Notre Dame's "Department of Gender Studies" publicized her Monday night speech on UND's website saying, Wendy Davis, a modern-day Texas heroine, appeared on the national scene as a state senator during her 2013 filibuster that temporarily blocked devastating legislation seeking to limit women's access to abortions and reproductive healthcare in the state of Texas.
Dear God....this was once one of the greatest Catholic universities in the USA....it's falling into the pits of hell....
This following on the heels of the Pope praising the Italian abortionist prompts me to give up reading any news about Catholics. What's the point? We can't change it and the people who can don't want to? Those of us who were fortunate to have the Faith handed down to us intact can do no more than pray that future generations will learn enough to prompt them to seek the fullness of Truth, however hard their quest may be.

We're the "fundamentalists" who will be expected to dig deep on April 24th for the Pope's special collection in all European churches in aid of Ukraine. In times past I would have given without a second thought especially to the elderly Ukrainians who aren't being paid their pensions. Now I wonder who will distribute the proceeds and who will be the recipients. Every time the Holy Father opens his mouth I feel a Soros hand reaching into my pocket.
