Nonsense. There is no indication that John Paul II ever believed his consecration did not fulfill Our Lady's wishes. I have no doubt he was very disappointed that he was prevented from including the word 'Russia' in the Consecration if for no other reason than he would foresee the legalists saying what they say now! John Paul was no legalist and he will not have needed Sister Lucia's confirmation that the Consecration was done well. Those who continue to preach that the consecration was not done properly insult St John Paul, Sister Lucia, Our Lady and God Himself. They try to persuade us that the overnight fall of the Soviet communist empire, without violence, was somehow 'natural' or 'inevitable'. That it didn't need God to do that.
