As animals, unlike sinful man, are not fallen creatures, does this pattern of attack represent an instinctive revulsion or escalation of fear, caused by the withdrawal of the restrainer, when some come into contact with people?

 

That's what I thought myself DeGaulle. What is interesting is that at the time I was involved in new-age stuff and shamanic "healing" in 2009/10 and the "shaman" said that there was going to be an increase in animal attacks. It was before I returned to the faith and had a conversion and I have no doubt now having returned to the faith that this "shaman" was diabolically influenced, so it is interesting that even he foresaw it and perhaps it is tied in with evil forces in nature or something like that.

All of Creation fell due to Adam and Eve's sin. The earth, animals, weather...pretty much everything (except for the marriage sacrament between Adam and Eve because that is a symbol of the love within the Trinity itself). The animals do the will of the Father in their everyday lives because they have no free will to disobey their Creator. The more sinful mankind becomes, the more all of Creation groans to be again the way it was meant to be in the beginning. This is why animal behavior, the weather on earth, earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes and so on will get worse as Creation goes against man because we are going against our Creator. When humanity abides with the Creator, nature and man are one in purpose (to please God). When man goes against God's will, it's not so much that nature goes against man, it is just designed to God's will. It's kind of like being pulled behind a speed boat. If you stay in line with the boat, you have a pretty smooth ride. If you try to go in a different direction from the one guiding you, things get rough and try to get you "back in line".

Saw that and it was pretty disturbing. Sounded like he was possessed. Notice how the demon immediately growls at the name of Jesus and how the demon boasts of enjoying the butchering of the unborn. Notice also how the man's voice and demeanor instantaneously goes back to normal towards the end. Really chilling. I guess its possible the abortionist was just putting on a show but there was something guttural in his voice that sent a chill right down my spine. I suggest we all offer prayers for this man's deliverance and conversion.

 

I remember a particular case a couple of years ago where a group of hill walkers was attacked by (I think) a stag. What was strange, though, was that the animal singled out just one person in the group and seemed to be targeting that person very specifically, and that person was transgender.

 

Nature defending Natural Law?

 

A seagull attacked me before I really made an attempt to give up sin and before I made a full repentant confession. I have since had no issues with animal or bird attacks. Please God this will continue. Even last year a fox walked up to within 10 feet of me one evening and stayed around, I found this unbelievable as they are generally very scared of people here in Ireland. I also have a pet robin hanging around me at my veg garden. Its nice when we are all on the same side.

 

Ed, that's wonderful. I was incorrect to say that animals are not fallen creatures because, as you say, Man's fall dragged all of Nature down with it. Could one say that animals and the rest of Nature do not share in the guilt? Is there a case that, subsequent to the Final Judgement and the making of everything Right, that Nature will regain for Eternity that which she lost through the Fall of Man? Is that one interpretation of the lion lying down with the lamb?

 

I found some news articles about the incident I was referring to but oddly none of them now mention the fact that the "woman" was a transsexual (it was mentioned when the story was originally reported).

When I go on nature walks I notice animals get startled because they typically do not notice me approaching. Birds typically don't mind me as I walk past them. I always suspected it was something to do with the holy spirit.

 

Having read the article, I am unsure whether or not the report of his/her transgenderism was incorrect or whether it was deemed out of order, on politically correct grounds, to report the fact. Neither the photograph of this person nor the comments were clarifying. That the report is in 'pinknews' does beg the question.

The person involved is transsexual, born male, now living as a female. The legal case was that "her" transsexualism was not relevant to the news story and should not therefore have been mentioned in the story.

 

Censorship of the whole point of the story. Or perhaps the stag was simply transphobic!

 

Some articles skirted (no pun intended) around the issue by saying that, at 6ft tall, 'she' was the most threatening-looking member of the group so that's why the stag targeted her... so yes, basically censorship but since the stag can't tell his side of the story we'll never know what his true motives were .
