I will go for that reason alone. I admire Jim Caviezel.

    Really looking forward to this!

Jim Cavaziel reminds me of St Pau himselfl, so intense and deep. God keeps raising up his saints. Praying for Mel Gibson, I hope the poor man is well and for his poor wife and family.

Just watched Gibson's movie Hacksaw Ridge on Netflix. He is such a talented film maker -- despite his personal flaws.

You won't hear too much in the news about Gibson as he is persona non grata amongst the liberal elites --

Jim Cavaziel was converted after a pilgrimage to Medugorje at his wife's behest.

    Just saying.:):)

Think this movie is out 23rd March in the US, April for Europe. Good few clips on YouTube including EWTN special with the main actors. There talk of a movie follow up to the Passion related to the resurrection according to Jim Cavaziel

My husband and I saw it last night... what a tremendous movie!! I can't recommend it highly enough. Jim Caviezel was, of course, brilliant and the way they portrayed the last days of St. Paul was very well done. Go see it... you'll be glad you did!

And the rumors of Jim starring in Mel's Resurrection movie aren't rumors... he confirmed it in an interview I saw him give to Raymond Arroyo on EWTN. Seriously cannot WAIT for that one!!! (y);)

Has anyone seen the Mary Magdalene movie from what I have seen in the adverts it looks like a third wave feminist movie and the actor that plays Jesus did nothing for me. Not like Jim caviezel who would inspire you to follow him into a spiritual battle.

It is unscriptural. I would not go to watch it, but if I did I would treat it as I would science fiction.
Although I have not watched it , I would agree from what I know of it, that it is from a strongly feminist perspective, which should ring bells.

Germaine Greer is one radical feminist I like very much; because she had a deep love of the simple truth

Yes. Refreshing honesty and common sense. Like Camille Paglia.

It is a crime today to say the king has no clothes. I'm glad some feel comfortable enough to speak up even if it is costing them personally and professionally.

On purely humanitarian reasons sex change operations should be outlawed. The number of people who commit suicide after having them is absolutely astronomical. In fact it is so high that the hospital that began giving them way back in the 50's or 60's stopped doing them for that very reason.

The whole promotion of them is just a sick twisted mentality of "do what thou wilt". If the people actually promoting sex changes actually cared about the people undergoing them then they would look at the data and look for other solutions.

I have read it several times and other books by Taylor Caldwell as well. Her husband was ,as I recall Chaplain to the Senate but died very young.

She wrote an unusual thing in her book which Catholic mystics confirm; that before Christ was even born that there were groups of people who had a very good idea about Go'd's Salvific plan right before it happened. I just thought it was odd a Protestant picking up on this.

Taylor Caldwell was a devout Catholic until late in her life when she got derailed into new age stuff.
