I'm none the wiser after watching the programme. What I got from it was the the Cardinals did nothing wrong by submitting the dubia but that the theologians were wrong to submit the Filial Correction. They made no attempt to explain what happens if the Pope refuses to respond to the the dubia. Neither did they attempt to explain what benefit if any will be served by Cardinal Burke issuing a Correction.

They were walking on egg shells. I found the whole programme to be a waste of time. I have made a couple of small donations to EWTN in the past. That programme wouldn't prompt me to get out my credit card again.

Walking on eggshells, aren't we all? I can't blame you for not supporting that kind of a program, but really, what else can be done unless the cardinals act?

I don't think anything can be done. I couldn't figure out what the panelists were saying. On the one hand, they seemed to believe that correcting a person's error (even a Pope) is the charitable thing to do. On the other hand, they seemed to believe that God won't let Pope Francis formally teach error because of Christ's promise to the Church. I don't know whether they expect that any Pope teaching error will be zapped by God before putting pen to paper. Really, if they had nothing useful to contribute, it would have been better they left the topic alone rather than tip-toeing around it.

While that particular programme wouldn't prompt me to send a few Euro to EWTN, other programmes make the station worth supporting.

I enjoy the coverage of special Masses and canonizations
    And the televised devotions

At this point I think it is clear that Pope Francis has spoken on the Dubia. The answer is clear in his silence that he is at odds with scripture and church doctrine. He knows he cannot respond verbally with what he thinks, but his silence is affirmation to his dissent. But, he also knows he has the upper hand now with many, if not most, cardinals, bishops and priests and laity with his thinking. I don't think anyone on either side has any doubts by now what he thinks. His contempt for church teaching is helping to bring about the fulfillment of Fatima and Akita. It is all unfolding just as prophecy and scripture attests to. For my part, I am keeping my eye on the end, the era of peace and living in the fulfillment of the Divine Will being done on earth as it is in heaven.

I like them too, especially Fr. Pacwa leading the rosary in the Holy Land. They have had a few interesting programmes about the Holy Land and some of Europe's Marian shrines. They had a really interesting series of programmes about the Crusades presented by Joanna Bogle and I think it was her husband. I hope that they will repeat those programmes because I missed some and only caught pieces of others. Incidentally, I noticed someone named Bogle signed the Filial Correction and wondered whether that was Joanna's husband.

I also like the "Where God Weeps" programme. I like "The World Over", especially the Papal Posse segments. Rayment Arroyo has done some good interviews with people you would never expect to see on a Catholic TV channel. The Jerry Lewis interview was one of the best I've seen on TV.

The theologians stressed our obligation to always see the good in people. They referred to Cardinal Muller's statement that Amoris Laetitia can be read in line with Church teaching. I think that at this stage they must be the only people on the planet who can't see that the document was written in such a way to enable an interpretation contrary to Church teaching. They seemed to be plumping for Cardinal Muller's suggestion for dialogue between the Pope and the dubia Cardinals. Clutching at straws sprang to my mind.

I don't believe that we will have an era of peace with the fulfilment of the Divine Will on earth this side of the Second Coming of Jesus.
