Depends on what one means by 'dates'. Heaven does give us seasons and even time frames. However, as in the miracle of the sun at Fatima October 13, 1917. Mary preannounced the miracle of the sun to take place at a particular day, time and place exactly 3 months in advance. That is why over 70,000 eye witnesses showed up there. So yes, heaven can give exact dates and in the case of Father Gobbi, I believe heaven can move or delay timeframes for punishment based on man's response to prayer and fasting and one's reponse to God as happened when Pope John Paul consecrated the world to the immaculate heart of Mary.....which bought us more time.
The context needs to be taken into account... What the September 23 message seems to be referring to specifically is all the speculation around the fourth and final Blood Moon/supermoon this week, some of which has been anxiety-inducing in the extreme! Remember that there have been any number of theories in connection with September 28, including everything from The Rapture to earth-destroying asteroid impacts. That the Blood Moon should have appeared more than once in Luz de Maria's alleged locutions is intriguing: they effectively support the central argument of the Blood Moon Tetrad's discoverer, Messianic Jew Mark Biltz (whom I personally find highly likable, as with Jonathan Cahn), that solar and lunar eclipses are indeed divine signs, and to have the reference to Israel in the September 23 message additionally lends weight to the view (which has a basis in Talmudic interpretive tradition), that they are not unconnected with events in the Holy Land, as well as being an echo of Christian martyrdom. The Blood Moon reference is also interesting in terms of an ecumenical convergence of Christian prophetic sources, since a mutual influence of Luz de Maria on Mark Biltz or vice versa would seem highly unlikely!
