain approaching, and
to document the unhappy fact that the current Revolution sweeping the Roman Catholic Church today began, in earnest, at the top, with Pope Pius XII. The completion of the revolution however, would have to wait for Pope Paul VI along with Pope John XXIII.

The liturgical reforms of Pope Pius XII continued a process initiated by Pope Pius Xll (known as the last traditional pope only so far as not being the 1st publicly Modernist pope) it must be said that Pius XII after 1954 was so sick that he had lost control of Bugnini, which led ultimately to the modernist church of today (many things could have happened to his encyclical in the hands of the modernist) but he had been thinking reform already. it was a gradual process and take over from the "top" and not readily visible to the average catholic until pope john XXlll, and even then it took many many years for us simple folk to recognize the public heresy unfolding before us! from destruction of the liturgy, undermining priestly ordinations, to creation of a new church (of a non-catholic religion) which can be seen by it's fruits!

we now know that it was all part of a long-range plot by Annibale Bugnini's modernist cabal to destroy the Mass and Paul VI, the modernist who would promulgate the Novus Ordo. What can we do? we should ignore liturgical laws that were the dirty work of the men who destroyed the Mass. The most common-sense principles that underlie all the Church's legislation are the necessity of stability or perpetuity as required by law and valid principle of cessation of law.

In the Catholic Church, one does not have the option of picking and choosing a liturgy according to personal preference. If we are to save our souls, the liturgy imposed by obedience and in obedience must be followed to the exclusion of all others.

Yes, Apostolic Succession must be believed! but we have to resist errors and heresy always. Our Lady of Fatima
    stated:
'But in the end my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, which will be converted, and some time of peace will be granted to humanity."

    • We may have to wait for a future Pope to decide the sede vacante issue.

so what are you saying here? that you deplore Bugnini? that you recognize but resist?
the catholic church can have a vacant apostolic see that can go on for a long time and people still go to heaven; and if their is no visible head on earth the church continues to exist because her Head is in Heaven!

To take the last point first. How can there be a 'future pope' if the Apostolic succession has been broken?

I wouldn't be too hard on Paul VI. Much evidence indicates he wished to move an inch, but others took a mile. He may have had some modernist tendencies-it is inevitable that some will be effected by the general tone of their times. He was definitely weak and ineffectual for much of the time. However, he deserves considerable credit for taking his stand on Humanae Vitae, perhaps all the more so for those defects of his character. And he did ensure Bugnini ended his days as papal nuncio in Teheran.

I do deplore Bugnini. He was the leading iconoclast of the 'spirit of Vatican II'.

I don't really understand what you mean by 'recognise but resist'. Perhaps you could explain and I'll try to give you an answer?

Great Quote by St. Cajetan on His Feast Day

[IMG]“Do not receive Christ in the Blessed Sacrament so that you may use Him as you judge best, but give yourself to Him and let Him receive you in this Sacrament, so that He Himself, God your Saviour, may do to you and through you whatever He wills.”

I think the PH AC is a stretch, at least for me it is. It keeps popping up though. I just saw a video which points out the same thing that I did. I waited until now to post this but I wrote it off when I first saw it but like I said it keeps popping up now.

Could be just one of these 'memes', a piece of viral information that has got stuck in the system. Whatever, he has or has not been up to, I certainly know nothing of Prince Harry's been involved in anything of AC proportions. Nevertheless, he is a member of a class wealthy enough, powerful enough and influential enough to be of use to satan.

I think I just posted yesterday on MOG how some people have associated his name(s) to 666 and that is what I believe started this.
This is the new video I just came across. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?...95C7FC4FCA50E161D7EB95C7F&fsscr=0&FORM=VDQVAP

Couldn't stop thinking of Pistorius. Is this an exploitation of the wounded, crippled and grossly maimed? There's a lot of that nowadays on television, a pretended compassion for people with different forms of physical or spiritual disfigurement. Henley's poem, recently paraphrased in a pop song advertising something or other (don't ask me, it featured a sharply-dressed black man, dancing!), is pure pagan nihilism and god-defying bravado.
