He told us some astounding stories and I guess that nothing would surprise me given the world's current state of affairs. I completely agree. There's no good reason to have all our carriers at home. When I heard the story on Fox I was shocked and the warning bells went off. Couple that with Obama picking fights with Russia, circling Israel, sent troops to Russia's border, setting up narratives about fake news and blaming Russia hacking for the election and you'd have to be whistling through the graveyard to not see there is something going on.

I hope I'm right when I say that I consider him a poser and ultimately a cowardly one. Obama had ample opportunity for war during the Syrian crisis with his red lines and a seemingly more credible scenario when many had swallowed the anti-Assad propaganda. This was at a time when Putin was less prepared and Turkey had not begun its rapprochement with him. In crude terms, this man-child of a president seems to get his kicks from, as we say in Ireland, 'acting the bollox'. If anything, it would take the US longer to come to the aid of any major unrest which we discussed as a possibility in Israel (Natan's NDE). I am assuming that we normally have a carrier in that area, the USS Eisenhower is being replaced by another carrier which is not finished being built (if I read that information properly). Even the Chicago police have tried to play down the incident, describing it as a "battery." It's not a battery. It's kidnapping, torture, and a federal hate crime according to the law. See, it's not accurate to say that there is a double standard here. In order for there to be a double standard, there would have to be two actual standards. But it appears that racial minorities of the correct political persuasion are held to no standard at all, whatsoever, while white people of the incorrect persuasion are held only to this simple standard: everything they do and say is wrong and also racist. It appears Mr Obama is getting more and more agitated as the reins of power slip from his hands. I had the feeling he would beef up the irresponsible behaviour before he runs and takes cover in a couple of weeks time. He is trying to terrorise everyone. Has Obama lost the plot. I would not worry about the lack of carriers as regards Israel. 1. Israel has a minimum of 200 Samson nuclear tipped missiles in hardened silos. That was the number we knew about in the 1990s. They probably have more now. 2. We have a massive air base in Germany. However, we won't be needed. Israel was attacked 3 times in the last 70 years and each war was over in 2 weeks or less, in Israel's favor. [Thus, Israel will stand tall without us.]
