Catholic Prophecy

  1. Oh that makes me sad. I guess they are seeing what they want to see. I thought it was a great researched book and it helps unfold many events that are happening now.

  2. Here I go quoting Fr. Gobbi again--#545 Perpignan (France); May 13, 1995-Anniv. of first Apparition of Fatima

“You are recalling today the first apparition, which took place in the Cova da Iria in Fatima, with the first of many cenacles of my Movement, which this little son of mine will again hold in all of France, a land so ensnared and possessed by my Adversary, but so defended and protected by your heavenly Mother.

And nowhere as here has the message which I gave at Fatima in 1917 been so pertinent and urgent. Look with the merciful eyes of your heavenly Mother on the suffering and divided Church, threatened with the loss of faith and with the great apostasy. See how the pastors are being stricken and becoming tepid and unfaithful, and thus the flock is being more and more scattered along the ways of evil and sin and is running the danger of arriving at eternal perdition.

Feel the profound sorrow of my Immaculate Heart in seeing the disunity which has entered deeply into the very heart of the Church, due to the disobedience and the opposition of bishops and priests to the Pope, who has been constituted by Jesus as the foundation of the Church and infallible guardian of its truth.

--Pray for the Pope. This Pope is the greatest gift which my Immaculate Heart has given you for the time of the purification and the great tribulation. An important part of my message and of my secret that I revealed to the three children to whom I appeared refers precisely to the person and the mission of Pope John Paul II.

How great is his suffering! Often it is as though he were being crushed beneath the weight of a cross which has become so very heavy. Humanity is hastening along the road of violence and hatred, of fratricidal struggle and war, despite his anguished cry, which he causes to go out to all in order to invoke peace.
This humanity has become more and more enslaved to comfort and pleasure, to materialism and hedonism, to hardness of heart toward the needs of the little, the poor, the marginalized, the oppressed and the exploited.

How great is the suffering of the Pope, in seeing humanity so threatened with running irresponsibly along the way of its own destruction.

--Pray for the Pope. How his heart is caused to bleed because of the division which is taking root in the Church, the loss of faith which is becoming more widespread, the errors which are being taught and propagated despite the courage and force with which he goes everywhere in the world to confirm all in faithfulness to Christ and to his Gospel.

His encyclical letters are true beacons of light, which shine down from heaven upon the intense darkness which envelops all the world.

--Pray for the Pope. He is living the hour of Gethsemane and Calvary, of crucifixion and of him immolation. The Lord looks upon him as the most precious victim, who must now be immolated on the altar of his priestly sacrifice.

Beloved children, remain ever with me beneath the cross upon which my Pope, fashioned, led and so loved by me, is as of now consummating his great offering of love and sorrow.
It is precisely through the sacrifice of this, the first of my beloved sons, that divine justice will be espoused to a great mercy. After the time of the trial, which will be one of purification for all the earth, there will spring up upon the world the new era foretold and announced by him; and thus, in these final times, he invites you all to cross the bright thresholds of hope.”

Now comes the journey. I hope you're comfortable, because I'm about to reveal something to you that very few Christians today know, but was once common knowledge back in the early days of the Church. It all centers around the time period leading up to the Antichrist, and in order to understand the Antichrist, we must first understand the centuries leading up to it, of which the 20th century marked the first. We are now in the second - the 21st century. What I don't know is how many centuries we have left to go. What I do know is the time is short, and there are not many centuries left, but the one we currently live in will by far be the most interesting, the most terrifying and the most wonderful. Are you sitting down?
And after these shall arise Antichrist and having by the signs and lying wonders of his magical deceit, beguiled the Jews as though he were the expected Christ, he shall afterwards characterize himself by all kinds of excesses of cruelty and lawlessness…and he shall perpetrate such things for 3 years and 6 months

"Antichrist will exceed in malice, perversity, lust, wickedness, impiety, and ruthlessness and barbarity all men that have ever disgraced human nature. Hence St. Paul emphatically calls him `the man of sin the son of perdition, the wicked one, whose birth and coming is through the operation of Satan, in all manner of seduction and iniquity.' (2 Thess., 2). Through his great power, deceit and malice he shall succeed in decoying or forcing to his worship two thirds of mankind; the remaining third part of men will continue true to the faith and worship of Jesus Christ most steadfastly. But in his satanic rage and fury, Antichrist will persecute these brave and devout Christians during three years and a half, and torture them with such an extremity of barbarity, with all the old and newly invented instruments of pain, as to exceed all past persecutors of the Church combined. He will oblige all his followers to bear impressed upon their foreheads or right hands the mark of the Beast and will starve to death all those who refuse to receive it."

This one shall seize the power of the Roman Empire and shall falsely style himself Christ. By the name Christ he shall deceive the Jews who are expecting the anointed and he shall seduce the Gentiles by his magical illusions.

-- St. Cyril of Jerusalem, 386 AD

According to the approved seers and mystics of the Church, the apostasy will actually continue to get worse in France and Spain, as well as all the Western European countries until the Socialist-Muslim alliance is ready to take over. Riots will erupt in Europe, spreading into civil wars. Russia Invades Europe in order to "stabilize" the region, apparently in the wake of an impotent and useless USA that is unable to do anything. (Effectively NATO is defunct.) That's when the Great Monarch arises. He arises in a period of desperation. The irony to the whole thing is that even though he is heir to the French crown, the French people will not want him, but they will be forced to take him because he will be all they have left to survive. It will be this Great Monarch, along with a Holy Pope who will restore the Church by defeating the Muslims and the Socialists, thus bringing conversion to Europe. There is of course a sign sent from God at the same time which will wake up the whole world from it's slumber. It is a great and terrible sign, that cripples the enemies of God thus giving the Great Monarch and his allies the advantage they need to win the war.

That's a very good summary of the book. I am also a follower of Catholic Knight. Some wonder whether or not we should try to 'look into the future' but one of the Church's mystics quoted in 'Trial, Tribulation and Triumph', Jeanne le Royer, says 'The knowledge of these things shall contribute to the salvation of many souls and form a treasure for the faithful of the last age'. When I consider the situation of many priests being in open or covert revolt against the Pope and the Magisterium, the words of another mystic of the Church Ven Bartholomew Holzhauser (17th Century) seem definitely to point to our day as being the time of many of these prophecies.
"Many men will abuse the freedom of conscience conceded to them..."
"The clergy will not respect the laws of the Church....."
    "They will ridicule Christian simplicity...."
"Holy canons and religious dogmas are obscured by senseless questions and elaborate arguments. As a result, no principle at all, no matter how holy authentic, ancient and certain will remain free of censure, criticism and false interpretations, modification and delimitation by man."

If you need proof that this relates to our day, especially the last point, take a look at the website of the Association of 'Catholic' Priests, an Irish organisation who claim to represent nearly a quarter of Irish clergy and who want open 'discussion' in the Church on married clergy, female clergy, the Church's teaching on sexual morality etc. etc. They are currently defending one of their leaders who teaches that the priesthood was not instituted by Jesus. There is no way that these men accept that Peter was appointed to lead the infant Church and that Benedict is his successor or they would never dare to put their souls and those of the 'lambs' entrusted to them at risk in such a way.

Quite a lot has been prophesied about the 'Great King' but it does little to narrow it down to an individual. It is said that (just a few facts from memory below to follow more later when I have had a chance to refresh my poor memory):

    1. He will have lead a fairly dissolute life as a young man and then undergo a profound conversion to Christ.
    2. He will be a descendant of the House of Bourbon (but because of the intermarriages of European royal families, that doesn't mean that he will be necessarily French, though he certainly could be - the Spanish royal family, for one are closely related to the Bourbons).
    3. He will have a limp (this will be given to him by God when he is made aware of his future role during a mystical experience.)
    4. One mystic says that he will be 'dark haired and hook nosed' - though he is the only one of many to give a physical description.
    5. He will wage war until he is 40 years old (as the war lasts about 4 years, he must be appointed at around age 36).
    6. He will live 'to a great age' and die in Jerusalem.

Sounds plausible - the idea of monarchy is repugnant to the modern mind but democracy is a a fairly recent political ideology and not very democratic! Some talk of a Holy Pope arriving at the same time as the Great Catholic Monarch. It may well be that both are living today.
  9. I was once told the great Monarch was a little known Secretary for the Pres. of France (the last pres.) Nicolas Sarkozy. He was not known now, but was going to 'rise in ranks' as things got worse. We will see!

I think that the 'democracy' of the west has, as do all political systems in the end, has been slowly subverted and perverted by certain structures, interests and covert organisations of the rich and powerful who will eventually be seen to be responsible for the sorry situation in which we will find ourselves. Parties that win in democracies do so, in these days of limitless material demand, by promising that which can never be provided without recourse to countries that hate democracy and need to borrow from them (e.g. China) and then the opposition promises more and then they try to outbid each other and do so to a point beyond bankruptcy as has happened over the years in the US and other western states (how many trillion of dollars borrowed from China to sustain an unsustainable lifestyle? And the Chinese ask nothing for all these loans?? I don't think so - the Catholic Church is a bit of a pain here, we know that you don't like them either, why not lean on them a little before we make the next loan available to you ? When the collapse comes, there will then be confusion about what new governmental structures should be applied and the only choice will appear to be Communism or a religious based monarchy, which is why the civil wars will erupt. After the Warning, people will long for strong but just, thoughtful leadership that is willing to be led by God and then God will provide it.

Best guess right now is Archduke Ferdinand Zvonimir Habsburg of Austria. Otto von Habsburg's was Crown Prince of Austria (who died not long ago) has a son who is Archduke Karl of Austria. Ferdinand is Karl's oldest son. He has all the cridentials to meet this person. I think he is 15 or 16 years old right now. Saint Cataldus: "The Great Monarch will be in war till he is 40 years of age; a King of the House of Lily, he will assemble great armies and expel tyrants from his empire.... He will at length lay down his crown in Jerusalem." Ferdinand will be 40 in about 25 years.

"There will rise a valiant monarch annointed by God. He will be Catholic, a descendant of Louis IX, a descendant of an ancient imperial German famiily (intermarriage of royal families), born in exile. He will rule supreme in temporal matters. The Pope will rule supreme in spiritual matters at the same time. Persucutions will cease and justice shall reign. Religion seems to be oppressed, but by the changes of entire kingdoms it will be made more firm".

" He will root out false doctrines and destroy the rule of Moslemism. His dominion will extend from the East to the West. All nations will adorne God their Lord according to the Catholic teachings". (The Venerable Bartholomew Holzhauser - 1658). Habsburg family tree includes ancestors, in various noble families, from England, France, Germany, Italy, and Austria

I think it was Winston CHurchill that said that Democary was very imperfect but that we would just have to put up with it as there wa snothing better.:)

I don't believe the prophesy about the Great Monarch means God considers Monarcy better than Democracy , its jsut a single ruler is an antidote to anarchy.

I notice that even Abraham Lincoln a Democratic leader cut a few corners during the Civil War.

I suppose its common sense really.

Stalin said that the capitalists (i.e. democratic nations) would happily sell you the rope to hang them with ! How right he was. The US has sold trillions of dollars in bonds (or ROPE?) to China whose government is now in a position to strangle the economy of the US any time they wish. Can you imagine Kennedy or Reagan allowing that situation to develop. The fact is that democracy exists in name only in the US now that the government must be subservient to a foreign and Communist government.
Recently someone in the US opened a pack of Haloween lights (Made in China) to see a note in English. The note said, 'We are political and religious prisoners who make these products in a labour camp, we work every day of the year for long hours each day'. If the western governments really cared at all about freedom, they wouldn't have any economic relationship at all with such a terrible regime. There have been reports that famine in Korea has driven some people to dig up corpses for food and in a few cases, murder family members to cannibalise them. China is the sole supporter of those fanatics. Are we to believe that Obama (who will be fully aware from his intelligence who is producing US imports from China and the situation in Korea) really cares about freedom when he ignores those situations in his inauguration speech and instead talks instead about the 'right' of homosexuals to 'marry' each other. The world has gone mad!

If the world had not gone made, we would not be talking about the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This Triumph is nothing less than crushing Satan's stranggle on the world that God has for the moment allowed. Soon the whole world wil be tasting what is happening in China and North Korea. Pray, Pray, Pray. Then will come the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Second Coming of Christ and the Eucharistic Reign, the 2nd Pentecost of the Holy Spirit and the Glory of the Father's will being done on earth as it is in heaven for 1000 years.

Of course I believe the prophecies of a Saint, I am just not persuaded that the prophecy about the Popes really originated from Saint Malachy, there is no proof of it. The book refers only to the Saint's prophecy about English domination of Ireland for 700 years, which is of course accurate. One of the most admirable features of the book is that the writer ignores the dubious (such as that specific prophecy) and concentrates on the things that are properly and provably attributed to Saints and Blesseds.

Where do these very specific prophecies on the Monarch come from?

How could there be a 15 year old making war from 2038-2042 if the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart was realized following the Warning, Miracle and Chastisement? Either it doesn't happen at all, or Joey Lomangino is 109 or 110 years old at the Miracle, then this warfare occurs....

LaSalette, Pope Leo XIII, Fatima, Garabandal, Pope John Paul II, and most recently Pope Benedict XVI all seem to point toward and indicate the significance of 2017. There is strong evidence of both 1914-2014 and 1917-2017 as the 100 year satanic oppression. I don't think crushing the head of the serpent waits till 2042.

Even the church fathers and earliest ecclesiastical writers wrote of the 1000 years as the 7th, in a series of 1000 year "days". 4 before Christ, 2 after Christ, then the 7th day (1000 year) rest, or true sabbath "day". They even described it as possibly the reign of Christ's Holy Spirit, and our living as a different form of existience (possibly in the renewed creation, with ressurected bodies, without the birth-to-death flesh and blood 120 year limit).

Outside edge of the 2nd "day" would be 2033, but there is a case to be made that we are in the exact middle of the last, 50th generation right now in 2013, and would be entering a year of atonement.

...Maybe John Paul II was preparing us in writing "Crossing The Threshold of Hope", and also the encyclical "Advent of the 3rd Millenium". Maybe we all thought it was about the year 2000, but instead it was about the 3rd 1000 year day of the Church age....post Triumph...

The specific identification of the Great King as a named living individual isn't a prophecy, it's a guess. All we really know about him is that he will be descended from Charlemagne and be related to the Bourbons. Some people on the net are saying that it's Prince Harry !!
There must be hundreds of people (maybe thousands) now living who might 'fit the bill'.

I don't know whether anyone has previously posted about this but it is interesting especially when you consider the significant dates. (The Spanish word for asteroide is 'asteroide' which begins with an 'a' and is something that you would see in the sky and may be related to the Garabandal warning).

*On Friday April 13th of 2029 the asteroid Apophis (“Apophis” is the Egyptian God of destruction, a serpent from the underworld) will pass through an orbital “keyhole” which will determine whether or not it will impact earth 7 years later on Easter Sunday, April 13th 2036. It should be noted that Easter Sunday 2029 is a good candidate for the 2000th anniversary of the Resurrection.
The “keyhole” of 2029 will determine the trajectory of Apophis and thus the fate of many people, and will probably be a significantly fearful warning for all. It is possible that this moment of warning will turn many away from sins, but will also cause many to “double down” so to speak. “There will no longer be pardon for them” is possibly a reference to the reality after the “keyhole” moment when the Earth has 7 years to contemplate the obliteration of many and STILL people are unrepentant, though God has given every opportunity. Revelation 8:8 “The second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood”
The impact of Apophis is estimated at 800 megatons. The largest tactical nuclear weapon in the world is about 50 megatons. Hiroshima was 50 kilotons.
April 13 is the feastday of St. Herminigilde who is counted among the martyrs having rejected the Arian heresy and refused the Arian eucharist of Arianism and died in exile. He was also the son of a Spanish King.
Just a thought but the Warning could occur when the asteroid Apophis comes into view (something beginning with 'a' in the sky) and the Miracle could occur on the 13 April 2029 (the feastday of a martyr of the Eucharist) and our reaction or failure to react to both may result in the punishment - that being the collision of Apophis with the earth or not depending on mankind's reaction to the Warning and the Miracle.

Those who look for an early date will reject this theory but it looks at least possible to me. Those who insist that Joey Lomangino must be alive, have already accepted that Padre Pio has died though he too was to 'witness the Miracle' and have accepted (some with reservations) that Conchita's prophecy about the last Pope has also failed.
  20. Jon

    Jon Archangels

...Got to draw the line somewhere.... Soon someone will then say, "well, it is not necessary that Conchita announce the Miracle 8 days in advance, if she happens to be dead by that time..."

Could be St. Gemma Galgani. Young saint stigmatist who died as a victim soul, existing only on the Eucharist for the last years. Should be considered a martyr of the Eucharist. Feast day is April 11. That day is on a Thursday in these years: 2013, 2019, 2024
