Wow! This Year the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart will Happen?

Padraig, Which one? AG Jeff Sessions or President Trump? If you mean AG Jeff Sessions, I think you would be surprised if you listened to the hearings. I am not sure that I saw any news reports which appeared to present all of the facts. If you are referring to Mr. Sessions, why do you feel that way?

I found this article which puts the blame on Sessions for not going directly forward with the investigation in question but the problem is and this was highlighted in the hearings that since President Trump stated in a tweet that this investigation should be done, it left Sessions in an awkward situation to put it lightly. Mr. Sessions is not supposed to be influenced by the President in these matters, therefore, in my understanding he needed to move cautiously which he has. http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2017...ew-chapter-in-hillary-clinton-chronicles.html (I posted a similar article to this the day before the hearings.)

Maybe I'm naïve but I believe Mr. Sessions when he has stated that he met with the Russian Ambassador as part of his job as a US Senator and not in regards to anything related to Donald Trump's campaign.

Kristen Gillibrand is the US Senator who took Hillary Clinton's spot when Hillary became US Sec. of State. It's wonderful to see that Ms. Gillibrand is standing on principal also.

BTW, Hillary is born in Chicago, Ill. where Pres. Obama was Senator, I continue to wonder why they didn't try and help Chicago a bit better than they did???

Like so many in the US and elsewhere I have struggled over where to fall on the idea of Donald Trump. Two things we're very clarifying. He has acted as you say Lynn to support pro life issues with straight swift action. More so than any other president quite honestly. They all talked a good game but did nothing. The other thing is the people who hate him. for the most part I am against everything they stand for.
And I find it curious that their hatred is so savage and vicious. Where does that come from? Wait four years and vote him out if you don't like him. But no. There has to be this all out attack 24/7. It is bizarre and scary. So visceral that one suspects a spiritual

AED, So true. You reminded of how one of the senators at Sessions' hearings on Tuesday brought up the popular vote from the presidential election. It was a little unbelievable. Another senator said something like it is time we get past the election of 2016 and finally move on. Amen!

Yes SG. He was the Hermit of Loretto.He lived for 40 years or so fasting and praying at the shrine of Loretto.The priest who did the YouTube about him met him when he was a very old man. He said it was plain thiscwas a holy man. Apparently in the 1980’s he had a vision or word from God that Donald Trump would be used to bring America back to God. He bought a brick for the Holy Door (it was a Jubilee year and one could buy a brick for the resealing of the door and put a name on it and that person would share in the graces of the Masses said there. He put Donald Trump’s name on it.

I pray a prayer to the Holy Spirit every morning, a prayer composed in the '90s by the Marian priests who manage the Divine Mercy Shrine in Stockbridge, MA.
