This would only be true if the miracle spoken of here is the one announced at Garabandal. Many miracles will be occurring and this mentions 'a great miracle' not necessarily the Garabandal one, right?
It references - a Great Miracle and the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart at the same time. If this is not the Miracle at Garabandal, then when would it appear if the "Triumph" occurs three days after the supposed Warning? Then it would mean that the Garabandal Miracle would be much later making it a moot point. It would, therefore, need to reference the same Miracle the way I read it. For me Garabandal trumps Pedro Regis. There are more people like Padre Pio, Mother Teresa, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI that believed in Garabandal. I haven't heard of anyone of such reputation staking complete faith in Pedro Regis. So either Regis' account puts the Miracle before Conchita's announcement or it is false, in my opinion.
I don't have much time now, but: 1) The English translation of that message is wrong with a great chance (different from the Italian version). 2) It is talking about a different event than the Miracle of Garabandal. More later.
Please provide a clean translation and explanation how Pedro's warning (illumination of conscience) will be followed by the Triumph of Mary three days later -- in relation to when the Warning/Miracle chain-of-events occurs with Garabandal. Even were it to be a different 'great' miracle altogether, the explanation/timing in relation to Garabandal makes no sense.
I have to say this is true, I have always had my dounbt about these. Though I try to keep the door open until such times as I can be sure... The false eventually implodes.

Can someone re-state specifically why it goes so against Garabandahl prophesy to have the miracle occur within a few days of the warning?
Nobody forces you into believing in these apparitions, or in apparitions in general, but I would be interested in knowing the real reasons for which you find these to be false.
Pedro Regis never said that the Garabandal Miracle will occur few days after the Warning, in any message.
Pijon, you make a very good point. I can respect anyone who has an opposing position if they can clearly state what it is they object to, which brings merit to their dissent. However, it persuades no one when darts are thrown with blunted ends that can't stick. A wait and see position would be best for those who are not convinced with sound reason, lest we offend the mother of God in speaking to us.
