0bama wakes up in the morning and renames a mountain. Trump wakes up and builds buildings, creates jobs, provides entertainment. If you want to do business in some places, unions for instance, there is no avoiding to have to deal with colorful people. Can't do it. The video should focus on the government defeating the mob. 0bama wakes up in the morning and sees a mountain and renames it. He sucks the creativity and energy out of you and will cut you and watch you bleed to death. The other wakes up and deals with it. Works with what is there that the government can't control. Benjamin Krain / Getty Images Donald Trump, throughout his presidential campaign, has distinguished himself from free-trade Republicans, saying he would end the North American Free Trade Agreement and condemning President Obama's trade deal with Asian countries. Trump told 60 Minutes of NAFTA last year, "We will either renegotiate it or we will break it." It's a position of Trump's that he has expressed over the past three decades. In appearances and writings dating back to the 1980s, Trump has criticized U.S. trade deficits and called agreements between the U.S. and other countries "bad deals." According to multiple archived news accounts reviewed by BuzzFeed News, Trump spoke forcefully against NAFTA at a California-based convention in 1993, when the agreement's ratification was being debated in Congress. The accounts appear to be the only record of Trump's speech. A representative for the conference said it wasn't taped that year. "Trump, who entertained the crowd with details of his financial problems during 1990s, was one of the few to come out against NAFTA," read the Daily News of Los Angeles account of an October 1993 speech to the ninth annual Bakersfield Business Conference, which was held in a stadium on the grounds of California State University, Bakersfield. Another local newspaper account of Trump's speech, from the Lodi News-Sentinel, also has Trump saying the plan "would only benefit Mexico." Trump was opposed by three former presidents at the conference. Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, and George H.W. Bush all spoke in favor of the deal. The Fresno Bee reported Trump saying of the planned agreement: "We never make a good deal." From the Bee: Real estate magnate Trump was the only speaker swimming against the NAFTA current, criticizing the treaty not so much for its concept but rather for what he sees as poor negotiating by U.S. trade representatives. NAFTA is poorly crafted, Trump said, as all our other trade treaties seem to be. "We never make a good deal." "It's a no-brainer,'' Trump said, according to the Long Beach Press-Telegram. "The Mexicans want it, and that doesn't sound good to me." Trump also claimed the Kuwaitis "truly hate our guts," the Japanese "are laughing at us," and that "mobsters" were taking over Indian reservation gambling and creating a "crime wave like you haven't seen since Al Capone." NAFTA was eventually approved by the House and the Senate in November 1993 and was signed by President Bill Clinton early the next month.

My brother one time had large book on American Mobsters inlcuding photographs. One of the pictures was of a mobster Albert Anastasia who I believe was the founder of Murder Incorporated, which in a ten year period reportedly murdered between 400 and a 1000 people, he was I suppose just about the most , 'Colourful' person you could ever maybe get to meet:

Anyway I always remember it because I thought if ever a guy needed prayer for his soul it was Alberto. But as soon as I started to pray I got told he was in hell and not to pray for him anymore in no uncertain terms. I remember it so well as it was the first time I encountered the knowledge in prayer of a soul being hell, though I have encountered it several times since.

The sadness of it is incredible.

My Family roots are from NY City, im the only one from NJ but can tell you many family members and friends are/were tradesmen in NY City...many stories on the MOB running things...Sanitation, concrete, Goddi plumbing supplies, elevators...etc You name it, all roads went thru the mob one way or another.

As Prague pointed out, how else was he going to get anything done? Maybe Trump will be protected by the mob. He wouldn't be the first person. Maybe Trump did business with the mob because he wanted to live? You know.....living is a powerful thing sometimes. Maybe someone can tell me what the Mayor thinks of Trump.

Yeah, the fix is in after tonight. No way that Trump had that kind of lead in all the polls less than 48 hours ago and then Cruz magically wins. Remember, Cruz is a proven cheater in Iowa.

I think Trump, good businessman that he is, understands what is happening and is soon going to have to calculate if it is worth staying on the Republican ticket. After all, he is spending his own money. I think he understands at this point that the RNC would rather hand the election to Hillary than see himself nominated. At least with Hillary the RNC's positions on Trade, Immigration and Foreign Policy will be maintained. The RNC only pays lip service to the pro-life movement and the RNC knows that anyone other than Trump doesn't stand a chance against the Democrat machine. Trump knows that even if he wins a majority of delegates, that the RNC will disqualify him on a technicality at the convention. I don't think he will continue wasting his money on the RNC ticket if he concludes that to be the case. But I don't think he will drop out. Instead, he will run third party. He would have no choice and would owe it to our country and to those who still believe in fair elections.

 

CPAC was a setup against Trump. They were planning to stage a big walkout on him when he got up to speak. Trump got wind of their dirty tactics and preempted their attack.
