As Promised, I open this new Thread, based of course on obedience to the Church and on the policy of this forum, in my opinion and as usual when it’s about the Church, we must be humble and obedient like children and if there is snake inside or anywhere else, please do not worry, this kind of snakes always ends up by biting their tails.

2 reminders about me and between us, I am French so my English is not yours and I like to read between the lines, my main Goal is to honor our Lady to whom I owe everything and especialy our Lady of Garabandal where I was converted then Baptized and finally married, if I had one wish when my time will arrive but apparently not yet , it will be to die over there as well.

I thought to start this thread with the Holy Eucharist but as this topic will need a good English and important details, it will be for later so let me start by breaking an other bad Rumor regarding this time one of our last Pope, Pope Pius XII, accused by some as the hitler’s Pope, antisimetic Pope….etc….we are all aware of these controversies regarding his pontificate during the 2nd world war but in my opinion 2 important details are rarely reported when our media or our historians tell us about this Pontificate, so below these details, the truth is often simple especially the Truth from Heaven but the Truth might be also or perhaps still too good for some.

Pope Piux XII and the Miracle of the Sun

According to his own testimony, the Pope who declared the dogma of the Assumption saw the"miracle of the sun" four times.

This information is confirmed by a handwritten, unpublished note fromPope Pius XII, which is part of the "Pius XII: The Man and the Pontificate" display.

A commissioner of the display and a Vatican reporter for the Italian daily Il Giornale, Andrea Tornielli, explained to ZENIT that the note was found in the Pacelli family archives. It describes the "miracle of the sun," an episode that until today had only been affirmed by the indirect testimony of Cardinal Federico Tedeschini (1873-1959), who recounted in a homily that the Holy Father had seen the miracle.

Pius XII wrote, "I have seen the 'miracle of the sun,' this is the pure truth."

The miracle of the sun is most known as the episode that occurred in Fatima, Portugal, on Oct. 13, 1917. According to the Fatima visionaries, Mary had said there would be a miracle that day so that people would come to believe. Thousands had gathered at the site of the visions, and the sun "danced," reportedly drying instantaneously the rain-soaked land and spectators.

Pius XII's note says that he saw the miracle in the year he was to proclaim the dogma of the Assumption, 1950, while he walked in the Vatican Gardens.

He said he saw the phenomenon various times, considering it a confirmation of his plan to decla
    re the dogma.

The papal note says that at 4 p.m. on Oct. 30, 1950, during his "habitual walk in the Vatican Gardens, reading and studying," having arrived to the statue of Our Lady of Lourdes, "toward the top of the hill […] I was awestruck by a phenomenon that before now I had never seen."

"The sun, which was still quite high, looked like a pale, opaque sphere, entirely surrounded by a luminous circle," he recounted. And one could look at the sun, "without the slightest bother. There was a very light little cloud in front of it."

The Holy Father's note goes on to describe "the opaque sphere" that "moved outward slightly, either spinning, or moving from left to right and vice versa. But within the sphere, you could see marked movements with total clarity and without interruption."

Pius XII said he saw the same phenomenon "the 31st of October andNov. 1, the day of the definition of the dogma of the Assumption, and then again Nov. 8, and after that, no more."

The Pope acknowledged that on other days at about the same hour, he tried to see if the phenomenon would be repeated, "but in vain -- I couldn't fix my gaze [on the sun] for even an instant; my eyes would be dazzled."

Pius XII spoke about the incident with a few cardinals and close collaborators, such that Sister Pascalina Lehnert, the nun in charge of the papal apartments, declared that "Pius XII was very convinced of the reality of the extraordinary phenomenon, which he had seen on four occasions."

Pope Piux XII, a Son of our Lady

Tornielli told ZENIT that there was always a close link between the life of Eugenio Pacelli and the mystery of the Virgin Mary.

"Since childhood," he said, "Eugenio Pacelli was devoted [to Our Lady] and was registered in the Congregation of the Assumption, which had a chapel close to the Church of Jesus. A devotion that seemed prophetic, since he would be precisely the one to declare the dogma of the Assumption in 1950."

The future Pope celebrated his first Mass on April 3, 1899, at the altar of the icon of Mary "Salus Populi Romani" in the Basilica of St. Mary Major. "And then," Tornielli continued, "Eugenio Pacelli received episcopal ordination from Pope Benedict XV in the Sistine Chapel on May 13, 1917, the day of the first apparition of the Virgin of Fatima."

As Pope, in 1940, he approved the Fatima apparitions, and in 1942, consecrated the entire world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

As well, Pius XII often spoke with Sister Lucia, the visionary of Fatima, and he asked her to transcribe the messages she received from the Virgin. He thus became the first Pope to know the "third secret of Fatima.

Pope Piux XII and the Dogma of the Assumption

How a Pope who would not have helped the Jews during the second world war according to some of his critics (still today) would have had the privilege and Grace to see the Miracle of the Sun of Fatima and promulgated a new and important dogma of the Virgin Mary, Jewish herself.

Who could imagine that Heaven and his Queen of Jewish origin (for us Catholics), would have granted this Pope of this Graces if this Pope was what some still believe, the hitler’s Pope or a Pope who would not have helped Jews during the holocaust, sorry but not me and it looks that Heaven as well and between Heaven and the World of men, I’ve already made my choice.

    Pius XII converted Chief Rabbi.......
The Chief Rabbi of Rome, Israel Zolli, also made a statement of thanks: "What the Vatican did will be indelibly and eternally engraved in our hearts. . . . Priests and even high prelates did things that will forever be an honor to Catholicism."[19]

After the war, Zolli became a Catholic and, to honor the Pope for what he had done for the Jews and the role he had played in Zolli’s conversion, took the name "Eugenio"—the Pope’s given name—as his own baptismal name. Zolli stressed that his conversion was for theological reasons, which was certainly true, but the fact that the Pope had worked so hard on behalf of the Jews no doubt played a role in inspiring him to look at the truths of Christianity. http://www.catholic.com/documents/how-pius-xii-protected-jews

This is in my opinion a Prince of the Church, in communion with the Pope and the Church but against the current wind in some circle and Catholic medias, it should not exist any Traditionalists, conservatives, modernists, liberals or I don't know what yet but Catholics ONLY, please remember always these words from Sister Lucy of Fatima, simple and clear :

"Either we are for God or we are for the devil; there is no other possibility"

Bishop Athanasius Schneider: ‘We are in the fourth great crisis of the Church’

During a trip to England the Soviet-born bishop says the Church today is experiencing ‘tremendous confusion’

Liberals, collaborating with the “new paganism”, are driving the Catholic Church towards a split, according to Bishop Athanasius Schneider, the liturgical specialist who is carrying on a rearguard fight against “abuses” in the Church.

So serious are the problems, Bishop Schneider said in an interview last week, that this is the fourth great crisis in the history of the Church, comparable to the fourth-century Arian heresy in which a large part of the Church hierarchy was implicated.

If you have not heard of the Soviet-born bishop, you will. The sincere, scholarly clergyman is auxiliary bishop of the distant Archdiocese of St Mary in Astana, Kazakhstan. But this month he has received a rock star welcome from congregations across the country on his tour of England and he has embraced cyberspace to put over a trenchant, traditional defence of the Church. “Thanks be to God, the internet exists,” he said.

His views are not popular with everyone, especially not some of his liberal colleagues, or, he says, with the mainstream media of the secular world. But his audiences tell another story.

Bishop Schneider is best known for arguing that Holy Communion should be received on the tongue while kneeling, which he insists is the more efficient way to foster respect for the Sacrament and to prevent abuse of the Sacred Hosts. The 53-year-old bishop has called also for clarification (a new Syllabus of Errors), aimed at the clergy, to put a stop to liturgical and doctrinal freewheeling on a range of issues in the “spirit of Vatican II”.

In his interview, Bishop Schneider said the “banal” and casual treatment of the Blessed Sacrament is part of a major crisis in the Church in which some laity and clergy, including some in positions of authority, are siding with secular society. At the heart of the problems, he believes, is the creeping introduction of a man-centred agenda, while in some churches God, in the tabernacle, really is materially put in a corner, while the priest takes centre stage. Bishop Schneider argued that this situation is now coming to a head. “I would say, we are in the fourth great crisis [of the Church], in a tremendous confusion over doctrine and liturgy. We have already been in this for 50 years.”

How long will it last? “Perhaps God will be merciful to us in 20 or 30 years.”

In the autumn, the synod of bishops will meet in extraordinary session to discuss the family, in the light of the questionnaire[IMG]which Pope Francis invited the faithful to complete, giving their views on marriage and sexuality. Expectations are growing that rules will be relaxed on a range of sexual matters and in terms of divorced people receiving Communion as a sign of “mercy” from the Church.

Such views, according to Bishop Schneider, reveal the depth of the problem. “I think this issue of the reception of Holy Communion by the remarried will blow up and show the real crisis in the Church. The real crisis of the Church is anthropocentrism and the forgetting of Christo-centrism…

“This is the deepest evil: man, or the clergy, putting themselves in the centre when they are celebrating liturgy and when they change the revealed truth of God, for instance, concerning the Sixth Commandment and human sexuality.”

Although he says talk of change is mainly coming from “the anti-Christian media”, he sees clergy and lay Catholics “collaborating” with what he calls the new paganism. Bishop Schneider is particularly critical of the idea that these changes should be made so as to be merciful to those currently barred from receiving the Sacraments. “[This is] a kind of sophism,” he said. “This is not mercy, this is cruel.”

He suggested this was “a false concept of mercy”, saying: “It is comparable to a doctor who gives a [diabetic] patient sugar, although he knows it will kill him.”

The bishop believes there are clear parallels with great crises of the past, when leading clergymen were complicit with heresies. In the Arian heresy, he said, naming them on his fingers, only a handful of the hierarchy resisted. “We [Christians] are a minority. We are surrounded by a very cruel pagan world. The temptation and challenge of today can be compared with the first centuries.”

He added: “Unfortunately there were … members of the clergy and even bishops who put grains of incense in front of the statue of the emperor or of a pagan idol or who delivered the Holy Scripture to be burned. Such collaborationist Christians and clerics were called in those times thurificatiortraditores.”

And today, he maintained, we also have those who collaborate, our “traitors of the Faith”.

Pope Francis is perceived to be at the forefront of a new liberal attitude coming from Rome. But Bishop Schneider says: “Thanks be to God, Pope Francis has not expressed himself in these ways that the mass media expect from him. He has spoken until now, in his official homilies, very beautiful Catholic doctrine. I hope he will continue to teach in a very clear manner the Catholic doctrine.”

The bishop said he hopes “the majority of the bishops still have enough Catholic spirit and faith that they will reject the proposal and not accept this”.

This is certainly a fascinating article, and worth reading in its entirety. There is a great irony in what seems to be happening at the moment, which IMHO is a great re-shuffle of the alignments within Christianity, with two currents moving in diametrically opposed directions.

On one hand you undoubtedly have powerful forces in the Catholic Church which are all too ready to go along with what he calls the 'neo-pagan' agenda in much the same way that Liberal Protestantism has long since capitulated to the world (this should perhaps come as no surprise as both Catholics and Protestants have been reading the same revisionist scholars in their seminaries). As Bishop Schneider emphasizes, Pope Francis isn't among them, but I'm pretty certain that there will be a concerted attempt to present him as a revisionist by those who want to pursue their own agenda. This is what will make the Synod a nerve-racking affair). The elimination of supernatural elements from Christian faith is at the heart of the revisionist strategy, and is likely at some point to lead to some kind of liberal Catholic-Protestant alliance which may actually gain great popularity in the eyes of the world but which will have precious little to do with historical Christian orthodoxy. Grim stuff.

On the other hand, more optimistically, as I and others have pointed out elsewhere, there is intriguing evidence that many prominent leaders in the non-Catholic charismatic/evangelical world (where the supernatural is still taken seriously, unlike in Liberal Protestantism) are moving in the opposite direction. Either in terms of embracing Catholicism directly as in the case of Sweden's foremost Pentecostal pastor Ulf Ekman,
modelling their church programmes on Catholic/neo-monastic spirituality (e.g. Mike Bickle at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City) or else coming to a de facto acknowledgement of the real Eucharistic Presence, the importance of Mary in the economy of salvation etc. My gut tells me that this tendency will accelerate in the years to come as the visible apostasy of mainline liberal Protestantism becomes ever more blatant. Non-Catholics who take both the Scriptures and the work of the Spirit seriously will logically come into increasingly close alignment with those Catholics who have resisted the seduction of modernism, remaining faithful to the Magisterium and open to God's ongoing prophetic leading through the apparitions of Our Lady. This convergence already began in the 1960s and 1970s and is now surfacing again after something of a fallow period: Pope Francis's remarkable contacts with charismatics and Pentecostals are a sure sign of this.

I say this because it is easy to focus on the negative and to forget that it is ultimately not the Deceiver but God who is calling the shots in all of this. The Enemy's destructive work may be spectacularly visible, but it is only a reaction to the fact that his time is short and that the gates of Hell will not prevail against the Bride of Christ.

If anyone else pay's attention to Pedro Regis' messages, he has long foretold of the great schism coming to the Church, that the Church would come out of it to be very small and very persecuted. He has said to hold on to the faith that has been taught. It seems to me the upcoming synod in October will lay the ground work for the formal schism that has been de facto for decades now. With the Church in array, it will be easier for Satan to split countries against each other and even within itself. By 2015 the persecution against those who hold true to the long held teachings of the Catholic faith will be in full motion. Could be wrong, but it seems most probable to me.

Sound advice?...'Outrage addiction, which some refer to as outrage porn (a term I prefer not to use2) is where we seem to get our "fix" by getting fired up over something.

Some good advice there Miker. Appears to be many Priests, Bishops And Faithful, getting fired up over what the Church has taught for centuries.Lets hope they will calm down and hold to Church teaching.

Mac- with all coming calamities and the increasing rise of Islamists I am more and more convinced that somehow the Catholics and in fact Christians must unite and not divide. There are many, many reasons to look at the coming Synod and say it will cause division but so something tells me our Pope who calls out the devil by name on almost a daily basis, will not be deceived. I think the advise in above link is very sound:

"Pray about those things and people who cause you the most angst. Prayer is powerful. Pray the Rosary and other devotions and remind yourself that you can put your burdens on the shoulders of the Lord, not carry them yourself. Where your words and outrage can change little, God can move hearts with our prayers and fasting."

This post on "outrage addiction" is exactly what many of us on the forum have been trying to articulate.

I think the warnings of the Old Testament prophets, Jesus Himself, and prophecy over the last 100 years have tried to prepare us for this day. When we've been told over and over that sin will rise to the level of the time of the flood, that the great apostasy will come, and tribulations will be greater than anything before seen on the earth, what is there to be surprised, much less outraged about?

Division is a tool of the enemy, and it so easy to fall for it. They will know we are Christians by our love, not by our anger, bitterness and infighting!

I was thinking with Pentecost just being celebrated last Sunday, how the Holy Spirit came upon the apostles and they communicated in every language and UNIFIED people and the Church grew greatly. Today, we either ignore or worse yet, reject that same Holy Spirit and look what happens- even though we have greater tools of mass communication, we see DISUNIFICATION not only among different Christian denominations but even within our Catholic Church. We need to re-invoke the Holy Spirit upon us and our Church. The early Church was under constant threat and in human terms had no chance of survival against the power of pagan Rome and the influence of the Jewish leaders and yet not only did it survive, but it grew. It was supernatural and it's what we need to pray for again today. Yes, the trials and tribulations and divisions are here and they will grow, but like the early Church, we need to turn to God, help one another and let God's Will be done. We know who wins in the end.

The Woman clothed with the Sun

    Apocalypse 12:1

“And a great sign appeared in Heaven: A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.”

Who is the Woman clothed with the Sun ?

Encyclical letter “Ad Diem Illum Laetissimum”

A great sign,”thus the Apostle St. John describes a vision divinely sent him, appears in the heavens: “A woman clothed with the sun, and with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars upon her head.” Everyone knows that this woman signified the Virgin Mary, the stainless one who brought forth our head…John therefore saw the Most Holy Mother of God already in eternal happiness, yet travailing in a mysterious childbirth. What birth was it? Surely it was the birth of us who, still in exile, are yet to be generated to the perfect charity of God, and to eternal happiness. And the birth pains show the love and desire with which the Virgin from heaven above watches over us, and strives with unwearying prayer to bring about the fulfillment of the number of the elect.

    Pope Pius X

    Encyclical letter, "The Great Sign,"

The great sign which the Apostle John saw in heaven, "a woman clothed with the sun," is interpreted by the sacred Liturgy, not without foundation, as referring to the most blessed Mary, the mother of all men by the grace of Christ the Redeemer.

    Pope Paul VI

    Encyclical letter, "Redemtoris Mater"

Thanks to this special bond linking the Mother of Christ with the Church, there is further clarified the mystery of that "woman" who, from the first chapters of the Book of Genesis until the Book of Revelation, accompanies the revelation of God's salvific plan for humanity. For Mary, present in the Church as the Mother of the Redeemer, takes part, as a mother, in that monumental struggle; against the powers of darkness" which continues throughout human history. And by her ecclesial identification as the "woman clothed with the sun" (Rev. 12:1),it can be said that "in the Most Holy Virgin the Church has already reached that perfection whereby she exists without spot or wrinkle." Hence, as Christians raise their eyes with faith to Mary in the course of their earthly pilgrimage, they "strive to increase in holiness." Mary, the exalted Daughterof Sion, helps all her children, wherever they may be and whatever their condition, to find in Christ the path to the Father's house.

    Pope John Paul II

    Saturday, 13 May 2000

According to the divine plan,"a woman clothed with the sun"(Rv12: 1) came down from heaven to this earth to visit the privileged children of the Father. She speaks to them with a mother's voice and heart: she asks them to offer themselves as victims of reparation, saying that she was ready to lead them safely to God. And behold, they see a light shining from her maternal hands which penetrates them inwardly, so that they feel immersed in God just as - they explain - a person sees himself in a mirror.

    Pope John Paul II

Father Lucio Rodrigo " Conchita tells me about the Miracle"

We visited the Father Lucio Rodrigo, professor of theology at the University of Comillas, who taught many Spanish bishops, and showed us a print that was always in the pocket of his robe and said "in this print, Conchita tells me about "The Miracle" and she doesn't say "saw him", she says wonderful "To SEE HER". We told him:
Father, Conchita has said that it will not be an apparition of the Virgin (for the Great Miracle). and Father Lucio Rodrigo said:

Not as an apparition but as it would appear in the sky a very large image of the wonderful and marvelous Virgin and (as) THE WOMAN CLOTHED WITH (the) SUN...

Fatima The 100 Year time limit regarding the Consecration

    2017 or 2029 ?

it was difficult to know before the current events in Ukraine of this year, today it could be clearer.

Russia´s role in the Vision of Fatima is very important because if we´re to believe the Vision of Fatima, salvation for the world, the cure for the world ills, will start in the Ukraine and in Russia, and that was why the Virgin in the Fatima vision of 1917 was supposed to have spoken actively about Russia and that Russia first of all has to be cured of her errors and then she will help the entire world to get better and to cure itself of its sins. It´s a very bizarre message in that sense because one would have said that salvation was going to come from the West as we always think because we are Westerners, but no, according to the message of Fatima, salvation will come from the East, and particularly, from Ukraine and from the State of Russia itself, which is extraordinary.

    Malachi Martin

    Hrushiv, UKRAINE

On April 26, 1987 (one year to the hour and the day after the Chernobyl nuclear accident), Our Lady appeared to twelve-year-old Maria Kyzyn in the small rural village of Hrushiv, Ukraine, close to a small Catholic church that has been for centuries a center of Marian devotion. This little church since has attracted large crowds of both Catholic and non-Catholic pilgrims. At one point 20,000 people gathered in a sweet potato field to get a glimpse of Mary. Some estimate that no less than 400,000 have had the great joy of seeing the image of Mary as she visited her children in that most Catholic part of the Ukrainian nation. These apparitions have yielded very powerful messages, as well as remarkable signs and wonders. We will quote a lengthy message from Our Lady, to indicate the powerful intensity of her words in the Ukraine.

"Our Lady said:"Teach the children to pray. Teach children to live in truth and live yourselves in truth. Chernobyl is a reminder and a sign for the whole world. Constantly say the rosary. The rosary is the weapon against Satan. He fears the rosary. Say the rosary everyday, constantly at any gathering of people. I have come on purpose to thank the Ukrainian people because you have suffered most for the Church of Christ in the last seventy years. I have come to comfort you and to tell you that your suffering will soon come to an end. Ukraine will become an independent state. Repent and love one another. The times are coming, which have been foretold, as being those in the end times. See the desolation which surrounds the world; the sins, the sloth, the genocide. I come to you with tears in my eyes and I implore you, pray and work for good, and for the glory of God. Ukraine was the first country to acknowledge me as queen and I have received her under my care.......

Ukrainians must become Apostles of Christ among the Russian peoples for if there is not a return to Christianity in Russia, there will be a Third World War."

(Apparation of our Lady in Hrushiv, not approved by the Church yet)

It looks that Ukraine is crucial for the conversion of Russia. Russia is the key to peace in the world.. The spark for this chain reaction could start from Ukraine as confirmed by Malachi Martin as well, from Ukraine Salvation will start, Ukraine the 1st Country to acknowledge our Lady as queen (1058) could be also the Country from where the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of our Lady will start but in 2017, before, later ? Time will tell for sure but more we will wait more it could be difficult, in my humble opinion the Pope could act after or during a war between Russia and west and after a trip to Moscow using this event to finally convince his Bishops which could explain the famous « but it will be late » indicated by our Lady, so the next few years before the centenary could be crucial, at least in my opinion.

It's clear that a Consecration of Russia as requested by our Lady in Fatima has never been done yet, this of course can be proved and if necessary at any time.
